    My wife noticed my pasty Scottish tan and decided perhaps a bit of warmth this winter would do we well. She got us memberships here after trying a few local options.Paradise Island Tan works for us because they have memberships at all levels, have a killer staff and the best bulbs locally. We love their specials and often take advantage. We occasionally upgrade which comes at a discount for members.We can’t recommend this place enough.

    First impressions are so important and the staff here are awesome. They were very pleasant and helpful and took the time to walk me through the process.The tanning bed and room was clean and tidy and I look forward to my next visit.

    The people who work here are awesome. The owner gave me a tour - he knows his stuff and has very high quality beds and services! I love seeing the red light before and after and the cryotherapy photos. The women are awesome too, excellent service and the price is great for what you’re getting. I’m very happy with the tan I’m getting and feel the money is well spent. I will definitely continue to use them for more services and recommend their salon to everyone who wants to get a tan that’s actually good for you!

    Service has been good. They’ve listened when I’ve raised concerns about bulbs being out, or uneven tanning occurring and made appropriate recommendations. The high pressure bed is worth it!

    The ladies working there were so wonderful in helping my fiancé and i get spray tanned for our wedding! Top notch costumer service, helpful, honest and very friendly. Highly recommend and will go there again. As someone who has gotten many spray tans I’ve never received such great quality service.

    This is my go to tanning salon! The owner is always giving out deals and promotions for his clientele every week as well! It is always clean inside, and their equipment is all new and well taken care of! Their bulbs are always switched out before there are issues, and they are happy to help if you ever have any questions! This is the kind of salon that will throw in little perks for their customers and know their customers by name! I drive 30 minutes to tan here bc they are the best around! They have earned my customer loyalty for sure! They also offer cold sculpting, red light therapy, and many other salon treatments as well!

    I have been a member here for over a year now and am very pleased with Paradise Island Tan.The staff members and employees are like family to each other and to their customers! They are extremely friendly, they go over and beyond to make everyone happy, always have great deals, promos, free giveaways and extremely CLEAN environment.     Went in to do pay for another 30 day of tanning and got the package deal in stead. Ended up saving over$250 with the membership. The staff is always friendly, the beds are always clean and u never feel rushed . The music in the location is great . Very relaxing atmosphere.... luv the discount texts they sound out on Thursday’s as well,.

    This tanning salon is pure amazing, Angie and her husband are nothing but sweet wonderful people. My tanning experience was amazing, i used the versa spray tanning machine. The color results as soon as you walk out are a beautiful natural glow. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. As i have been coming to this place for years. I could not be more pleased with the new owners

    I love this salon! The staff is always super nice and caring, everything is always very sanitized, they are always coming out with new deals and promotions and have a huge selection of lotions. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

    Love this family owned salon. I ‘Highly’ recommend them! They are amazing and always helpful and professional! They treat you like family and that is difficult to find in Florida. They have great tanning, spray tans, cryo, lotions, prices, and sales! Won’t go anywhere else!

    I was in several weeks ago, to check it out, and the service was excellent. Hugh answered all my questions, of which I had many, and he was very patient with me. I have had skin reaction to sun before, so Hugh took special care. I was in bed for 25 min and DID NOT BURN ANYWHERE. He knows what he is doing. I had a nice light glowing tan. I was very pleased with the results. I plan to go back this week, to tan before my vacation. I want to work in 3 sessions before my vacation. The plans they showed me, I think the unlimited is the best.

    I read the reviews before I decided on this location, and I’m glad I picked this location. Staff was lovely and super friendly. It’s a family run business, and they seem like they are in it to win it. I bought a monthly package for the high pressure bed, and it gave me a wicked tan. I will definitely revisit when I return to Jacksonville.

    Stopped in for the first time in several years this afternoon for a last minute spray tan. The owner, Hugh is very knowledgeable on tanning and took his time to explain the service and salon updates even though I went right at closing. I’m super impressed and will definitely be returning!

    I have been going here since we moved to Florida 4 years ago. Owner is friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. Staff is always helpful. Great small business if you live in the area. They do spray tans as well.

    I’ve been here a couple times and love the spray tanning system they use. Everyone that works here is so pleasant and helpful. Both times I’ve been in the owner has been there and is very personable and friendly. They stand behind their products and have starting offering Red Light Treatments which is awesome. Definitely worth a visit.

    I Love this salon!!! They really know their stuff and are WILLING to help guide and just chit chat!! I went in with a crazy uneven tan and they gave me tips on how to safely even it out!! I really can’t imagine going anywhere else. Also they have red light therapy!

    I always have a great experience at Paradise Island! Its so happy, bright, and fun - when you walk in theres island-type music playing and happy people - you actually feel like a part of the tan family instead of just walking in and going in a bed. They know their stuff, too! They will suggest different beds to go in so you get the best tan possible.They have tons of options for services like multiple types of tanning beds, a red light therapy bed - like the entire bed is red light! Im in love!! Plus they have spray tans that actually last and are even - seriously rare. And Ive tried their Cryo T-shock Therapy with Jess and it feels weird at first but the results are amazing! The facials are really making a difference in my skin.The owner always has some kind of special running and is very generous. They even let you try out new lotions that come in!!Look at how dark Im getting! Im addicted!!

    The BEST Versa Spray Tan ive ever received. This family owned business has developed their own custom Versa Tan color perfect for all skin colors and types called the Paradise Bronze. They also spray you with skin balancing PH solution before the tan. Results? A flawless, even spray. I dont have a single streak anywhere. My color is the best its ever been. AND no build up around my hands, feet, or other traditionally dry spots. Even my husband noticed a difference. Book here!
