    Hannah & Rachel are my favorite! Hannah is queen of pedicures! She is so personable and does an amazing job at getting all the dead skin/ cuticles and make sure youre feeling relaxed. Rachel is amazing at manicures with the shaping and making sure your nails are perfectly even. The owner here is so friendly, love this place! Plus their prices are great.

    Stopped in to get a full set and pedicure. Was immediately sat with no wait. Kevin did both my nails & toes and did a great job! He made sure to let me know my design was a little extra $ which I appreciated instead of waiting until the end to surprise me with the extra charge. He also made sure I liked my nails every step of the way. He explained the things he was doing as he did them, paid attention to detail, and offered me complimentary beverage as well! The extra steps of service like the warm towel on my hands after the full set were definitely noticed. Salon was very clean and bright ambiance. Did not ask what type of pedicure I wanted, not sure if they have more than one. Was still a nice pedicure featuring hot towel and massage. Will return.

    I recently came to Lily nail and spa for a full set my nail technician was thorough and attentive, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfect. They used high-quality products, and I appreciated their commitment to sanitation and hygiene throughout the process. I can see the massage chair during the pedicure was an added bonus—pure bliss!One of the standout aspects of Lily Nail and Spa is their impressive selection of nail colors and designs. I opted for a stunning design that I really like, since that day I have garnered compliments ever since!     UPDATE:I wish i could give them 6 stars. My usual nail tech wasnt there, and i was in a pinch. Jennifer did my nails while Jerry did my toes!! They were both amazing...PREVIOUS REVIEW*******************My nail tech, Rachel is amazing! Im picky about my nails, but I dont have to be picky with her because SHE KNOWS HER STUFF. If she isnt available, any of the nail techs can take good care of you. They are kind, friendly, and do amazing work!

    Love this salon! Hannah is the best. Friendly and attentive. Prices are good. My only complaint is I wish they were open on Sundays. But I get it. Everyone should have a day of rest and prayer. I get dip nails and pedicures. Absolutely perfect every time.

    They just moved a few doors down and expanded. Very beautiful decor. Love the massage chairs and cleanliness of their practices. I have been coming for years and havent had any issues.Update Feb 2022...great experience, beautiful facility, extensive new color collections. Great service with all techs. Natural, acrylic and dip. Offer permanent makeup, lashes and facials...although I have not tried.

    Best nail salon in the area!! I drive over an hour to see Lisa because she is simply the best she takes her time and is very detailed (picky like me 😂) my nails have never lifted or broke in over a year that I’ve been going to this salon. They use great products and the prices are just right. The salon is very clean (huge plus in my book) elegant and everyone is always so nice. 1000% recommend this place you will not be disappointed tell them I sent you and don’t forget to sign up for their loyalty program. Points = discounts 💕

    Today was my first time and of course with any nail salon, I’m always skeptical but not here. The experience was absolutely wonderful, the staff is very welcoming and nice, and my nail tech(i didn’t get his name) but he was absolutely amazing and gentle with my nails. i will most definitely be recommending people to come here and I will be coming back!!

    This is the best salon in Tampa, Been coming here for three years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The nail techs do an excellent job. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The price is very reasonable. Make sure you try the Volcano pedicure!!

    Lisa and Hanna was amazing. My manicure and pedicure was excellent (the BEST). I was able to relax and enjoy the full experience of being pampered. The entire team was very intentive and they took their time with each customer. The quality of the service was spectacular. I highly recommend

    I saw Rachel yesterday for a full acrylic set and toenail polish change. I am extremely happy with her. It’s rare to hit it out of the park on the first try of finding a new nail tack that you can see regularly I just moved from out of state, so she made that very easy. I will definitely be back to see her again. She did a beautiful job, and she’s very sweet. I like her personality as well.

    I walked in hoping to find a nail salon I would like in the Tampa area as I am new to the area.I walked with no appointment in a Friday afternoon and they took car elf me right away. Lisa started my service and Rachel finished. They both did a great job with my dip powder and toe nail color change. The service was great and they are very attentive.Cost was a little more than the other 2 places I have been to but we’ll worth it. I look forward to going back again.

    I have been getting my nails done in Tampa for 20+ years and La Lily is hands down my favorite nail salon. The prices are fair and they offer a great variety of services. They also have techs who speak Spanish which is a HUGE benefit seeing as there are many Spanish speaking residents in the area.The owner is very personable which I enjoy. You feel like family here!While you enjoy a spa pedicure, make sure you ask about the services offered by the med spa located inside, Essential rejuvenation. I’m a huge fan of their B12, tri-immune injections and IV therapy.La Lily is a one stop shop for pampering!

    1000/100 recommend getting your nails done here!! I do dip with Lisa and it literally last me over a month. I have never had any lifting or chipping. Then for the pedicure, Jerry or Monica does an amazing job! I feel very relaxed coming to this salon. Definitely the best in the area (quality, cleansingness, and customer service wise)! I have never been disappointed with their service.

    Found this place as they are just right here in the carrollwood area by our home I had actually had a pedicure done in another location but they were very limited on their colors.. were still shopping for a good nail salon weve only lived in the area here about 4 months.I called ahead and talked to a very nice gentleman who was very welcoming and honestly seemed like he would actually help me out with my color rescue! 😆My wife and I get pedicures about every two and a half weeks and so were pretty fussy about our nails anyway these folks got me in did a quick color change on me and I really enjoyed how I was taking care of and really felt like I got the executive treatment!Rachel was absolutely fabulous and my wife and I are definitely going to be putting a stake in the ground on this place! Awesome job!

    I went with my younger sister and they did amazing. I dont think Ive ever been to a nail salon that was this pretty, clean, professional, friends birthday, and did great work- especially since their prices are fair. Even if you dont have an appointment they make sure to get you seen quickly.Theyre choices of colors are a bit much (Im not good at choosing), but my sister loved all the options. We had an amazing time, so I will definitely go there again the next time I need to get my nails done.

    Excellent staff & gentle service. I had 3 different nail technicians take care of me. I had a pedicure & a full set of nails with a French curve gel polish that resulted in beautiful results. 💅 Jerry was my pedicures (fantastic attention to detail), Lisa did my nails (great job) & I had another gentleman finish off my polish because although I made an early appointment with Lisa she took her next client without finishing my nails which was okay because I wasnt in a hurry, nevertheless the end result was very nice. Im not sure if another client would be happy being handled by several ppl, especially after scheduling.😊

    First time ever using their services and was very satisfied. Very clean and professional team. All safety protocols in place. Just went in for a manicure with a little design. My tech was William and he did a fantastic job! He was very detailed and did a beautiful design of exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back.     I have been going here for years for manicures and pedicures. Everyone of the operators is well trained and does a good job. Now, I have Hana when I go. She is excellent and unfailingly does a wonderful job. The owner and her staff are excellent in keeping the place clean and CDC compliant. I highly recommend LaLily Nails and Spa.

    The Spa is always clean and the atmosphere is calming. The techs are great. They talk with you and keep you at ease. The most difficult thing about it, is deciding what color nail polish or dip you want. I have been going there for a while now and wouldnt think about going anywhere else. Jerry rocks!

    First time visiting location w/friend who has been before. Mani/Pedi was the best Ive had in the area. C-Van was very meticulous and thorough in providing her service. She worked my Fred Flintstone Feet back into shape. I got the Lemongrass & Ginger Volcano Spa Treatment which smelled amazing while making everything nice & soft. They offered water or soda then a glass of wine maybe a moscato by the taste of it. It was refreshing and light. The establishment us very clean and modern. Even though they were very busy on a Friday evening 5:30p they kept people moving working with walk-in. There was a mom/daughter who wanted services for both but it was at least an hour wait. They came back as I was finishing up. Ive already made my next appt w C-Van. Thank you very much for an enjoyable experience.

    The atmosphere was great and my tech jerry took his time in making sure my nails were clean and neat. Great service and the staff were super sweet. My boyfriend almost knocked out getting his Lil foot massage and that should tell y’all how comfortable and chill we were! Highly recommended will def come back!

    The new set up to protect customers and staff is great. Made me feel very safe. I loved how relaxed I was with my spa pedicure by William, his hands are the best! Cannot leave my guy James out, like always, he did an outstanding job on my white tip full set. My mom and daughter were also so relaxed during their pedi and loved their toes!     Im always skeptical about where I go, but La Lilys never fails to amaze me and I love that its family owned versus a large chain. This was the first time since I had surgery on my finger that I went and got an acrylic full set, and I notified the nail technician, James, about it and he made sure to not hurt the sensitive area. In fact, Ive never had someone be so gentle in general. He was so careful to make sure to do it right and was so focused as well. A little sad they had to raise their prices, but it wont stop me from revisiting this location and requesting James. Its hard to find a good person who has a gentle hand and takes time to perfect what is being done. Definitely a 5 stars for James and the beautiful interior of the building. I cant complain too much about the prices because its hard to get a good set for less than $30 but I successfully did here. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will be returning for future purposes.

    Havent had a set done in a while and last place I went to the girl had one nail crooked from talking on the phone and not paying attention and made more than one nail bleed. But today I was kindly welcomed and got a beautiful pedicure very basic but wonderfully done. Rachel did my short black and white coffin style nails and I will make sure I get her everytime! I got a few nicks here and there but I dont speak up much, but Rachel was so kinda and made sure to take her time doing every nail almost perfectly leaving my set looking AMAZING! Wishing I could tip more !

Appointments are necessary because they are so busy.... but they do take walk-ins and can pinpoint just how long your wait would be .     I have been going here for 11 years now! I’ve tried other salons and I ALWAYS regret and find myself back here. My nails never chip, have never fell off and the two times In the 10 years that my polish has messed they fixed it. They always give me what I ask for at a fair price and it’s just a relaxing experience altogether. I’ll be back again and again and again. I refuse to let another salon touch my nails it’s a waste of money. I love the details and time that William and Lily put into my nails(I’m a perfectionist and I pay attention). La Lily’s is the best products, with the best prices and the best service PERIOD.

    This place is amazing. They have watched my children grow as we have going here for 9 years. Always ao.pleasnat and kind. Their services are great as they offer all types, designs, and colors. Ive moved to Land O Lakes and will not deviate bc when you find a good place you find a good thing. Great Job 👍 to everyone who works there.

    It was suggested by a male friend as I try to stay with the same nail person. and when I looked on FB -Williams name came up and I was lucky to get in with him. Everyone is very nice and they all do a great job. I took off my nails after wanting t get he clear acrylics and have been just getting pedis. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Lily Is also very 😊. I actually just stopped in last night before the holiday weekend ! Happy 4th!

    I love La Lily Nails & Spa. I’ve been a patron since they opened. My nails always look fantastic. The pedicures are always solid and I’d suggest treating yourself to a deluxe pedicure. Lily and her Mom are the only people that touch my eyebrows. Wonderful family running a wonderful, clean, consistently great spa experience.

    I love this place.! Nails perfect to the point and the staff very nice.! Specially Kim , Tom and the rest of them. Now, Owner needs to work on her professional customer service skills. When you ask for something different on your nails staff ask her and she responds with little actitud. I keep going there for Kim and Tom. Owner is not that nice sometimes... needs to improve her Customer Service Skills. 1 unhappy customer, will bring a 1,000 more unhappy customers.

    Nghia Le was my nail tech. He was professional and thorough. Took about an hour total for a full set and was extremely reasonably priced. Rewards program with a phone number sign up. Just moved to a bigger location in the same strip mall. Very clean. Awesome bathrooms. HUGE color selection. Will definitely return.

    I have been regularly getting acrylic nails done for years! Nowadays, I only get my nails done at La Lily’s Nail Salon. All the technicians are super friendly, they always go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and give them exactly what they ask for! After I started going to La Lily’s anytime I have ever gotten my nails done elsewhere I’ve been extremely disappointed. The Salon owner, Lily just recently upgraded the salon and the new location is absolutely gorgeous, she stays on top of ordering all the new products and polishes so theres always so many options to choose from! I am sooo thankful, I found a nail salon that I am beyond satisfied with because let’s be honest every girl is happier when their nails are on point! If you ever leave the nail salon unsatisfied, I highly suggest stopping by Lily’s Salon, you’ll never want to go anywhere else!

    I don’t get out very often for nails/waxing, etc., but I always come to La Lily when I get the chance. The staff is wonderful (William = fantastic pedicures!) & the entire spa is spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend La Lily enough!

    I wanted my nails done last minute on Wednesday morning November 26. I called and was told to come right in. James was my nail technician. He is an extremely polite and attentive young man. I have never had a man do my nails. I want to say he is the best I have ever had. Why? First, he didnt speak in his language to other technicians or take phone calls while taking care of me. He only spoke briefly to others when spoken too. Second, he listened to my concerns. I have been very ill for over 10 years and when my Primary Doctor discovered what was wrong with my health, he put me on medications that required almost a year to rectify my problem. I unfortunately had another health issue which required strong medicine for 7 days. All these medications have affected my nails. James performed gel dipping at my request. But he on his own made additional layers and literally restored a protective coating that made my nails look longer and more full than what he had to work with. He is very humble. He did not say anything about the additional layers. My nails are beautiful. They are protected, strong and do not hurt when touched. This salon charges less and does more than any salon I have ever gone to. I do believe James was a blessing from God.

    I been going here for over 3 years and never had issues. My nail tech is amazing (ken) and he usually takes his time. Yesterday i went in he was rushing and granted i decided to do something new on my toes and didnt like it. He was nice and took it of and painted them as i wanted yet, rushed missed half of my nail color all because the owners wife was rushing him. Not sure what was said but i can tell he was getting anxiuos. I left and when i got home i noticed it was bad. I called the lady that sits in the front picks up and o told her what i wanted she has the nerves to tell me i knew u werent going to like it and shouldnt have done it. Keep in mind ken changed the designed and i just went with plain color. I asked her really, what did i leave the nail shop with? She said two color I said first of my nail tech is amazing but becaus of u everyone is turning into fast, lets go, get people in and out, your becoming just like the other nail shops, two i have simple nail polish on and if I am not happy I will go back and get my nails done do u understand.. Then she said. You not happy not my problem, I will talk to (ken) more was said. And she is nasty ans becoming rude, money hungry salon. Going today and speaking to her in person but if this continues it will be time to find another nail shop..😥😥😥😥

    The place is extremely clean. Technicians do take protective sanitation precautions.Several of the technicians do not greet you. They just start talking, “ what color do you want, may I help you “ is the very least. The guy I use, does a much better job.
