Very happy with the care Ive received over the last year.I called yesterday for an appointment and they were able to get me in today.They provide professional, courteous, and prompt care. Elise is outstanding. She is knowledgeable and patient. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and explained everything I needed and wanted to know in detail.An excellent healthcare provider.

I have used their services several times as I am at that age. I have never had to wait more than two minutes in the waiting room and I have always been greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The staff has been professional and quick to answer any and all questions I have had concerning my procedures. The follow up calls have been prompt with the appropriate information given with care, making me feel comfortable that I have chosen the right place for medical attention.

Yaquelin is always informative and helpful. I feel heard and cared for. She will also inform you of potential concerns when providing meds but helps you to combat them early on.They must have changed out quite a bit of the admin staff. Last time I was there, the staff made me feel like a bother to be there, but not anymore.All admin/ support staff was kind and patient with me. I could feel the change and dont feel so timid about returning.

This is the greatest place, my husband has been referred to many and visited each office. This is the first one that he has returned to for many skin cancer surgeries. All of the staff and both Dr Proper and his side kick are great at their job 👏!

My first visit to the dermatologist was a great one! I was running a few minutes late but everyone was so kind when they had every right to be irritated with me. Check in was so easy with a tablet, I breezed right through it. Of course its a bit awkward having your entire body thoroughly examined inch by inch but Dr. Keener and his assistants were so personable, it was like meeting up with old friends... if you let your friends thoroughly examine your naked body, which, I dont, but you get the idea. Biopsy was painless. I hope I dont have to go back but if I do, Id be happy to have bits of my flesh removed there again.

Wow!! What great staff you guys have at the University Pointe Place!! Jayson T. Keener, PA-C and the medical assistant Jennifer went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I developed a rash and never in my 28 years have I ever had any skin problems. I was very nervous and upset. This office was highly recommended so I called them and made an appointment for the next day. My appointment was at 3:40pm and I was out of the office at 4pm. Doctor and nurses are very knowledgeable. Everyone in the office was exceptionally nice. I am self pay and they did not empty my pockets or bank account. The prescriptions were $4 at Walmart. I am very pleased and now I highly recommend this dermatology office.

Regarding the Clinic, ARNP Yaquelin Quintero and her staff....having been an Operations Mgr. in the medical profession in a specialized field, I found all to be professional, particularly ARNP Quintero, serious, altruistic, focused and humorous when permitted. Personally, language has never been a barrier, although formerly fluent in 6 languages; Spanish was not one of them.Skin Cancer is serious. They treat it seriously. Any detractors, you should too.

I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for many many years! They are very good at what they do and friendly too! The wait time to see the doctor is not long at all. They have my full trust which is a big deal when youve had to deal with many skin cancers including melanoma!

Crystal Castleberry did my nano fractional laser, shes amazing. A very experienced medical aesthetician who will analyze your skin and give you an honest and educated treatment recommendation. She wants you to achieve the results you want. Shes not trying to upsell you on any and every procedure like some places do and that honesty is rare!

I really wish all the doctors or clinics I visit was ran as smooth and were as pleasant to go to..I had a Basil Carsonoma removed from my neck and hand yesterday and I just dont have anything but good things to say about the whole experience and staff.. The Ladies at the front check in area are awesome and it is the same in the back also..The Nurses are on point meaning they have it together..They are friendly, professional and know their jobs very well..The Doctor was unbelievable, she had great patient care , which is usually the first thing that goes bye bye once they have their degree...By the way i dont work here nor do I know anyone who works here..I just know iwas treated with care and guidance like anyone would like to be treated..Thank you for reading, I know its a long review but they truly are an awesome group of medical professionals..
