Amazing nail salon, it was so clean and really pretty in there. I had an appointment and they got right to work on me. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done! Definitely will be back! My nails turned out wonderful . I thank my nail tech she killed it, I wish I got her name!

Ive been going to this place since my children were in middle and high school, and now they are adults. For the most part, everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. They have water coffee soda or wine options while you are getting a pedicure. They used to ask if you wanted that before your pedicure starts. They stopped asking for some reason. I usually bring my own bottled water when I go everywhere, but it would be nice to be asked.They take appointments through the Booksy app, which is great! But.... Even though you make an appointment when you get there, you sometimes have to wait for your technician to be done with the previous customer. Ive waited as long as an hour for my technician to be available and have been asked for another technician to do my nails if they are going to be too long. I will say they are very accommodating to move things along as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to be pampered.

Never disappointed ever! My fav will always be Julie 💘💘💘💘 I must say I am very picky about nail shape and the way my pedicures are done and she kills it every time. She also does amazing nail art! The owners Cindy and Tan are very personable and welcoming. I love it here and I am sooooo happy Julie moved back because I was lost without her!

I’m not sure why others are posting negative reviews but I had a stellar experience ! I booked my appointment in advance with Tan because I had done enough IG lurking of the Opium Nails page and read enough reviews to discern that he was the best. There were also plenty of other top notch nail techs available. Within the first few minutes, I could tell he not only was super skilled at doing nails, but that he was passionate about his job and loved what he did. While we were carrying on with our conversation, he gave me an awesome design. I didn’t even realize we were nearly finished when it was time for the top coat. What usually takes 1h45 mins/2hours plus at other places, he accomplished in 1h15 mins. Also, the salon is very well run. Tan has an amazing hold on the appointments as well as walk ins. Whenever a walk in client came in, he’d direct them to get serviced right away. I’m very impressed and already booked my next three sessions!

Very clean salon, newly renovated with many design options for colors in polish and acrylics. I drive 45 mins to this salon because the quality is that far superior compared to other salons in the Bay area. Ive had sets last 6 weeks because of the attention to detail provided. I specifically go to Tan but know there are quite a few techs that slay the nail game. Tip: they use an app called Booksy where you can schedule appointments for exactly what you want with which tech you prefer.

I have been going to brian for months now & he absolutely kills it!! i have NEVER been disappointed in his work. he is quick & amazing & great at shaping ! i have also went to a few other ppl there as well if he was booked up & everyone there has done a great job (& im kinda picky!) . this place is 10/10, would recommend to anyone !!

I love this place they did a great job on my nails and I receive many many compliments. I also love how they have organic pedicures I thought that was very neat. I recently received a gel manicure and it lasted for more than 2 weeks. The prices are reasonable because you actually get the most out of the services. The staff is really nice and quick. I highly recommend this place.

Every time I come here I always get a different nail tech and my nails are fabulous every time! It can be busy at times but the wait is worth it. They take their time on their pedicures and my toes almost always come out perfect and if they don’t they apologize for their mistakes and fix them they are not rude or get upset with you and try to fix the situation, it makes me feel more comfortable to speak up instead of feeling like I’m causing a commotion. I am a newer client here I’ve been coming here since summer of last year I was a bit nervous considering that they’d overlook me and not tend to my nails as a regular customer. coming from a horrible salon prior to here I can say I can trust this salon I love it here and Mimi is the best I look forward to my next full set In April !!!

Theyre so friendly and family oriented. They make you feel welcomed every time you go. You tell them what you like and they give you more. Tan is amazing in nails, art and customer service. Kelly is so good as well. The pedicures and the nails are the best in Tampa. Even the eyebrows service was amazing. I came in because of the reviews and havent left. If youre as picky as I am with my nails then I highly recommended those place. You wont regret comingIts the best!!!

Only my second time here. The first time I had Julie. This time I had Bee. Highly impressed with both of these ladies. They took their time and did it right. Even after the backbreaking work my feet took today. Thank you so much for the attention to detail and quick work. Being so close to home I think this is my new nail salon. The absolute only complaint I have is that it was a little hot in there. But that seems to be the norm. I would definitely suggest it. I will be bringing friends.Flash Forward two months and they wont let me leave a new review so I will add it this one. Fourth of July hot mess is the only way I can describe these nails. I had the older lady. I do not know her name. When I said that I did not want fake nails put on she seemed upset. She then slapped nail polish on me like a five year old. I am literally pulling nail polish off of all the skin around every single male. She did not file my nails with any care whatsoever. They are lopsided and jagged. And she flat-out refused to do what I asked her to polish wise. This will be my last visit here. I have never seen anything so atrocious in my life, much less paid for it. Goodbye nail art

I love this place! They are professional, provide excellent customer service and always ensure their customers are happy. This was my nail salon for years until I moved to Brandon. I tried few nail salons in the Brandon area. However, after dealing with rude staff, nail polish that would chip off in two days and overpriced work...I am back to Nail Art. Keep in mind that I drive 45 min to get my nails and feet done here. That is how AMAZING they are.

Tan and his wife are hands down the best when it comes to any nail designs and acrylics. There are times you have to wait even with an appointment but it is worth the wait. Tan makes you feel like family.

My first mani and pedi ever and Mimi did a fantastic job! I came a few days before Christmas at 930am and there was no wait. This was for my Wedding. It’s been three weeks and my manicure is still the same condition they were the first day! She was very patient and the price was very fair for the time she spent on me (about 2-3 hours total). Very clean and hygienic place. Totally recommend!

Love this place its amazing. Customer service is above beyond and walkinshaw get helped immediately. Tan is the best if your looking for one if a kind art notebook for a spot with him! Very clean must have a mask on before entering. All the work from everyone that Ive seen is amazing, top notch staff. This is the only nail shop you can go to and for A1 work from any chair you sit at.

You make an appointment only to wait 30 minutes because they decided to take a walk in right before you. That is bad business and wasting people’s time.In response to your reply, that does not only happen when you’re late. It also happens when you’re on time with an appointment. I end up still waiting 20-30 minutes. I called ahead saying I was going to be 5-10 minutes behind so that means that you will take a new customer even though I made an appointment and I called ahead? When I complained I was quickly attended to by another nail tech which I appreciated. The nail techs skills are great & they’re nice which is why I go.

This place is amazing! I finally after searching high and low, found the holy grail of nail salons! I got a full set and a pedicure with French tips and GURL I felt like I was at the spa! Tan my nail tech, this man is spectacular. He basically runs the place answering phone calls and helping other tech’s clients but rest assured he’s gonna have your full set looking on point! Any idea you have he will bring to life, ANYTHING. Also can we talk about how this place is WAAAY bigger on the inside then how it looks from the outside? When I walked in I felt like I changed dimensions honestly. But really the place is huge and that means more seats and that means more nail techs! The place was pretty busy but I barely had to wait anytime before I got paired up with my nail genius ✨ but all in all great service for a great price, ya’ll should check it out! Ask for Tan or Tin!

I told her skinny coffin and that’s exactly what I got , plus she knew immediately what I meant and no extra charge for the shape you prefer or being pushed into extras you never wanted in the first place!!
