    Andrew at Ulta is a gem! He helped me find the perfect shade for my concealer and foundation, offering expert advice on color matching. Not only did he do an incredible job on my makeup, but he also showered me with compliments, making the whole experience so uplifting! Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable about different brands and gave me wise recommendations tailored to my skin type and needs. His professionalism and enthusiasm made my visit to Ulta unforgettable.     Normally, I’m not too picky about who does my hair. I’m pretty chill when it’s comes to how it looks and I’ve never really had a bad haircut. Got my hair done at the salon by Theresa and I think this is the first time in my life I’ve had an AMAZING haircut! She was so sweet and offered good suggestions when I was just sort of “Idk whatever”. I left feeling like a million bucks and I looked like two million bucks! Ask for Theresa - she’ll do you right!

    WOW! This was a phenomenal makeup and skin care shopping experience. Claire was super helpful and found us product in the back. She advised us when we were deciding between different products which ones best fit what we were looking for. The employees were all kind and helpful and easy to talk to. We didn’t plan on it, but ended up doing a lot of gift shopping done friends and family because there was great deals on awesome products. I highly recommend shopping at this ultra.

    First I want to say Katie was the best! She helped me color match and didn’t give up until we loved it. This is the best foundation and match I have ever had.I gave a 4 and not a 5 because when I came in, I asked for a specific brand of make up for full coverage foundation and two different women said we don’t sell that and pointed me in the direction of a different brand that was not what I was not good tor full coverage. Then I asked for a color match and they said they don’t have anybody coming in for an hour for that but then a few minutes later Katie came to me saying, “do you need a color match.” And she found the exact makeup I was looking for that the other two said they didn’t sell. They just need a little more organization and maybe a team meeting before the doors open so they’re all on the same page.

    I absolutely love adore Sara, she is the best! Amazing personality and very knowledgeable! I’m heartbroken that she moved to another location but happy that she was promoted in the process! In fact, everyone at this location is helpful. I’m always asked if I need help, and I appreciate the effort they put in to help me find the right products for my skin.The manager of the store, Rod, has an excellent personality! He has a positive attitude and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase today! Thanks Rod!

    Today I had my first appt with Deja for color and cut. I love it! Already booked for touch up and trim with her.Thank you to the store manager, Rod, for helping me at check up. A little mishap with Ulta gift certificate that I received from corporate. Rod and another lady (sorry didnt get her name) made sure that it all worked out. Very much appreciated.

    Beautiful store! Excellent location. Tons of parking. Wonderful floor plan. Everything you could possibly need, from hair color to lip liner to body scrub and everything in between! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, not hassled in any way, and employees were super helpful. Even checking out was a good experience. Super friendly! Can’t wait to try their salon! So excited for their line of styling products and services offered.

    I recently visited the Ulta Beauty store, and I must say, the experience was more delightful than I had anticipated. First off, customer service is simply impeccable. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was nothing short of excellent.The store itself is a breath of fresh air - clean, well-organized, and inviting. Its apparent that they put a lot of effort into maintaining a pleasant shopping environment, which I greatly appreciate.However, I did notice that the pricing on some products is a tad on the higher side compared to other places. While I understand that quality often comes with a price, its something to bear in mind if youre planning a visit.One area that could use a bit of improvement is the signage for product categories. It was a bit challenging to navigate through the sections and find specific items I was looking for. Thankfully, a helpful store representative noticed my confusion and graciously led me right to what I needed, helping me locate my items swiftly.All in all, despite a couple of small hitches, my shopping trip to Ulta Beauty was a positive one. The standout customer service and the clean, welcoming store environment made it a worthwhile visit. Ill definitely be returning, albeit with a little extra time to navigate the product categories or with the help of their friendly staff!

    I always have a great experience at this Ulta! This location is clean and they always provide good customer service. I especially want to give a shout out to Sara for really going above and beyond in helping me pick out some new products! She was so personable and really knew a lot about all of the products!

    Last Thursday I had the pleasure of getting styled by THE Kayla Mosley. I have curly hair and not many stylists know how to care or style curly hair. However, that was not the case with Kayla. She took such good care of me and my hair. She was personable, kind, and caring. The whole experience was a 10/10 ! She left me feeling confident and my hair looking gorgeous!     I started going to see Nicole Lindo when I wanted to get extensions in again. It was an effortless process extension wise, and she did a great color correction on my hair as well. I am very happy and pleased with her work. The salon staff as a whole are all super friendly and pleasant. I always feel welcomed into the salon and the store.

    This is such an amazing store! After struggling for years trying to find the right skin care and make-up, I decided to try Ulta. Kim and her staff have always been so patient and knowledgeable in my journey to find the right products. I have also had issues finding someone I trust with my curly hair. Elle from the salon has done style and cut twice and I just recently had her do highlights. Love love her! I have no reason to go any where else!

    My hairstylist, Deja has been taking care of my hair for over a year. She goes above and beyond and the fastest hairstylist I have had ever which makes me happy because I have long hair. All of the staff are wonderful and accommodating.

    Had a great experience at Ulta Beauty! I went in to purchase some concealer and was pleasantly surprised to see the wide variety of cosmetics, perfume and skin care products. What surprised me the most is for first time customers you get a free gift! Definitely recommend!

    If your looking for helpful and kind people to help with makeup, this is the place. I got my haircut here by Deja and she did an amazing job. I then got helped out by the general manager Jenn and she was extremely helpful. This is a great Ulta and i hope to be back.

    Nice store, I visit this store regularly with my grandmother. Entire staff are friendly and accommodating, but a special thank you to Alex in the Benefit Brow Bar. She is always so sweet to my grandmother when she gets her brows done!

    The women are extremely helpful one help me pick a shade for my foundation which is never easy. Another helped me choose a setting powder and she gave me her advice and input which I found very helpful I ended up buying Fenty foundation hourglass setting powder and a tart lip gloss (I had received one in an ipsy bag and fell in love) I was extremely happy with all of my purchases and I will continue to use the hourglass setting powder and tart lip gloss from now on two of my new fave products

    I really like this store but I had an issue using a gift card here, I ordered online with a gift card and put it on pickup. I checked to make sure everything was in stock and it said it was, none of the items I’d ordered were in stock when I went to check my order. Because I used a gift card I never was able to get a refund. It was only like one tube of mascara so no big deal but still a bit frustrating.

    Nicole has been cutting, coloring, styling my hair for a while now. She is magic with color. I have curly hair and she amazing job cutting my hair. She always makes me feel beautiful when I leave her chair.Nicole Lindo is a very skilled stylist and Ultra is very lucky to have here.

    I am always getting my eyebrows done here at the benefit bar in Ulta Durbin pavilion with Olivia. She is absolutely the best. She always does such a great job and slays my eyebrows. If you ever need to get your eyebrows done definitely make an appointment with her!She offers many services such as waxing, plucking, eyebrow tints, eyelash applications/removal and soothing eye masks. She also recommends the best products to use for them as well.I always feel so good and its so relaxingAnd of course I love how they turn out.

    Overall experience was good... until I realized when I got home my eyebrows were barely cleaned up and I had two injuries from the waxing part. Olivia was great .... that was my only downfall. It is still painful... walking around with scabs under my eyebrows. I won’t be going back their for my eye brows. Ulta in St. John’s Town Center “Amber” is amazing! She maps out your arch and takes her time.

    I’ve come here a few times and have always been helped immediately. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I seen some reviews about only two people at the registers and there being a long line but it’s to be expected as people need help in the store and everyone shouldn’t be taking care of registers when people have questions about products. It’s nice and clean and customer service from the employees has always been great! Glad there’s finally an Ulta near me and is so great.

    I started going to Nicole Lindo when I moved to the area and needed to find a stylist that could do I-tip hair extensions. I am very happy to have found someone in the area that truly cares about doing an excellent job, listens to my concerns and works hard to make me happy.

    Went to see Jamie for my hair she did a fantastic job i love my hair and she was super nice and gentle! Then i saw Olivia for my brows to get waxed and tinted she was so nice and it was the best experience i have had at a salon! I definitely will be going back to both i recommend them both they are amazing and brought life back into my hair and eye brows! Thank you! ❤️

    I have only gone into this store twice but every time I go I feel like a customer should feel while entering and leaving. Everyone was so helpful and even went into the back and found me the product I was looking for. I was suggested products that I love and just treated with such kindness that it’s so refreshing and I definitely recommend everyone coming to this store ♥️

    Went in to exchange an item that was incorrectly sent to me online. Sophia and Shakari were a great help. Shakari was amazing over the phone and managed to put an item on hold for me while Sophia at the front desk wasted no time on getting everything sorted out.     I just got my hair cut and styled by Emi. I am blown away!! I am IN LOVE with my hair! Emi was very polite and professional. I have long, thick, straight hair and I got some fun layers and she did a perfect job with the cut and the beachy curls. Definitely coming back to get my hair done by her again!
