So I have no idea what Im doing in the store, but Im doing an instacart order. So I asked for help and Ive luckily got a manager Im assuming I was unfortunately did not catch her name but shes called a young lady by the name of Jayda, and all I can say is thank you so much Miss Jada for your help today because I would have been in there for hours looking for those two items. Its refreshing to see you customer service still is around in certain places cuz Lord knows a lot of them dont anymore

I stopped in yesterday to have my hair curled for my engagement photos, and I had the pleasure of being styled by Lauralee. She did a fantastic job and she was super understanding when I asked her to spray my (very think) hair with tons of hairspray before braving a photoshoot in the Florida humidity. I greatly appreciate her and the great job that she did!

I really enjoy shopping at Ulta for some of my favorite brands and as always, they have a way better rewards program than Sephora. Hoping Ulta starts carrying more of my favorite skincare brands (e.g. Biossance, Youth To The People, Super Goop!) so I can stop shopping at Sephora. Tonights Ulta trip was a light one but still managed to spend $90. Im not a Diamond member for no reason Lol Also, I love checking out with Chanel. She is always so professional, kind, and helps me with last minute finds or recommendations. Shes one of the only store associates who Ive seen consistently in this store for over 3-4 years now. Shes one of my favorite reasons to shop here. She always recognizes me, asking how Im doing, weve talked about our holidays plans during Christmas etc., and about the products we are both loving. Shes the epitome of quality customer service and consistency. Seeing Chanel and picking up a few goodies tonight was the perfect start to my weekend! Time to rush home to try out my new face mask 🥰

My Ulta at store number 679 was an amazing experience due to Stephanie Black. She went above and beyond to help me. I’m 70 and sorry to say I’m not experienced with makeup and what tools to use but she went around the store showing me different brushes and how they work. I bought almost $200 of Clinique which I’ve been using for years their 7 day scrub and lotion since the 70’s. I’m going back and definitely asking for Stephanie.

Yesterday I had the best brow experience with Kloe!! I received a tint and wax and I can honestly say that she is the BEST IN THE WHOLE TALLAHASSEE!! You guys seriously, run, do NOT WALK to get your brows done by the best aesthetician at the benefit brow bar !

Cant say enough about the staff at this Ulta! It didnt matter who we spoke to they went above and beyond. Starting with Aleisha who helped us locate very specific products. Chrystal that stayed after hours to color and style my daughters hair. She made it happen even though my daughter didnt have an appt. The store Manager Geiona runs the store in a very professional manner. Her repour with both customers and staff are what Ulta needs in every store.

Beautiful base color plus highlights from Lauralee in the Ulta Salon and the prices are VERY reasonable for the customized, professional service. And all the stylists exude confidence and a positive attitude which enhanced the overall experience (we chatted about movies and board games, not drama:) Lauralee explained each step in my process and explained each product she used. I bought 2 of the stying products and I was able to recreate the smooth texture and volume at home. AND POINTS!!! You get ultamate rewards points for salon purchases too. Thank you so much for my makeover - Lauralee is an asset to the Ulta team!

A bountiful array of skincare products & brands, as well as mens and womens fragrances, and haircare products from styling creams, mousse, shampoos conditioners, hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons and anything else you could ever possibly want.They also have a brow bar.My personal experience was wonderful. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff who smile and are engaging. Though Ultas are a bit more expensive, I find I am never disappointed with my experience nor purchases. I was in Tallahassee visiting for the day and randomly scheduled an eyebrow wax appointment because I couldn’t fit it in my schedule while at home. I also randomly choose who my appointment was with. Brittany was amazing! She did brow mapping and showed me where my eyebrows were supposed to start but clearly didn’t. She showed me how to fill in so they look fuller. She was amazing, now I’ve got to figure out how to come to Tallahassee every couple of months to get my eyebrows done! Thanks Brittany!

I am fairly new to Cosmetics and I occasionally stop by Ulta on the way to Old Navy. For a while it was difficult to find assistance on the sales floor then I met Rachel D. the Sales Manager she was so friendly and outgoing and you can tell she genuinely wanted to help you. I just went back a few days ago to discover that she no longer works there. I’m sad, the experience wasn’t the same this time.

One of Ultas employees here in Tallahassee, Andrew, assisted with helping me find a pressed powder for my excruciatingly tricky complexion. He introduced me to THE best pressed powder (made by tarte, Inc.) Ive ever come across. Andrew was fabulous with listening to my concerns about my previous struggles with finding the right powder, and Andrew took the time to help me walk away feeling confident with my purchase. Great selection and information about the products. Justin was a great help. Justin showed me a brand I never would have thought of - Chanel. He took the time to swatch the shades and and answer all of my questions about Nars, Fenty, and Chanel. Brandon was a great help to. He took the time to swatch Juvias place for me. I will definitely be back to see these two employees. The head clinique specialist (I forgot her name) showed me a makeup remover that worked really well.

Both hairdressers on duty were so sweet and personable. Jasmine did my hair and she did EXACTLY what I asked for, we had pleasant conversation, she was just one of the best hairdressers Ive been to (and I havw been to many). Both of thw ladies kept complimenting my makeup, my hair, etc and just made me feel beautiful. I will continue to go here for future needs and highlight suggest them! Here are my current photos. This is my second time going for the Kerastraight treatment, and both times have been amazing!! Ive had Jessica for both, but all of the staff are extremely friendly and you can tell they want to help you as soon as you walk in the store!! My hair has suffered alot. I am mixed so I have thick, ethnic hair and since moving to Florida from up north, my hair is much dryer, frizzier, and harder to take care of. I turned to relaxers to help with it which just damaged my hair and caused breakage. So I looked into keratin treatments, but I wasnt certain if they would work well on my hair or not. Jessica tackled it like a professional though. Ive had stylists that i could tell were a bit intimidated by my hair, but even with the damage she did an amazing job. I have a long way to go with repairing my hair, but you can barely tell that I have any damage at all. Thank you Jessica!! Oh and a side note, I have also been to have my hair colored and Chelsea did a great job giving me the Ronze look!! Im going back for red soon!!

I made a walk-in appointment with Megan and they were very accommodating. I only waited 10 mins and they offered me water while I waited. I had never gotten my brows waxed before and I was super nervous. But Megan was incredibly comforting and explained everything along the way. Needless to say, my brows looked amazing! I have uneven, asymmetrical brows, but she knew how to make them look as even/matching as possible while keeping them full. Will definitely be making it a regular thing.
