    I honestly was tempted to come here at first because i have only seen one wax lady my entire life. I chose any wax specialist and got Natalie. She was THE BEST! She replaced the lady I now see on a basis and I see her instead. she is so understanding,conversational, always willing to answer questions and i absolutely love her. i will wait until she is available! I recommend her to everybody that sees this. You won’t regret it.

    As a male I thought it would be embarrassing to go to a wax center to get my nose hairs waxed. But I have been about three times now and all the employees make me feel welcome and not awkward at all. This last time I had Jailene as my wax specialist and she was awesome! She was friendly but professional and kept everything nice and clean. My fiancee goes here for her waxes as well and was the one who referred me. I will definitely be back.

    This was my first time visiting this establishment and I can say it was a good experience. A little different than what I’m used to but, it never hurts to try something new. Natalie was awesome. She kept you talking which made it more relaxing and easier to feel comfortable. It was overall a good experience and I will definitely be coming back.

    I have been using European Wax Center for a while now and I have found my forever waxer, Shelby. She is so bubbly, kind, and welcoming. My hair is very thin and blonde and she goes above and beyond to make sure she gets the hair and goes back again if needed to make sure the job is done. My services that I get done are Full Legs, Eyebrows and Upper lip. If you are thinking about using European Wax Center, I recommend their affordable prices and Shelby!

    I’ve been to two different locations of the European Wax center. It is always a wonderful experience. The location at UTC is by far my favorite, and that is because of Chloe. She is excellent, frankly I would not come as frequently or be a consistant water at all if it were not for her. Do not get me wrong waxing is uncomfortable but she makes it as painless as possible I have never been to someone who made it as comfortable as she does. Thank you so much Chloe for always being excellent and never skipping a beat.

    Everyone working during my visit deserves a bonus!!! Sammy was my original waxer but her previous client was so heavily perfumed I could not go in her room. I had an asthma attack from this Individual. Sammy and the ladies at registration were able to switch customers and find me another waxer Kaili. She was amazing and able to provide all services. They were all so sweet and caring. Their concern for my health and accommodating my needs were amazing. All there yesterday evening deserve a bonus for going so above and beyond. Thank you all so very much!!!

    It was my first bikini wax, so of course, I was super nervous. Samantha was friendly and skilled. I cant tell you it was painless, because thats impossible, but she kept me talking and calm so it was less painful than I think it wouldve been otherwise. All in all, it was so much better than I was expecting, and the results were perfect. I was expecting some hair left being the first wax. But Samantha got ever hair! Happy with the service and happy with my results!

    Delaney is the best! I’ve been a EWC client for over Decade and I must say she has the best personality, professionalism, and skill! It’s not a comfortable appointment to have, but this lady makes you feel comfortable and confident while ripping hairs off of your HO-HI 😂😂 I always appreciate the laughs with her during our appointments. She is fantastic!!!My only complaint is that the waiting room chairs are STILL unfashionably ripped, unclassy for the upscale EWC at UTC. I’ve complained about them a year ago. They still greet you as you enter. Unacceptable!
