Everything was great. Went in for laser hair removal. Their covid protocol kept me feeling safe. The woman who did my services today was personable, fun and funny and put me at ease. Ive had phenomenal results over the years, so its worth it for me, but its just a huge sum of money for anyone to lay out upfront not knowing whether theyll get the results they desire.

Melissa was good and thorough. I was worried when Ye told me she was leaving because she was very patient, she cared and she treated my skin like her canvas. She even showed the areas that had ingrown hairs some extra attention. The word transgendered should really not be getting used in your paperwork. To add the ed implies that something happened to us. That we have not always been the same person. The reality is, that though our presentation to the world may be changing we have always been the same person. I am transgender and not ashamed of it but certain language demeans and dehumanizes us.My personal recommendation, considering your business probably already profits significantly off of the trans community, would be to review the language you choose to use with your clients.

I was a little apprehensive once the actual day of my first treatment rolled around, however, I was welcomed with smiling, warm faces the moment I walked into the door. The treatments themselves have been somewhat painful in some areas and virtually painless in others. My top lip, for example, felt like someone snapping a rubber band on my face, while the treatment on my neck was like a puff of air. But the woman who performs my treatments is always very patient and very concerned with my comfort. Overall, the people feel very warm and competent, and the treatments have been very effective. Now that Im more than half-way though with my treatments I have seen a very significant reduction in my hair growth and an improvement in my skin. I used to suffer from ingrown hairs that damaged my skin but my skin looks and feels much more clear now. I highly recommend Ideal Image to all of my coworkers all the time.

You would think its tough to go to a place where mostly women go....well the 1st time it was. Then I started to see other men there. The second time was no big deal. These people work on all shapes, sizes, and the hairiest of people. The staff is extremely professional and non-judgmental. Thanks so much to Thai and the staff at the Sarasota Ideal Image. You are definitely in a league of your own!!! P.S. I seen others complain about price.....just remember you get what you pay for....I couldnt go cheap with the one body that I have....
