Susan is amazing!! She has so much experience in laser hair removal and all the new technology in laser machines. She also knows what skin works best with what laser machine! I have olive skin and it’s very sensitive to scarring. Susan knows what she’s doing and I appreciate her. I’ve been her customer since 2014 and I always come back to her and refer my friends. All my friends were thankful that I referred.

My only regret is that I didn’t do it decades ago! The ladies at Sarasota Laser are fantastic. I felt entirely comfortable through the treatment process, and like I was in great hands. I noticed a significant hair reduction after my first treatment and again after the second. I can’t wait for my third!

I highly recommend Sarasota Laser Hair Removal. I was very concerned about pain and the procedure is truly virtually painless as they advertise. This was a pleasant surprise. Prices are reasonable and you pay per treatment instead of having to purchase a whole package like some other places. Jasmine did my treatments and she is so sweet and professional. Everyone is different, but after 8 treatments on my legs and bikini, I have very little hair and the hair that does come in is fine and grows slowly. Keep in mind you will not be 100% hair free and you may need touch ups.

I went to my dermatologist who diagnosed me with false foliculitis for ingrown hairs on the back of my neck. It was painful, annoying and getting worse. He suggested laser hair removal and gave me a referral.So, I went to the referral and it was explained laser is not permanent and i got an estimate for one years worth of treatment with no guarantee for a ridiculous amount of money. I then went to another local business and both were very similar in cost and (lack of) effectiveness.I was discouraged and concerned this wouldn’t go away by itself and I wanted it to be permanently gone.So, after doing a little research about electrolysis, I found Sarasota Laser Hair Removal was only one of two Sarasota businesses that offer electrolysis which was a more effective method for what I needed.So, I called and booked an appointment and they squeezed me in that very same day.Well when I got there, plenty of parking, the office was immaculate, spacious, quiet and comfortable.I met with Niki who is the Licensed Electrologist for the intake and she was incredibly thorough, professional, knowledgeable and loves what she does and this resonated with me.Anytime you find someone who loves what they do and is passionate about, it makes a world of difference in not only the treatment but the connection with people you respect because they care. You feel like family when you are in the chair, the care to detail, communicating every step of the way making sure you are comfy and good.Not only do I feel special when I get treatments but the cost is not even close to what I would have paid for treatments that couldn’t resolve the problem.I have seen Niki 4x and after the first treatment, I already noticed an improvement.Now, I’m no longer in any discomfort and know I’m in good hands at Sarasota Laser & Hair Removal. And no I don’t work for them nor even knew any of the staff or the business prior to my first appointment.Sometimes you find a little gem of a place that you wish everyone else had that same mindset.I can’t say enough good things about the way the entire staff conducts themselves, they are awesome and I highly recommend them.

The whole staff at this shop are so knowledgeable flexible and easyto work with.Nikki is my clinician. Her treatments have been a total game changer for me. I no longer am self conscious of my facial hair. The laser truly works. I am on Hrt so my hair is always going to grow back but it has thinned out to a point it is not Nearly as noticeable as it was before. Im so grateful to Nikki and crew !A big thank you!!

I’ve had 4 treatments at Laser Hair Removal and have been very satisfied. Nicole is knowledgeable and does a very thorough job. The technology they employ makes the process comfortable. I never have any burning or redness afterwards. While treatment takes several times to begin to see results, it’s well worth it. For me, maintaining the results requires additional attention, it’s not a 100% removal experience, but offers a significant reduction. Others may have different results. Moving here from a major metropolitan city, their pricing is a bargain.

From the second you walk in the clinic to the second you leave the cleanliness, knowledge, professionalism & service is AMAZING! Nikki has been doing my laser hair removal treatments. Nikki explains everything In such great detail leaving you with no worries. Since they have the newest laser the process is not painful as some of the more old school technology is known to be! I drive all the way from orlando to see Nikki at the clinic because it’s so worth it!!! I wish I could give this clinic more then 5 stars! STOP waiting it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

I have had laser treatments in the past and it was awkward and very painful... this was the opposite! I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I first visited this practice and met Susan over 10 years ago when I was a teenager with embarrassing pubic hair in areas it did not belong. Despite my prudishness and insecurities she made me more comfortable than I ever thought possible.I truly appreciate that there was never a dull moment during treatment. She always made me laugh and kept me entertained; which took my mind off laying with my privates exposed. After a few treatments I began to not hate going. We built trust and I became eager to go and catch up, as well as get rid of the pesky unwanted hair.10 years ago I had about 5 treatments done which got rid of what appears to be 80% of my hair. For many years I managed to feel more confident, especially in my sex life.I returned 10 years later after new hair growth in old places. I was incredibly relieved to know she was still in business. I deeply wanted to thank her for helping me back then, not just emotionally but financially. I thought about her every Christmas and holiday as if she were my guardian angel. Susan is an extremely caring person and her professionalism helped me realize that I could overcome my insecurities, which I now have!I am on my second round of laser hair removal and it is so different than the first. The new machine she is using is pain free! It doesnt feel like a bunch of pin needles stabbing the skin. No more blisters or scabs! All of this still at the most affordable price in town. Cant beat that!The new machine feels like it gradually warms the skin and when it becomes too warm you just tell whoever is doing the procedure (sometimes Susan or her daughter) and they cool the area down for you. I first wondered if it was even working because I tend to follow the mindset no pain, no gain. I can assure you that after the first treatment with it that it definitely works well!Long story short, dont go to any other laser hair removal place! This one is the absolute best! You will not be disappointed with the service or the results. I will continue going there for all my laser hair removal needs for as long as she is in business.

One day I decided to take the plunge- laser hair removal. ONE OF MY BEST DECISION EVER! I love this place. My first consultation was with Susan. She’s amazing- friendly, honest and professional. Her teammate is Niki her daughter, she’s just as sweet and professional. I’ve had 4 sessions already and I’m so happy with the results. About me: East Asian, Coarse hair, I pigment easily, and scared of pain. I trust them so much that we’re working on a plan to treat my melasma/hyperpigmentation. Bonus: locally owned, they use what they sell and they love what they do so they aren’t trying to swindle you. I wish I found them sooner!

I am just a regular guy, mid-50s, that has manscaped himself, or asked others to help, for years. I have dreamt of having Laser Hair removal, but I was nervous, embarrassed, etc. I wasnt concerned about pain, more about being uncomfortable getting work in that area! :)Finally, about 2 months ago, I made the decision and committed to doing what I have always wanted.Not only for aesthetic purposes, but hygenic purposes also.The moment I walked into the office and met Niki, I felt good vibes, good feelings. Then, Niki did my first consultation and Laser treatment. It was perfect. I found it to be quite comfortable! Almost massage like. Of course, it also helped that Niki is very professional, while at the same time having a relaxing attitude of care and tenderness.I have made another visit, this time with Susan assisting because I had added more areas to be treated. Again, the same experience as above, but twice as fun!!I plan to continue treatments until I have reached a level of hair reduction that I find appropriate.In summary, I would like to echo what others have said. I have gone back for more sessions and plan on going again. These ladies are very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The no down time was one of my favorite things. I have been going to Nikki for five months and I’m extremely happy with results.! I suffer from PCOS which causes me to have extremely unwanted facial hair. My biggest problem area was my chin.! I had ingrown hairs which left bumps and hyperpigmentation. I tried everything from waxing, shaving, hair removal cream, etc made things worst.! I went in for my consultation with Nikki she was so friendly and knowledgeable. I have no more ingrown hairs and my chin area has cleared up tremendously. I stick to 4-5 weeks for my laser treatment. I would definitely recommend Sarasota Laser Hair Removal. I love this place.

Absolutely Recommend Sarasota Laser!!Im soooo happy that I started laser hair removal and wonder why I didnt do it sooner since the results are incredible!! Im halfway through with my bikini treatments and I dont have to think twice when putting on a bathing suit - no more razer bumps to deal with!And I just started laser on my legs - WOW!!! Stubble on my legs makes me CRAZY but after one treatment the hair growth is sooo much slower. I can easily skip a couple days of shaving without it bothering me.You will NOT be disappointed with your results!!!

The place is warm and clean, when i came in , the women in front offered me coffee, which was very sweet, susan doesnt try to sell u anything, she woulld tell u exactly what your body need she does not even try to manipulate ur descions, laser session went very smoothwith no pain.
