I have been a customer at the Rivertown location for 6 months now. My stylist is ‘Alex’ and I use him exclusively. He is the best IMHO. He is extremely good with my shirt hair. A great conversationalist also. Always ‘up beat’. He impressed me with his personal set of ‘gold’ clippers which cost twice as much.

Diane was so wonderful in handling my haircut given the complexities of if from medical conditions. She was so hospitable and a real pleasure to converse with. The store is lucky to have someone leading them with a focus on customer satisfaction and flexibility to meet the requests of their patrons. Elizabeth cut my hair yesterday. She gave me a super cute, layered, shoulder length hair cut with bangs. I love it! Like others have said, the store was very clean, smelled great, and the women working were very attentive and friendly.

First time going to this location. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere.Got an excellent haircut from Elizabeth who is very nice, gave me the perfect haircut I asked for and did it quick without sacrificing the quality. Couldnt ask for more.

Love this location but not the hours of operation. I try to support this location because I live 6 min away. I usually end up driving to the location on 210 or in durbin because every time I go online to book an appt. this location is closed. Probably missing out on a bunch of revenue due to the bankers hours.
