    I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I have to say they are the best nail salon in carrollwood!! Lea and chin are the absolute best in the business. They are so sweet, funny, friendly and remember how you like everything each time. The paint job is always perfect and the acrylic is smooth with no bubbles! And the prices are reasonable. I trust her so much she often picks out my nail color. This is a color from her brand new chrome package and it’s absolutely perfect! Love her!!!

    I’ve been to many nail salons without feeling fully satisfied until this place. Absolutely love them. They are personable, friendly, do a great job & their salon is clean and organized, always smelling fresh. Couldn’t ask for more! My nails have stayed looking good the longest out of any other shop I’ve been to.

    My favorite nail salon i’ve ever been to. Lee is so sweet, funny, and does a perfect job every single time. She takes her time to make sure the length and shape each nail is the same. My most recent trip in, I came with a picture and a specific idea in mind and she absolutely nailed it. The paint job is always pristine and the acrylic is smooth and never bubbles. And the prices are reasonable. Love her!!!

    I was visiting from out of town and I have to say this place is amazing I have never had a manicure and pedicure that I love so much. even after a week my nails and toenails are going strong and people keep commenting how beautiful they look! Lee was amazing I will be coming back when I visit Tampa again thank you Lee youre amazing!Update: 10/5/19Returned again, one because I missed Lee, two because she does such an amazing job! Cant wait to see you after Christmas!

    I have worn acrylics for about 12 to 13 years. Ive grown to be a little particular about nail salons. I love having an attentive, delightful person working with me, and Le (Lee? Sorry, Im unsure how to spell her name properly, I didnt ask) was exactly that. She was transparent about timing, very open about any limitations (not that there really were any, just if I wanted heavily designed nails, it would be best to provide a picture, and the shape I wanted might be a bit tricky because I also wanted short nails), and she was an absolute peach to talk to!The salon itself is clean, open, and beautifully designed.AND THERE IS NO NAIL SALON SMELL?!?!! Its mind-boggling!Not only did she do a remarkable job, but she was so warm and welcoming, I cant wait to go back.I live almost an hour away, but I now refuse to go anywhere else. I mean, these are PERFECT! Im so happy I just happened by them!I included a very blurry picture, but thats the only way I could get the prismatic effect to really show. These nails are stunning.

    Have been coming here since it opened. Superior work done in a beautiful clean environment. Very professional nail techs and always feel welcome. Love my nails each time I leave. Brought my nieces for a Christmas gift and we all enjoyed the great treatment and quality work

    Lee and the girls at Platinum are so incredibly phenomenal! My nails are always begging for attention after long stretches away from home and I really feel best when I leave Platinum. And the massages that come along with each treatment are just… no words. So amazing! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

    Let me tell you it has been very hard for me to find a place where they can do the nails the way you want it!! This is the place!! Anything you guys want they wont make it work for you!! Ally did an amazing job! I truly love the design and love my nails!!

    My daughter and I needed pedis while visiting here. I read the reviews and we gladly selected the right salon. We called and were able to schedule appointments within the hour. We received great services from Jimmy, Tina and Chin. They were all very gracious, professional and overall very nice technicians. The salon is clean, well decorated and very calming. I highly recommend this salon for nail services.

    Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The salon is very clean and simple. Great shows on the TV with captions while music (Celine Dion) plays. Chin provided me with a wonderful pedicure. Nice strong massage from both my tech and the chair.

    I visited for the 1st time today and I Saw Lee. She was great and so sweet! She did an amazing job on my gel pedicure and so detailed with everything. She really did her thing with my feet . She really took her time to give me a relaxing experience. She even gave me the option of staying after my pedicure just to relax more. Ill definitely be back!

    The girl asked me lots of question and make sure we were on the same page.The polish is garantie for 2 weeks if it goes off. If the nail brake, that is not.So I had a french gel manicure and the pedicure was a special one. It worth the price. They are not more expensive then the other places.Really clean and the decor colours are nice.Will return

    I had a great experience here. My tech was so thorough and did a PERFECT job. Most importantly, it’s very clean. Played great music. New chairs, nice TV set up. Best I’ve gone to in the area. I will absolutely be back.

    Was there a couple of times now, Lee and Chinh are always exceptional. Lee does outstanding nails and Chinh never disappoints with foot massages. They also have so many reasonable services of the pedicure. The place itself is worth visiting, neat, clean, and very well decorated!

    I’ve been with Lee for almost twenty years and her service and professionalism is always a wonderful experience. I have my pedicures done by Jinh and she is the only nail tech that has been able to cure my in-grown nail problem with regular visits. Kelli has also done an excellent with my nails and my feet. The shop is top notch! Clean and upscale. If I could give her my own rating ....********** 10 stars!

    Nice facility, clean, and mask required (which is nice 👌). Lovely staff, who are actually interested in getting to know their customers! Great service and upfront prices! Got a full set and pedi, a week and a half ago, and as I am pretty rough on my nails theyre still here! I know where to go every time I visit Tampa!

    Got my nail and toe done today Lee did them...They are very clean very friendly do an awesome job.. they also are the Only Nail Salon that has a lot of dipping colors... I recommend this salon a 100% ... This will be my new nail salons from now on.. Thank you so much Lee your awesome... I’ve been all over to a lot of different nail salon and they do a terrible job and also use dirty tools . They’re not sanitize because I got toe fungus from the other salons. I wish I could’ve rate them more stars because of how good they are.

    Thank heavens I found this place! I first came here looking for a nail salon close to work and ever since then this has been my go to spot! It’s best to call ahead and book your appointment which is usually same day but definitely the next. If you’re there alone (or getting a pedicure with your boyfriend like I did!) it can feel as though you have the whole salon to yourselves :) and they really do spend quality time giving you what you came for!Not to mention it is amazingly clean! Thank you to Lee and the 2 beautiful ladies at this shop!

    My wife and I are very satisfied with the great service and nice people that work here. We have been several times now and they are always consistent and thorough... The Platinum pedicure is amazing and very relaxing... Kelly is an expert at removing pesky ingrowns... I highly recommend this Salon... If I could give them 10/10 stars I would!

    Amazing!! First time customer= A lifetime customer. I cannot rave about this place enough. I have searched all of Tampa Bay for a CLEAN nail shop that actually had nail artist that could do thier job well. I mean lets face it, as easy as it may be not everyone knows how to paint a nail. Many people have commented on thier high prices but let me be the 1st to say You will get exactly what you pay for. I dont mind paying the extra costs for what I just experienced at Platinum Nails Salon. I was told yesterday they remodeled the place and got all new equipment etc just a year ago so the place is very beautiful and still has its new touch but Its not so much about the new style and new equipment for me I mostly enjoyed the cleanliness of service, sterilized utensils, how they pre prep freshly soaked cotton balls with polish remover in jars inside the drawers and all their supplies are neatly tucked away in cabinets or their personal spaces so they dont need to have a hundred different supplies and clutter on top of the workstation like most nail shops do. The photos of the empty workstations on Google is exactly what it looks like when you 1st walk in. I also loved the oil they used on my skin after I was done.

    Clean, affordable, and there’s no rushing. They take there time to make sure everything is exactly how you like it! They perfectly paint your toes and finger nails expertly. They will make you feel like a queen when you go to treat yourself. I’ve been to atleast 5 other nail salons. Nobody does it as great as they do.
