    Once I moved to South Tampa I found Gel Nails as my new nail shop. My last nail shop was exceptional so I had high expectations for them as well, Tim always does my nails and they are ALWAYS fantastic. His wife Mai or his daughter Lynn always does my pedicure and they’re both great as well, I spend a lot of time on my feet for my job so it takes a toll on my soles, she does a great job making my feet look and feel pretty. I recommend their salon to anyone who asks me about nail services in this area. Clean, prompt, beautiful end result services. I also get my eyebrows waxed here as well when needed and Mai always does a nice job. 5 stars at this salon!

    I have been coming to this place since I was 13 years old and I have to say this place welcomes you and such a great family that owns this place. They never disappoint me with the work they do and the service is perfect and prices are Great. Nail work is fantastic and can’t ask for anything more. I recommended here 100%. They’ve became family and their work no other.

    This place is good! i love it and will be coming here as i live a walking distance from it. one lady was rude (she did my pedicure) but the other two people were very nice (my acrylics), and did a very good job. they aren’t too thick which i also really like.

    Ive been coming here for 4 years and absolutely love this place. Its very hygenic. The customer service is excellent and they do a wonderful job. Its family owned and you will always know what to expect as there are three nail techs (who are the owners and daughter). Tons of gels and varieties like cat eye, mood colors, different shapes, etc. Highly recommended!

    I have been a fan of gel nails and a client since they opened in 2012. The salon has always been extremely clean and very sanitary. They use only top of the line products which results in long lasting high quality n gel nails. Long and her mom always try to accommodate me and go above and beyond to make me happy. I have particularly difficult feet and they have always been able to make them pretty, which without going into detail is no easy feat. I would recommend Gel Nails to anyone looking for professional result at a reasonable cost.

    I have been coming to Gel Nails for 6 years. I followed them when they moved from last location. This family owned and operated business is always friendly and welcoming. There is never a long wait and they do a fantastic and thorough job. A major plus is the care taken to disinfect after every customer. The establishment is very clean right down to the restroom. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

    I’ve been in Tampa for 2 years now .... Lynn, Mai, and the Dad at Gel Nails are the BEST I’ve been to this far. I’m never disappointed.. I get the Same amazing results every visit. I go for nails, toes, AND brows.—- I’ve tried other places every now & then due to urgency or location, but they’re my home place. & I will not change that. :)

    Me and my girlfriend wanted to get a manicure and decided to visit this establishment because of its popularity in the area and ratings. When we entered, we were greeted very friendly and was provided excellent customer service. My girlfriend loved how her nails came out and we would recommend this place to anyone!

    I am extremely picky about my nails. I get my nails done ALL the time and this was the best full set of acrylics I’ve EVER gotten. I got gel polish and it was very well priced. I’ve never left a review for anything but felt so strongly about this I just had to! Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed!

    This is the best nail salon in Tampa. The staff is wonderful, salon is impeccably clean, and they offer excellent service, very competitive prices, and the latest in nail and waxing services. This is the only place I am comfortable having my nails and waxing done. I also bring my children to this salon and my parents drive from Clearwater Beach to this salon. The best!!

    Gel Nails is a wonderful family owned nail salon with a variety of colors and spa option. They stay up to date with the trends and are always friendly. The business is very clean with no harsh scents when entering the shop. Each person has individual tools and toes dividers. Im always greeted with a smile and leave with a smile!

    I moved here about 2 years ago and after trying SEVERAL other nail spas in the Tampa Bay area, I can tell you Gel Nails of South Tampa is by far the best place to go! This spa is incredibly clean and the staff is extremely professional. Compared to other nail spas, Gel Nails is very reasonably priced especially for the quality of work they do. Dont waste time going anywhere else.

    Coming from DC and I honestly am so sad there is no one up near me who pays attention to the details like they did. My fill ins were shaped not only for shape but also for thickness and smoothness on top. The time was taken to ensure each nail turned out beautifully. A man did the shaping and painting (there was a few bits of dried gel on the side of my nails onto my skin but I didn’t even catch it till hours later- I basically chose a pink that blended in to my skin So it was barely noticeable) and then a younger woman put gems on my ring finger as accents. She took the time to discuss what sizes would look best with my smaller hands and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve brought a picture to three different salons in the DC area and this is the only one who truly managed expectations and did a gorgeous job.

    I totally love this place. Ive been going here for over 5 years. My first visit I was a drop in at 650pm. I didnt realize they closed at 7 but they didnt care. Invited me in and didnt try and rush me out. They have changed locations and I will follow them anywhere. I drive from Brandon and its totally worth it !
