My doctor, Melissa, was at the Fernandina Beach location and transferred to St.Augustine i have had excellent experiences with a Melissa so I transferred treatments to stay with here. Also her assistant was wonderful, she let me know that there was a less expensive alternative way to purchase this which was truly appreciated.

I had the best experience at Beaches Dermatology’s World Golf location. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They knew who I was and the reason for my visit. The paperwork took less than five minutes to complete on their iPad.My PA Bao Yang took the time to actively listen to my concerns and addressed all my questions. Her exam was thorough, and she clearly explained my treatment options. The entire process was seamless and stress-free.I’m incredibly grateful for such an amazing team and would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking top-notch dermatological care. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every patient.

Love the friendliness of the staff at Beaches Dermatology. This was my 2nd visit and I was seen by Bao Yang PA-C. Love how personal she was and how she showed great care as she examined me. I had many questions and she took the time to answer them. She sent in a Prescription and recommended an OTC product which the staff displayed on the computer screen for me to photograph and save. My visit was as pleasant as it gets. Thank you Bao Yang; loved my visit with you!

Dr. Mary Anderson is the best. Very thorough and talks so people understand, and the assistant(forgive me for not remembering her name) was excellent as well. We know that Dr. Anderson is temporary (I saw her one year ago by chance), and we have not met the regulars, but Dr. Anderson represents the PO practice well.

Dr. Metz has been my Dermatologist for over a decade. He is the most straightforward Doctor I have ever seen. Highly competent, extremely knowledgeable, and his support staff is as qualified as he is in each of their roles!Im limited to 5 stars here. If I could, Id give a hundred stars!...not enough accolades for Beaches Dermatology, and Dr. Metz!

I have seen a different Dr or PA each time and never felt that I needed to ask to specifically see someone because I have been 100% satisfied with everybody who I have seen. The staff seems to be very efficient and always friendly. Keep up the great job. How patients are treated, bedside manner is very important in this field.

Everything started off good. I went in for a checkup. The doctor found one suspicious growth and performed biopsy. It came back to be something of concern.The staff called me TWO weeks after the biopsy and stated that I needed to go somewhere to have it fully removed. Long story short, I finally got a consult to another place, they took a month to get back with me.UPDATE One Year later, I went back for another checkup. Nate is fantastic and extremely thorough! Office staff has improved significantly.

Wonderful office staff and amazing, knowledgeable Doctors!! I have seen Hector and Nicole for about 2 years now and I am more than satisfied every visit. They go above and beyond to find affordable options for my treatment. They always offer coupons and samples to try. They are precise, punctual, professional and they listen!! They talk WITH you about concerns and treatment, not AT you like most doctors I have met. I usually have my toddler with me, and the whole staff is super sweet and helpful with him should I need a procedure. I highly recommend both St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra locations. You cannot go wrong :) they will make you feel like family!!

Ive been going to this clinic for several years. The registration desk and my nurse were always great, the PAs were ok. Last time I had an appointment with a new specialist, Melissa. She and the nurse were very friendly and attentive. They answered all of my questions regarding skin care and offered some treatments. Thanks to Melissa, my opinion of this clinic is higher than before. They moved to a new building, it is comfortable and very clean. They always provide samples of skin products, which is very helpful. Waiting time was a bit long, though. Solid four stars!

Great experience with Dr. Nicole B. Earley at Beaches Dermatology at their new location in St. Augustine. Very thorough skin cancer screening and explanation of every step involved with a suspicious mole excision. They got me in quick too as i was concerned with a said mole. Highly recommend! Will be going back annually for screenings as I work and play in the sun all year long.

When you have a Blue Light procedure you should have a comfortable chair for that hour and half. Not a typical waiting room office chair. Sitting in one for that hour and a half isn’t fun. You need something more comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about Hector Gonzalas. Hands down he is the best. Hector truly cares about his patients, it’s hard to find someone that is not only great at educating you as to what and how you should be taking care of your skin, but if you have to have have a procedure where you have to have a mole or possible skin cancer removed. He follows up with you. Not many do this now days. Whenever someone asks where I go I always send them to Hector!
