I had my eyelids done - did not except such an amazing and positive experience. Dianne at the desk - always warm, efficient, greets you like family; Viktoriya - the medical aesthetician, who is professional, knowledgeable and has an amazing touch (yes, I got a mini facial!) and the diamond in the crown - Dr. Brannan - who is an artist!!! It has been only a couple of weeks, and I know it take at least a month for the final results, but the next morning after the surgery, I know it was perfect - even eyes, minor stiches, exactly what I had in mind, and fits my face perfectly. Thank you so much!!!!

From first speaking on the phone and then coming into the office - you are met by Diane - friendly - warm and a professional that makes you feel right at home - Dr. Brannan’s medical assistant Sommer was very caring and explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable- I highly recommend this office and staff - Dr. Brannan not only met his tremendous reputation- but surpassed it !

I had Mohs (skin cancer) surgery under my left eye, just touching the eyelid. Dr. Brannon fixed me up. I was active after a week, almost healed after 3. I appreciate we were never kept waiting. Diane at the front desk, not sure if she is the office manager or receptionist, has a ton of personality and adds a little sparkle to the day.

I can say enough about this practice! My first contact was Diane, I then knew this was going to be an awesome experience. I came in with an Acute tear duct blockage and was treated with kindness, concern, & compassion. Diane is soo personable I felt like like Ive known her for years... Based on the customers walking in and joking with her I can see why... Viktoriya was also extremely kind. Dr. Brannon was the knowledgeable , precise, honest & skilled doctor I have been looking for. Im on the road to recovery and feel very comfortable with the next steps ahead. Sorry for all the adjectives...They deserve it!!

First of all, the staff was wonderful and Dr. Brannan was professional and great to work with. He was willing to answer any of my questions or concerns and he give me the knowledge I was seeking. The facility was clean and I was taken into my appointment in a timely manner. What I appreciated most is that the staff and the Dr. did not push products or treatments in my face and in fact the Dr. respected my wishes by taking a more conservative approach. I will continue to go here for my cosmetic needs in the future.

I really enjoyed my experience at Dr Brannan’s office. He was highly recommended to me by my regular eye doctor at Retina Care Consultant which is a very good practice. The staff is very professional and nice. I enjoyed meeting Diane at the front desk and the nurse. The office is very clean. The wait was minimal. Dr Brannan was very good in diagnosing, explaining and prescribing medication for my condition. The instructions are very clear. Since I will be away for 2 months, he gave an injection for my eye during the same visit. It was pain free and very quick. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Brannan, Diane, and Allison are a talented team and receiving eyelid care from them was a seamless and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the practice as a whole, but specifically for the treatment of chalazions. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and the care was top-notch.Arriving to Sarasota with only a short window of time to have my chalazions treated, Diane worked to find an open appointment so Dr. Brannan could review and attempt to treat my issue. Dr. Brannan is a friendly physician who knows his trade very well and he didnt waste any time before recommending a well-thought out treatment regime.Despite our best efforts to avoid surgery, following a week of medication and observation, this outcome was unavoidable. When the day came, Dr. Brannon quickly and expertly took care of cutting and draining the chalazions on my eyelid. I never had any doubts about any of the team members capabilities and felt comfortable throughout the entire process.Again, I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Brannans practice. Youll be in good hands with him and the team.

Dr Paul Brannan did an excellent surgical procedure. I am very pleased with the outcome. Presurgery information was very helpful, allowing me to know exacting what to expect and the timeframe for healing. Post surgery care has been superb also. Dr Brannan and all his staff are very proficient and kind. Dr. Brannan takes time to answer any questions. I never felt rushed and each appointment was either on time or early. Dr. Brannan and his staff go above the norm to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your results. Would recommend highly!

Dr. Brannan is a very skilled surgeon and a good communicator. I was treated for an infection inside my lower eyelid and the problem was solved efficiently and with relatively little pain. Best care in both MOHs surgery and cosmetic reconstruction you will find. Dr. Brannan is a skilled doctor with an amazing bedside manner. Before I get into the details of my particular surgery, I also want to say that Diane is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She is the kindest & sweetest person ever from the moment you speak to her on the phone until walking you out of surgery. Veronica has a great bedside manner and is super gentle when helping Dr. Brannan with surgery, so all and all just a wonderful team of people taking care of you.My surgery was for a Basal Cell Carcinoma on lower eyelid. I will preface this with, I am a huge baby and hate needles and everything medical, but I chose to have this done in office with MOHS and reconstruction surgery which is a 2-3 day process. I didnt want do this under general sedation so I chose this method. I was very nervous, but I took a pill 3o mins before to relax that the doctor prescribed and then Veronica put in a numbing eye drop and then the doctor did a couple shots to numb the area both for MOHs and reconstruction days.The MOHs was so easy and painless. It is a little scary because I could see everything but very easy. The next day, I found out I could move onto reconstruction surgery and that was a little harder pain wise, but again I dont have a high tolerance and I still did fine. It was tolerable--just a little stinging occasionally but not bad at all.At home, I am on day 4 from when I started the MOHs and I have had very little pain and needed zero Tylenol. I elevated my head each night for bed and it has been pretty painless. There was a moment or two where I felt stinging or itching, but it passes as quickly as it came on.If you are about to have MOHs and reconstruction of your eye area or you are having a cosmetic procedure, I can guarantee you will love the care you will receive at this office. Thank you, Dr. Brannan for taking something very scary and making it a little easier and being patient and understanding throughout the process. My anxiety for the procedures were high and I left feeling so well cared for and thinking, that was it? Thank you!!!One recommendation that I thought of during reconstruction surgery, it would be helpful to have spa music or water sounds while getting the surgery to soothe patients, or at least ask patients if they want that option.

Dr. Brannan is an amazing Doctor and Surgeon. He is kind and friendly and his staff are wonderful and welcoming. Dr. Brennan’s surgical skills are precise and masterful, leaving nearly no trace of evidence that surgery was done after healing is complete.I had three separate procedures done by Dr. Brennan. I had a suspicious looking skin lesion on my upper chest , two lesions on my eyelid, and several cysts On my scalp removed. In each case, Dr. Brennan took his time and was extra thoughtful to consider how my post operative experience would impact my life and my appearance after surgery. I really loved that he was so considerate.There was a little pain after surgery, recovery was quick and easy, and I am extremely happy with the results. Whether you receive an aesthetic procedure or a corrective one involving the eyes find one of the best and most qualified Ophthalmologists. Dr. Brannan is the best I found in the area. He genuinely cares, and is very informative and patient during his consults. Hes very meticulous about achieving great results time after time after time. And, dont forget to always ask yourself if you are having a procedure done involving your eyes how comfortable would you feel about using a plastics specialist only(who isnt an Ophthalmologist), God forbid if there is an unpredictable complication(or correction) that needs to be made beyond the scope of that surgeons training. As a close friend of mine who was the director of surgery at an Eye and Ear Hospital said, Never let anybody performing surgery touch your eyes other than an Ophthalmologist. Lastly, pay attention to the staff. Do they genuinely care? Are they knowledgeable and professional? If so, congratulations. Youre on your way to a very satisfying and successful outcome. The staff here is GREAT!
