    Well unfortunately I didnt write down any of the ladies names who helped me but my experience at Bold City Dermatology was excellent. The people there are warm, professional and very helpful.The office is run very, very well and its absolutely beautiful inside and the Doctor and her assistant were just great. This was my first visit here as I have just recently moved to the area and I am very pleased with the care and concern they had for my skin health. I had something pretty serious removed a couple of years ago and they want to stay on top of that which is very comforting.Im glad that I found Bold City and I thank you all for a wonderful experience.     This is a wonderful clinic located close to my home. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly to see the PA, Loren, who is a delightful young lady and very knowledgeable. Their second location on 210 is equally terrific.     Update11/2024: This practice is amazing, an annual entire body scan performed flawlessly! From arrival and outer office staff, Madison and Isabel to Dr. Assist, Imani and Dr. Nicole, they get you in and out with ease and total kindness! 06/2024: The staff from outer office to the doctor’s assistant are excellent, Dr. Ferrer-Bruker was amazing. They make you feel at ease at every level. From making an appointment to nil time waiting when you get there makes this my new go to for all my dermatology needs!

    I was very pleased with my visit to Bold City Dermatology yesterday. I had not been there in way too long, and was anxious about my condition. Happily, my appointment was with Dr. Al, who had performed Mohs surgery on me previously. The front desk staff is great, the attending nurse was great, and Dr. Al was great and addressed two facial issues. Will return shortly if they need additional attention, otherwise Ill be back in six months. They all have positive attitudes!

    I called and made an appointment for removal of a small spot. I was seen and they agreed I need to have it removed….. so we made an appointment to have it removed by the doctor and assured me it was not complicated at all. I understand the concept of ‘consultations’ (which is not what I scheduled), but at what point did every appointment turn into the opportunity for another separate appointment to address the issue to then probably having another ‘follow up’ appointment after. I appreciate being thorough but I also appreciate 1 appointment=all done, especially if it’s not ‘complicated’.

    Doctor and staff personable and good, procedure went well. The biggest drawback is the tiny waiting room with only 6 chairs in a very small space with no room to move, waiting for hours with often more than 6 people shoulder to shoulder, so people who came to support patients, had to go wait in the car. Need more space and some privacy, especially when patients have to wait there for hours between Mohs procedures.

    Although the location looks like part of a strip mall and the waiting area is small, its really a terrific practice. Clean and neat throughout, there are plenty of patient rooms to get you out of the front waiting room fast!     Dr. Ferrer and her staff are absolutely amazing. Our whole family goes here. After being told by another Dermatologist here in town that a spot was nothing to worry about, I wanted a second opinion, and immediately she looked at it and right away said it is skin cancer. After a biopsy revealed she was correct, I had it removed, and was so grateful for her walking me through the process and making me comfortable with my options. The staff is the best in town, always on time, friendly, funny, and so kind. Exactly what you would want in a doctors office. Excellent with children as well!

    The office staff is very professional but not cold. I was greeted by a cheerful front desk person who made me feel very welcome. I was taken to the exam room by another very pleasant and cheerful staff person. My record was reviewed and verified and I waited about 2 minutes before Dr. Ferrera-Brucker came in to examine me. I am so very glad that I followed her to her new practice. She is so caring and professional but so real. I would not trust anyone else with my Skin health.     I came here for the first time for an issue with my 4 year old son. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by upbeat staff and a clean lobby. The wait took longer than expected, but the girls up front stayed on top of keeping informed about when we’d be taken back. As any mom knows, kids can be anxious waiting at appts, but as soon as we got taken back, the female doctor totally made up for it by being super prompt, friendly, and professional. She explained things simply to me, mom to mom and was very sweet, intelligent and warm. I will be switching my dermatology needs to this office now as well.

    We recently moved to FL and were looking for a new, local dermatologist.Dr Sarah Ferrer-Bruker was recommended by our next door nurse friend. Both husband and I went to her Fleming Is. local office and were impressed by her friendliness, knowledge, professional capabilities, and genuine concern for the well being of two 90 year old married. Several months later when we needed to revisit we had difficulty in locating her new location in St Augustine but we did. We then made the easy decision that the 30 mile/45 minute drive was well worth it to retain her services. Besides I have found some very good restaurants near-by with help of her office staff and arrange our visit times to make sure Hubby takes me to one on the trip.

Plus, the office itself was very clean and pretty with cute, girly decor. The exam room even had a vintage style Tiffany blue mini fridge! The front desk was very pretty also.     My long-time dermatologist retired and I’ve been looking for a new doc for over a year with no success. After my first appointment with Dr. Ferrer I felt certain I found “the one”. Everyone from the front desk, to the back clinical staff, to Dr. Ferrer are friendly, personable, professional, and proficient. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell that Dr. Ferrer truly cares about her patients but her staff too, which results in a really well operated practice. Dr. Ferrer listened to all of my concerns, talked me through everything on a personal level, and gave me a diagnosis I’ve never received before (which could finally give me answers to my condition). Her assistant was friendly and helped me organize all of the information Dr. Ferrer gave me, they were very open about any co-pays/fees for products and how to receive my prescriptions. I feel like I’m in excellent hands here. I live 45 mins from the office but feel it is well worth the drive to be taken care of by someone who is passionate about her calling.

    I had already seen a couple derms in JAX regarding some issues I was having that had yet to be resolved, and decided to make an appt with Bold City since I heard great things about Dr. Bruker from some friends.First off, the office is super cute, clean and new, and located in a convenient retail center next to the Publix (which is always a +).Upon arrival, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the wait time was minimal (compared to my other doctors, where Im expected to wait 30+ minutes just to get into the exam room).Dr. Bruker was very attentive and approachable, and made me feel at ease when discussing issues that were somewhat uncomfortable. She spent the time with me to examine and ask the right questions, and as a result, Im completely healed from the issues I was having. This is a true testament to how talented of a diagnostician she is. 5 stars all the way!! I cannot recommend a better dermatologist and office.

    I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Ferrer-Bruker at Bold City Dermatology for a couple months now and it’s time for a review. My first thought is that she is authentically nice, thoughtful, and extremely competent. She can be directive when necessary, but also listens well, explains diagnoses and treatment options, and works with patients for suitable treatment options. Her staff is impressive as well in their professionalism, empathy, and competency. I also want to acknowledge her front desk person Bree who is exceptional. She is very proactive and always willing to go above and beyond. The practice itself is classy and presents as a very pleasant environment. I value Bold City Dermo and although I live a few miles from local dermatologists, it is worth my 50 miles round trip drive to see Dr. Ferrer. Most strongly recommended!

    My husband and I visited the office together for an annual body check.
