    As with most places the promise results that seem far-fetched, I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a shot. SO GLAD I DID! The results have been fantastic, not only did I lose the pounds, but more importantly, inches in areas that never went down. Dr. Liz was amazing, she listened to my needs during my consultation and came up with a game plan. Dr. Liz assisted me with my nutrition plan with along with my laser treatments. In 8 weeks, I was down 17lbs. and 2 pants sizes. The nutrition plan is for the pounds and the laser is for the inches. I feel fantastic and Im still losing thanks to the nutrition plan Dr. Liz suggested for me. You also get a body scan when you start, half through your sessions, and at the end, where you really see the results. Thank you Dr. Liz!

    Hello, I am a firm believer in Google Reviews, and currently winding down my 13 weight loss visits to Tampa Bay Laser. I am not being paid or compensated for this review but feel if it benefits others, as other reviews have benefited me, then I have no problem telling my story. I saw an ad online for a $99 special price to shed fat and more with each and every treatment at Tampa Bay Laser. I am a 61-year-old retired police officer and staying fit was part of my job before retirement. Since retirement, I have had multiple surgeries and put on a very stubborn 20 lbs. that I have had no success in removing. Additionally, I have not had any energy to exercise, and will admit to not having the best diet when it comes to junk food.On 9/20/24, I met with Dr. Liz at Tampa Bay Laser where a consultation visit occurred. I expressed my desire to lose 20 lbs. and was asked various questions about my health, meals, diet, and exercise. I was explained how red-light therapy worked and how it would burn fat after each visit. I also learned this technology was being used by a local NFL football team. I was given a lengthy meal plan with suggestions on what to eat, what not to eat, as well as times to eat and not eat. It was quite a bit to take in, but after picking the treatment plan and price that I was comfortable with, I decided I had to push myself on my end if I was going to spend money to lose weight.Three days later, was my first appointment. A three-dimensional scan of my body was taken which ultimately will show the before and after results once the package I selected is complete. The red-light therapy process itself takes only 10-minutes per session. Following this procedure is another 10-minutes on a weight loss type machine. Don’t worry, this machine requires no effort on your part. My total time per session was only 20-minutes and very convenient.I will say that the first week in changing one’s diet is the hardest with cravings and fasting times. Soda was being replaced with water. Potato chips and ice cream were being replaced with fruit and salads. I was still permitted to eat many meals with meat, and Dr. Liz also provided me with protein powder. The powder, when mixed with water and blueberries, actually tastes quite well. My target weight is to get close to 172 lbs. Have I lost any weight since starting this program? ABSOLUTELY. My starting weight was 195 lbs. back on 9/20/24. Today is 11/10/24, and my weight this morning was 184 lbs. Meaning in just 49 days, I have lost 11 lbs. or halfway to my desired goal.This entire process is not just about a red-light therapy treatment, but an overall process to improve your well-being, energy, outlook, diet, and how you deal with cravings. It may start out slow but the results are there and the weight continues to drop.I encourage anyone looking to lose weight and serious about changing the way you look and feel, to take advantage of the specials when offered or advertised by Tampa Bay Laser. The staff is extremely pleasant to work with and very accommodating. There is plenty of free parking, and very little waiting once you arrive for your scheduled time. Ask for Dr. Liz as she is very insightful and informative and will absolutely work with you to reach your desired goal.

    I started a weightloss program under the supervision of my PA in Sept. 2023. By September 2024 Id lost 125 lbs. At various times during the process, I had of course, plateaued. I saw the ad on Facebook, and while skeptical, decided, while in one of those plateaus to give it a try. Now I have lost, over the past six weeks about 10 more pounds, but during this time was doing the red light treatments two to three times per week. Suddenly, my waist started getting smaller with almost no weightloss. I dropped two more waist sizes. So Im pleased with the results. The folks in the office are great and easy to work with. Ill likely do another round of treatments after the first of the year.

    I was so skeptical of Red Light Therapy (RLT). But I am a full believer now. I towards the end of my first round of RLT. I have seen amazing results not only in how I feel (both mentally and physically) but also via the mid-way body scan which compares the start to mid-way and then I will have another at the end. I have incorporated healthy eating habits from the beginning and I just started incorporating working out here at the end of my first round. I had not incorporated working out because I wanted to see what benefits changing my eating habits and RLT would bring me. I have decided to do another round of treatments and I could not be more excited!

    I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with my results. I didn’t have much weight to lose but lost it all within the first few weeks. Several inches as well. Many women struggle after menopause with weight gain in the torso…that was me, but with this treatment that weight has significantly decreased. Dr Liz and her staff are incredible.     Initially, I was skeptical about this program but after completion, I highly recommend. I lost 25 lbs and 24 inches. The red light therapy tightened my hips and thighs while reducing inches from all my trouble spots. The intermittent fasting was not difficult. I didn’t have any issues with cravings etc. Although, it was on the more costly side, I found it worthwhile based on my results. Dr. Liz and staff were always encouraging with my results. Dr. Liz is an expert in this field and guides you every step of the way especially if you have questions or concerns. I love LED red light therapy.
