Catherine Bennett who is the care advisor was extremely helpful and informative in my decision making process. She was able to help me to get all the information I needed to make the best possible decision on choosing a plastic surgeon to do my face lift. Dr. Castellano did superb work on my neck and eyes---he is a gifted surgeon and was so kind and caring in our consultations. He was exceptionally supportive and available (even willing to chat late at night at home) when I inadvertently got an allergic reaction to one of the medicines (I had not know I had an allergy to sulfur medicines). The support staff were all amazing. They facilitated juggling appointments, and gave detailed informed information about every aspect of the procedures I requested. I highly recommend Image Life.

I had the image lift, nose filler, followed by the baby CO2 face and neck treatment.... and I am thrilled with the results.I take very good care of my skin and body health, but at 67, time and gravity had pulled my face down and I was getting the chicken neck. I was feel self conscious, totally unconformable, my face and neck didnt match how I felt.I am an ED nurse, and yes I continue to do my job as it is not a job but a calling...I LOVE IT! so I systematically did my research to find the surgeon for the job. I live in Sarasota Florida, no shortage of really great surgeons. When I came upon Dr. Rich Castellano I was instantly impressed. His Website had SO MUCH INFORMATION! so many before and after picture, seemed like nothing to hide. I felt he was worth an office visit to see if it was a match. This means, can he understand MY NEEDS... The office system is created to make a connection to the patient and manage that connection to not miss anything. so even though you cant always talk to HIM, you get quality, education service. I was connected to Stephine as my lead for my care. She spend VOLUMES of time with me, ensuring my goals were realistic, and my end result was manageable. She understood the assignment! and worked to get me all the discounts she could muster. LOVE HER!My goals: No more chicken neck, pull my lower face up, but not extreme (I dont want to look 30... happy with 50 however!). and look rested, refreshed, happy! PLEASE.Here is where I will tell you, YOUR WORTH IT!. If youre looking for what you can do, then you must have some funds ready to go. DO IT!. I have ZERO regrets. Yes, still working, with social security and health care and pension, ya, I got this on my own. No buts, and no one needs to help! My husband of 46 years was there throughout and assisted me in the very quick recovery, love him so much.As a nurse I was prepared. the advise I have, if you want it is this:1. Do it for yourself. You are so worth all the compliments you will get after. Your spirits will be lifted! Guess what, you look at yourself in a mirror more than anyone else looks at you, so be happy with what you see, then you will take that into your world and reap the benefits. When others see how great you look they will quickly reflect on their own looks, we care about ourselves more. So put yourself first.2. READ THE PAPER WORK YOUR WILL BE GIVEN, follow the rules.... tough love here: your recovery is your responsibility, not Dr. Richs. He gives you his skill, focus and undivided detailed attention in surgery, superior team and high end products for your selection. You have to be all in on recovery details. When you are, recovery is a breeze. But if you not, you can only blame yourself.3. keep your expectations reasonable. For me, the numbness at the surgical sites were gone almost completely by the two month point. I returned to work, As an ED nurse, not light duty, in 2 weeks. No drains, this is huge. at one week point I passed the grocery store test....again, people really dont focus on others.4. keep it up. small improvements keep you fresh. I am two months out from surgery. have schedules some fillers and relaxers for my near future, within budget of course.I am very happy with my decision. If you are alone and need an informed person to talk to, maybe someone to help you through the first few days of recovery, I can help. Its so worth it. contact the desk and ask to talk to Susan. Hi,My experience from my first video chat with Kim explaining the procedures and price was a great overall experience. I dont remember everyones name, but the girls were wonderful, and Dr. Rich was phenomenal! I was pleasantly surprised that my recovery was not very long. It has been exactly 14 days, and I have a hint of bruising, but for a 56-year-old, I think thats amazing. I had a coworker remark that something looked differently, and then I told her. My number one #5 start review with my experience with this office is to compliment Vanessa. She was so kind, loving & nurturing from the very first time I spoke with Tampas IMAGE LIFT. I found myself looking as if life had taken such a toll on my face & it was written all over it. I was on a tight budget but wanted so much to do this for myself. Vanessa laughed & cried with me about all of my fears & concerns on our very first conversation. What a beautiful person. Dr. Castellano is the BEST in town. I had never had filler done and was nervous about the pain but he put me at ease. He helped distract me and walked me through every little thing he was doing. Dr Jen is my new favorite Dr!! After my old lip filler migrated, two doctors (both at separate board certified practices) couldn’t seem to get them quite right. I have a visible scar on my top lip which is one of the main (not to mention very noticeable), reasons I get it filled. Dr Jen was able to dissolve MORE migration that the last doctor missed, during that appointment, Dr Jen also balanced my lips so they were symmetrical the, and upon my second appointment, a couple of weeks later, she was able to give me back my normal lips that I deem necessary for my media clips and photo work -I cannot thank her enough! All of the staff at Image are amazing, including Erin and Katia. 10/10 recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

I went for my 7 day follow-up to the Image Lift surgery today and couldnt be more pleased with the results. I looked in the mirror after showering this morning and said to myself, Where have you been? Its been a long time since Ive looked and felt this good, but I am still very much myself. The staff has been phenomenal from the very beginning when I went to a seminar and met some previous clients and also some of the personnel who would help me along the way. Ive talked with, e-mailed and face-timed with Erin, the office manager, who is competent, considerate, accommodating and caring and who patiently answered a plethora of questions. Jen, one of their aestheticians who has also helped me, is talented, kind, knowledgable and amazing (and pretty much pain-free too). From the front desk to the surgical team, everyone has gone the extra mile to make sure this has been a good experience for me and that I had the best outcome possible, I cant thank them enough. But I dont want to forget to mention the Doctor. Ive run out of positive adjectives to describe him. What was most important to me was that he listened, and he really cared. He asked during surgery multiple times if I had any complaint or concern of any kind. BTW, he is a miracle worker. There are some that just know how to do and accomplish things better than others. In my opinion, hes one of those people/surgeons. I look forward to my 2 month follow-up to thank him in person. As good as I think I look today, the staff told me that some swelling will continue to go down and I will continue to heal and look better and better everyday. Thank you all!

“Kind people are my kind of people!” I’ve seen that saying a lot recently and it really applies to Dr. Rich’s staff! From my first interaction with Violet, to Amy and to wonderful Charlin who calmed my jittery nerves with surgery a day away. As a caregiver for my 98-year-old grandfather, I interact with medical professionals all the time who are dismissive and uncooperative. Dr. Rich’s staff treated me with respect and did not minimize my concerns (even when I thought I was being overanxious). Each explanation was thorough, and they were patient and considerate. As I told him during my Facetime visit, Dr. Rich has assembled a wonderful staff and he should be very proud!

Very detailed in what would work best for me but should have put my budget down as what was suggested is very expensive.Ok so I had finally got to meet Dr Castellano and as soon as he walked in I knew I had made the right choice. Besides his personal, engaging style he possesses a joy in his work that I have not seen in many doctors. It felt like I was in the hands of an artist that was drawing a picture rather than a doctor injecting fillers. I can see the results already!So it was easy after seeing the results of the fillers on my face to proceed forward under consult with the recommendation of Mariluz Fontanez to do either a CO2 Lazer or Mid Lift. I choose the midlift and couldnt be happier with the whole process and the results. I like what I see in the mirror again! It was painless and was out in public in under a week. The result was amazing. The entire staff were also impressed with what I looked like at the one week follow-up. I felt like I had a family of cheerleaders leading me on from the beginning and taking delight in the results as much as if not more than me! Their pride in their work really shines through. I literally look 10 years younger. Hats off to Mariluz, Dr Constellano and the entire staff at Image Lift.

I’m writing on behalf of my mother who was a patient at this facility. First and foremost, we would like to praise Dr. Castellano for his amazing work. She couldn’t be happier with the results. That is the only reason why she gave 4 stars.However, the unnecessary and excessive up-selling from the “patient care coordinator” nearly ruined the experience. I have personally worked at a plastic surgery office before, and I understand the purpose of up-selling. It’s standard practice. But we never felt the need to persistently berate a patient in the hopes of getting them to agree to procedures way over their budget. This is exactly what happened to my mother. After kindly saying no to the first round of pressure from the “patient care coordinator,” they continue to push without end, going as far as to belittle her by saying “you need this,” and “what you’re doing isn’t enough.” It is the worst example of professional salesmanship we have ever experienced. We recommend that management intervenes and reviews the practices of their “patient care coordinators” and how they care for their patients. No one should feel pressured into altering their appearance or agreeing to procedures AFTER they have already declined multiple times.If you can personally withstand the first hour of extremely uncomfortable “patient care” from their “patient care coordinators,” then you will love the results from Dr. Castellano.

I knew Dr. Castellanos work would be good, because I saw the results of work he had done on a friend, but I was AMAZED by what he did for me! Not only rejuvenating my looks (so that I look like me again, and not like my mom) but he did a very artistic surgery on my lip, which had severe sun damage from a life spent in Arizona, Hawaii and Florida. A couple of other surgeons were unsure how to tackle the lesion on my lip, but Dr. C had no reservations whatsoever, and I am SO SO HAPPY! If you have to save up every penny (like I did) for rejuvenation, I can tell that it is SO worth it! You wont regret it! Treat yourself like you deserve to be treated!
