    I have been coming to Lena for two years and my experience thus far have been amazing. My eyelashes last for some time with proper maintenance and it does not come out after two days or fall out in clumps. Which this has happened to me when I have visited other lash technicians. Lena is very easy to talk with and customer service she has with her clients is exceptional. I have referred her to my friends and also my sister because her work is phenomenal. If you have not booked with her I would definitely recommend you do. Once you do dont worry about looking for another lash tech.

    I decided to get mine done last minute. I asked Lena if she could squeeze me in for a Saturday. I had never used her but her reviews looked promising and I loved the photos I saw. I arrived early to my appointment, I had clean lashes, and I silenced my phone. In other words I read her policy. She was friendly but to the point and for me I appreciated that. She is very talented and I valued the time she was giving me. I asked for a hybrid set and she told me I had a lot of lashes and could probably do a classic. I wanted dramatic and long. She did not disappoint. I love my lashes. They are very long and full and I can see how well and accurately each one was placed. I already scheduled my 2 week follow up and plan to be consistent. For me it was perfect. I only had my lashes done once before and I did not have the same over all experience. I waited till they all fell out to start new and I am glad I did.
