    I’m visiting from Michigan and happened to come to the salon. I was thoroughly impressed!! This salon really pays attention to details. Each hair wash comes with a 10 minute massage and hot towel treatment.My hair was in such bad shape that Hillary gave me a complementary haircut. Hillary suggested some wonderful products for my hair and really helped educate me about the condition of my hair. I’m actually considering flying in to Sarasota to go to the Salon for my hair going forward. I promise you will not be disappointed at this salon.

    Love that place! Always Welcoming. I called trying to figure out which stylish would be the best match for hair. I was very anxious because I had bad experiences in the past. The receptionist Jenna was very understanding and compassionate. She recommended Greta. Wow! She was right. Greta not only fixed my hair, but gave me such a cute haircut that I get daily compliments!!!! For those like me, I have coarse, freezy unruly hair that requires someone that know that kind of hair well!!!! I am very happy

    I have had several massages with Erika and have referred a handful of people that have also been blessed to experience her hour massage! She is AMAZING!     Heather does mine and my daughter’s hair! She is AMAZING!!!!! She listens, she takes her time, she makes suggestions. She faces you forward so you can see what she’s doing! She’s also been able to communicate with my teen, which is a big PLUS! She hand painted my daughter’s hair and worked really hard after my daughter ruined her own hair with drug store products and it came out beautiful. I highly recommend Heather!

    Today I received the most wonderful Massage from Erika Ertekes ! I came in, barely being able to turn my head to the left and lift my arm due to tight muscles.     Let me say Spa Hollywood passed all expectations. Audrey Hamilton was the beautiful young lady who did my hair. She listened to everything I had to say about my hair and how tuff it is to color my roots. Audrey made sure every strand was covered I think this was the first time a beautician listened without thinking they knew it all.The facility was a very professional Spa especially on a Friday evening. I can’t believe how this was the first time in a long time I felt so much self confidence. Thank you Audrey for not only doing my hair but making me into the confident woman I used to be.

    I visited this Salon twice in the past 4 days. My experiences were fantastic! The first day I had a 60-minute pedicure with Michelle and a 30-minute facial with Brandy. The second visit I had a hard gel manicure with Michelle, and the Beach Ready Sugar scrub and 50-minute Island Paradise massage with Erika.Michelle is wonderful, attentive, focused on her craft, a joy to be around and overall very professional! It was truly a blessing to meet her and have my nail services through her.Brandy was a hoot! Kind, funny, and entertaining during my facial. I get that she knows how to tailor the environment to her clients needs; therefore, if you are up for a more quiet facial, please do not be detered. This seriously was the best facial I had - even though it was the shortest (but the 30 minutes did seem longer).ERIKA! Shes a must! Past nurse now masseuse miracle worker! Shes extremely attentive, and recognized an area I had been having trouble with that I didnt even tell her or ask her to address. She really worked it out (I thought the issue was joint related - well - she helped!) The scrub and massage were amazing and the pressure was excellent for my knots.Those at the front desk are also friendly and quick to assist. Special shout out to Jackie.I recommended this Spa to others during my vacation and HIGHLY recommend it to you, too!

    I’ve lived in Sarasota for 11 years and believe it or not, struggled to find a stylist who is great with blondes, has integrity in their work, and is affordable. Before Moving here I went to the same stylist and salon for over 15 years. In addition I worked for Goldwell hair cosmetics so I have some industry knowledge although I’m not a licensed stylist. Heather Marques not only Checks all the boxes for being professional, sweet, kind, and talented, but I love being able to have full confidence in her ability to take care of my hair, that I can actually relax and enjoy my service. It has been a very long time since I’ve been able to do that. The salon is gorgeous and everyone is kind and genuine.

    Erika is a miracle worker. I had severe shoulder pain due to a torn rotator cuff. It seemed like surgery would be the only option. Physical therapy did nothing. Then I was recommended to Erika by my fiancé. After the first session with Erika, my initial impression was that she was very knowledgeable about human anatomy. After the next two sessions, this impression was confirmed. My shoulder is healed! Erika is the only massage therapist that I trust. She has my highest recommendation.

    Made an appointment for a Japanese Hair Straightener and the process before the neutralizer fried my hair. Continuing with a hot comb would have pulled my hair out so the stylist went ahead and neutralizer it, gave me some shampoo mask that would bring it back to life, rescheduled in a month hoping my hair will be healthy enough to do a milder straightener or even a short haircut if its too damaged. They refunded my money and next visit is Aug30. Well see how it goes🤞Aug 30th: returned to salon and couldnt be more pleased other than being able to undo the damage brought on by my previous hair stylist from Dandelions that used bleach all over my hair to turn my hair all Grey then not understanding Dandelions technique why my hair was dry made an appointment with Spa Hollywood not knowing my hair was previously beach began the Japanese Straightener. Knowing why my hair reacted to the Japanese Straightener, this visit was a deep conditioning to get my hair healthy and schedule 3 weeks out hopefully a straightener that is used with overprocessed hair can be used.🤞 Spa Hollywood didnt recommend me to someone else to fix what they didnt cause nor charged me a dime for their time and effort. I feel Im dealing with professionalism at its best, expert stylist, and in good hands. Easiest rating I ever gave

    I recently purchased a home in Sarasota so am new to the area and Spa Hollywood. I have found a fabulous Master stylist with Jessica. And Im very picky. Ive been going to the same Master stylist in Boston for 25 years so it was not easy to make a change. And her assistant Anna is wonderful. I couldnt be happier. And love Heidi for my gel manicures and Erin for my pedicures. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful. AND then theres the boutique where they have great items for purchase. I have found a gem of a spa nearly in my back yard. Thank you ladies!

    Krysten was amazing! I have long hair and I feel like every hair stylist I have been to always cuts too much off and she is the first that actually left it long with still giving me the shorter layers that I was looking for. She also recommended the best product for my hair to look good when I just air dry it and dont have time for anything else.

    Go see Heather Marques for your best hair color in town. She is fantastic and attentive, and takes care of you 100%. Her color, head massage and hair cut were totally amazing and I had a great time too. I‘m happy I didn’t have to break a bank to pay for top notch service.A lovely salon, wonderful customer service, polite personnel, and, of course, a gorgeous colour and cut that I adore! Was easy to schedule directly with Heather via her fb page. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I had nicole for a pedicure, but it was horrible. This was my first pedicure I have had since last April and I am very frustrated with the service I experienced with Nicole. Not only was she complaining that she had a headache but she appeared to be extremely tired or out of it. It was as if I was annoying her for booking a pedicure. Like she would rather have been anywhere else than where she was at the moment. My leg would continuously slide it the edge of the foot pedastal and instead of placing my foot back in the correct position, she allowed it fall off numerous times and she also attempted to work on my feet from a bizarre angle. I asked her very, very politely 3x to please apply more pressure as she was rubbing my feet, she ignored me each time until she said sorry, Im not that strong. Im sorry, but if youre not strong enough to rub feet during a pedicure to a clients preferences, you shouldnt be working in a luxury salon. I dont expect to pay $65.00 prices for a strip mall hole in the wall experience. Lastly, my 5m old had fallen asleep during the pedicure. As it was time for me to get up, nicole offered absolutely no assistance to help me up, move the arm rest up so I could even get out of the chair, or help me grab my bags. I was absolutely appalled and have never experienced such a horrendous service here. I felt nearly 100x more stressed out when I was finished than when I had arrived. Prior to this I had an AMAZING Brazilian wax with Jennifer, she was so polite, she was patient with my daughter and even allowed me to nurse her during my wax. She then assisted me to my next place of service by carrying my bags and opening all of the doors for me as I had my hands full with a sleeping newborn. Hillary did my daughters mani and pedi and she was beyond fantastic with her. Hillary was so loving and so kind to my 7 year old. My daughter was very happy that Hillary gave her *extra* gold fish.Lastly, as I was checking out, when I was asked by the sweet girl at the front how my service was, I was honest with her. She was not only as shocked as I was, but she was extremely apologetic and more than willing to make my disaster of a service right. Not only that, as I was rummaging through my diaper bag to find my card to pay, she even offered to hold my 5m old daughter and actually had her smiling and laughing.Stressful situation for me, great time for my 7 year old... Hillary, Jennifer, the sweet lady from the spa who offered to fix my daughters nails (got messed up during the massage) and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my girls and I had the experience we paid for.... and for that I am grateful. But I will absolutely never book with Nicole ever again. It was truly a pitiful experience fromher for the price I paid.

    My hair was severely damaged from a hairstylist last year. I let it recover and grow out this last year and came here based off if location and ratings and am so glad that I did. I went in to see Maia and she is amazing! Great conversation and I could tell she really loves what she does. Because it’s been so long I got a trim, color, highlights and keratin as well as some great products. They also offer many other services. I scheduled my massage, facial and lash lift already and made it my new home salon. Highly recommend!

    I would like to report on my experience with Hilary. After doing the service, I received the full amount for the secretary well above what is on the website and what my friends paid months ago. I complained about this and Hilary promptly called me and explained that my hair needed more products to achieve the color I wanted. My suggestion is always for the professional to explain the cost of each stage to the client first so that we are not surprised by the final price. Despite this, I enjoyed the service and will return to the salon.

    This is a long overdue review. I am so glad to have found Brandy. She is a ray of sunshine and I love her hydrafacials! I have had facials elsewhere but they are not worth mentioning and minimal results. Since finding Brandy, my complexion has never been better. My skin glows and looks better than ever. I’m in shock because I have been able to go out without any face makeup on which is unheard. I have already referred 2 others to her who also love her!! Wonderful spa!

    Massage by Erika! You wont regret it. Spa Hollywood has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. With attentive and polite staff. Along with many hair care products to choose from there is a nice selection of items that make great gifts with for yourself or someone that deserves one! Jewelry, bags, clothing. Etc.

    Spa Hollywood performs great services. They have amazing receptionists that are very welcoming. Amanda gives great massages that specifically target what your body needs work on while also feeling so relaxed. I’ve been to several message therapists and she ranks high on my list. The spray tans are also amazing, Erica does an amazing job. Hilda does great eyebrow waxing. Brandy does amazing facials. The fusio dose treatments are amazing for your hair and the color line is wonderful.

    I needed a change because I was in a “rut” with my hairstyle and color so I booked my first appointment with Zoe and she did not disappoint!She has an eye for color and style knows what works best for you. Zoe is honest in her recommendations, but not pushy.I am so pleased with the results and will return to Spa Hollywood for my next appt.This salon is first class and I highly recommend Zoe for all your hair styling needs.

    Im new to the area and was bit nervous to pick a place to get my first facial but I am so grateful I choose this Spa Hollywood! Laura did my facial and she was more than helpful. You can tell she truly loved her job and wanted to help rather than just wanting to get a penny out of you. She did an amazing job on my skin and was so friendly during the entire session. She recommended a great face wash that leaves my skin feeling so clean. If you are new to the area or just looking for a facial you will not regret going to her and this salon. The front desk was also so kind and friendly. They offered each visitor something to drink regardless if they came in with theyre own drink. I really enjoyed my experience and truly needed such kind interaction from everyone in the salon. I wasnt having a good day and the moment I went in there my day got so much better.     I recently moved to the area and was looking for someone to do Japanese Hair Straightening. I am so glad I found Spa Hollywood! When looking for a Japanese Hair Straightening, I am always weary because there is a risk that your hair could be very damaged permanently. I was glad to find that the owner is very talented with Japanese Hair Straightening. Her technique was so different from what I have experienced before, and it was especially interesting to watch her train an assistant on the process. She is an excellent teacher as well and the assistant did wonderfully as a result! Well, the unique technique paid off!! Not only did it cut 2hrs off my previous service time, but I have never had my hair this straight and frizz free from a Japanese Hair Straightening before. Previously I have had patches of curly hair still (missed or ineffective tx spots) and have needed to flat iron my hair to reduce frizz and give a finished look. I have never had wash and go hair my whole life, and resigned to the idea that I would never have it with JHS either. But 3 washes later and I am just brushing my hair with a hair dryer and I am DONE. My hair looks as if I flat ironed it and with the way she cut my hair, the ends are curled in (just like I asked). I am amazed! Another amazing difference is due to the hair protectant she uses during treatment, it allows for more frequent touch ups. With these results, I will absolutely be tempted to come sooner, rather than once every 10-12mo, probably every 6mo. Another bonus is due to the products used, my hair actually smelled nice when the service was complete - which is great because you cant wash it for 72hrs. With other stylists, my hair smelled pretty bad for those 2-3 days and I would be embarrassed to be out in public without having washed my hair. I couldnt be happier with my Japanese Hair Straightening!! Thank you so much!

    Brandy is amazing, friendly, and so down to earth! I saw her for a hydra facial and eyebrow tint! It was easy to see that she loves what she does and she was so knowledgeable as she was easily able to personalize my facial for my skin needs! I felt so relaxed throughout the entire process and my skin looks and feels amazing! Brandy totally walked me through the eyebrow tint process; first timer! Absolutely LOVE my brows! I will definitely be back to see her!

    Heidi has been the only nail tech who has been able to help me get my nails to a stronger and healthier state but, also the only tech who has managed to get any type of gel to actual stay on my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and I’ve always had issues with lifting, until Heidi. I highly recommend you give her a shot.

    Doreen is my stylist and she helped transform me from washed out light colored hair (almost white) to a warm, vibrant brunette look. She suggested the change and Im so glad I trusted her! i feel younger and I get so many compliments. I also love getting a massage from Erica. She has a way of working out all my stiffness and I feel so relaxed after my sessions. I have even had my make up done at the spa for special occassions and loved the look.     From the moment you walk through the doors, everyone makes you feel welcome and important. The salon has an adorable boutique set up in the front for any gifting needs or to just to treat yourself. Jess is my stylist there and I can’t even begin to explain what an incredible stylist she is. She goes out of her way to accommodate me and make me feel beautiful even with my extremely limp and fine hair. She manages to nail my hair needs every time and is educated on all the latest products and trends. I honestly don’t feel they charge enough for the level of service these professionals provide!!

    I absolutely love every part of this salon. The people are top notch. I have never had a better massage than the one I get from Erika. Doreen always listens to what I want to do with my hair before cutting and coloring. Lisa is the best for dips and Jen is the best for facials. The Jane Iredale makeup is actually good for your skin. The salon also has a boutique and great products for skin and hair. I especially like their rewards program. I’d go here weekly if I could afford it!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

    He ladies at Spa Hollywood were amazing. Im incredibly thankful that I chose this company to be part of my big day! While there salon is gorgeous and inviting, I chose to have them come to my venue to help myself and my officiant get ready. So worth it! If this is an option for you, do it! My stress level was so low thanks to not worrying about traffic, timing, etc. Bethany (makeup) and Glen (hair) were so fun and talented. Ive attached a couple shots so yall can see what they can do! Seriously. Book them.

    Hilda at Spa Hollywood has been doing my eyebrows (tinting and waxing) for the past year and I couldnt be happier! She does a wonderful job every time and is super quick, efficient, and gentle (which is good because I have sensitive skin). She is always happy and friendly too. Actually everyone at Spa Hollywood does a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable...I definitely recommend coming here for any spa needs and seeing Hilda for your brows!

    Very friendly and attentive staff. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted with a warm welcome and offered a drink.I have been seeing Lorena at Spa Hollywood since I came to Sarasota about 2 years ago, and she is amazing! I have a lot of hair which can be dry and difficult to manage. Lorena takes her time to make sure the final look is what I want and not rushed.     Wanted to Thank some of the girls at Spa Hollywood. My Friend and I made an appointment with Alicia who was very friendly and explained the services you offer. She helped with an Amazing spa day and lunch. My massage I had Erika “wow” the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Next I had a facial by Jen, pedicure by Tanya. Lunch was served to us in the spa area. To top off my day I found out they offer complimentary makeup Tracy did my makeup. I’m left the spa feeling beautiful and relaxed.     Spa Hollywood has a wonderful bridal party package that was perfect for my daughters wedding preparations. She got the works - her bridal party manicures/pedicures, hair, make-up and massages for herself and her fiance. Everyone had a good time - the staff were all supportive, cheerful and calming during stressful, exciting times for her. It was fun to all be together to get everything done. She initially wanted to have her getting ready done at the hotel, but Spa Hollywood had such a great deal with so many extras, it was worth it to go off site for the dos and then took the getting ready pictures back at the hotel. That turned out to be a wonderful choice!

    I highly recommend Kristin at Spa Hollywood. She has an eye for hair details. She doesnt rush the service as she loves to see her clients happy. It is refreshing to have her style my hair making suggestions that match my hair type with what I want. Not many take that extra initiative in service as Kristin does. Hair isnt one type fits all. The atmosphere at the front desk is always friendly, especially when calling to make an appointment. If you have ever felt a stylist didnt listen to you or rushed you through a service, I recommend giving Kristin a try.

    I recieved the best massage of my life from Amanda. When I tell you that i didnt know how tense I was until I laid on her table. This woman has the hands of a goddess.     I have trusted Laura Murphy with my brows for 20 years. She has a fantastic talent. This time I tried the Hyrda facial and microdermabrasion. She waxed my brows and added a bit of tint.     We came down from NY on vacation looking to relax. A friend had recommended this spa so we decided to book a visit. A calm environment with lovely personalities and excellent service. Our masseuse was a Hungarian lady by the name of Erika. She was attentive and professional. My bones felt as if they were taken out, scrubbed, and put back in. My feet were brand new. Afterwards, my posture immediately looked improved. My mom said her back never felt better. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to relieve tension and pain. We know exactly where we’re going first thing the next time we visit Florida!

    My entire experience was absolutely wonderful! I came to Spa Hollywood in dire need of a cut and highlight (3 years past due). I was a bit apprehensive because I let my hair go for so long.     Logan is by the far the absolute best stylist I have EVER had. Growing up in Sarasota Ive had the opportunity to use many different stylists, but Logan has been the last one Ill ever go to.     I love it here!!! My girlfriend Kim and I came here twice over the course of our 2 week vacation. The first time was for a mani/pedi. The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly. Mimosas and smiles. Our manicurists were friendly and personable, and they did a wonderful job. Kerastasse has very seriously transformed my hair, it is thicker and more manageable. The treatments are outstanding.I love the Spa services. Facials, massage and now even hair removal! They even have a hydro facial, you will flip when you see what comes off your face!! Amazing.I love Hilda, who does the waxing. She is simply... an artist.Mostly, I love my stylist Tess. She is always on time, never wastes my time and effortlessly colors, cuts and styles my hair. Every time i walk out the door I will get kudos, plus I love it too.Tess owns the Salon and you can see how important continuing education is to her. She holds classes on a regular basis so her staff learns all the cutting edge tech. The results are apparent. She has a top notch staff.She carefully chooses her products and has a wonderful shop full of gifts as well. It is hard to walk out the door without a new blouse or cool water bottle, ear rings or a bracelet. All reasonably priced to go home with me!!I could not more high recommend Spa Hollywood! All the ladies who assisted me during my hair appointment were kind, accommodating and knowledgeable in hair care. My hair is quite thick and very long and at no point did I EVER feel rushed through- she took her time to give me a completely full head of color that turned out exceptionally beautiful!     Brandy is the only person I will ever let do my Brazilian Wax from now on! I hadnt gotten a wax in about 5 years so I was extremely nervous. Brandy and the sweet girl at the front desk made me feel at ease and relaxed. The waxing experience was not awkward at all and she went out of her way to make sure I was super comfortable! We talked the whole time which took my mind off of what was happening, and just enjoyed the conversation. It was a little painful as expected but Brandy used the correct waxing techniques so my skin was gently cared for. This place is one of the more expensive places to receive a wax in the area but its worth every penny. I will never go anywhere else & Im so glad I decided to make an appointment here.     What can I say about this Spa other than WOW. All of the staff are fabulous, but Brandy just always seems to go above and beyond. She gives the BEST facials.     It was a fluke that I started coming here since my brother gave me a free haircut card about 6 years ago! Ive had a couple different stylists since then, but they always did a great job on my hair, and felt like I was getting a hip cut! Now Asia cuts my hair, and I just love her! Shes always so sweet and listens to what I want done, and she even did my wedding hair that turned out great despite my nerves that day! I will keep coming here until Asia doesnt work there any more!

    Jennifer Eastwood is awesome! I had a deluxe HydraFacial, with growth factors, which included dermaplanning. My skin was glowing, plump, and firm for days! I use the Skin Better Science Face cream, to maintain the results. Jen is great! She also knows how to do a proper spa tan.

I even waited months for her to settle into her new position at spa Hollywood just so she could do my hair! Spa Hollywood is just that, spa Hollywood! From the minute you walk in you are the center of attention, not only from my amazing stylist, Logan, but the entire staff! Logan has transformed my look over and over!     My hair is hard to work with it is very very very thick and course. Logan recently cut it from my butt to my shoulders and she did an amazing job as well as the color that went from brown to platinum blonde and looked flawless.     I highly recommend Erika for a massage therapist. She works hard and gives a unique and therapeutic massage. She is very caring and works out those sore tight muscle areas.     Ive been going to Augast for cut & color since she graduated cosmetology school approximately 19 yrs ago or more. I model clothing for a boutique so am out their being critiqued quit a bit.     I have always had light eyebrows; but, as time has passed, they have become thinner and lighter. Eyebrow pencil looked artificial and unflattering, so I decided to look into eyebrow Microblading. I knew that Laura Murphy at Spa Hollywood was a licensed artist; as she has given me wonderful facials and other face care, I chose her for my Microblading and am so glad I did. The procedure went flawlessly, and the result is better than I could have hoped for. Now I have real eyebrows which define my eyes and add character to my face. I’ve received many complements, and friends say I not only look more attractive but younger. Can’t beat that! Two thumbs up Laura. You’re the best.
