    Patricia is amazing. She really understands the bodys anatomy and targets the area(s) that are the root cause of my discomfort . She also gives me lots of information on what I can do at home. She is fabulous!Prices are very reasonable and the location is clean, relaxing, and has a peaceful vibe.The young woman at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly.

    Patricia was amazing. Not only was she nice, but she actually CARES. She took the time to make sure she targeted areas that were bothering me. She educated me and told me that there are so many things that you can avoid just by getting a proper massage. I have felt great since her massage.

    I just got a massage from Patricia and it was probably the best massage I’ve gotten. I deal with a lot of pain and she was so knowledgeable and took away tension in places I didn’t even realize I had it. I will definitely be requesting her from now on

    Went for My wife and I 10 year anniversary and they did not disappoint, I got us the couples massage bundle and my wife loved it , the surprise and the Prosecco was great! Would definitely recommend, the ladies do a great job and make sure ur taken care of ! Would go again!

    I give this place an chance and it becomes my favorite. The front desk girl was welcoming and courteous.the places is clean and has a good vibe. My massage therapist named Angela was above and beyond. I had an excellent time and so much needed relaxation. Great work. I am already recommending this experience to my friends and family.

    I absolutely love the atmosphere here! The staff is amazing and very welcoming. I had Peter Gonzalez for my massage and hands down the most relaxing massage I have ever had! I definitely recommend him if you are looking for relaxation and a softer touch. Can’t wait to go back!

    Booking was easy, prompt follow up and constant communication. I was originally nervous going to the appointment. Entering the the building, I was eagerly greeted and warmly welcomed. Lindsey, the massage therapist, worked hard and did an excellent job! Hit all the right spots and places for the best form of relaxation and healing! I’m so glad I found this place because I’ll definitely be returning!

    I’ve had great experiences at LaVida. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bonnie for a deep tissue massage. She is very skilled and will tailor the massage to address your problem areas and get rid of those knotted muscles. Also their App is very easy to use and convenient for setting appointments.

Was greeted with a little fire cracker girl, name Jennifer.Don’t let her small pixie size confuse you, the girl can work a deep tissue.Great bed side manner, very charismatic and has lots of knowledge to offer If you ask the right questions.Will definitely be back again to see her!

    Our massage therapist, Lyndsay is awesome! all of the massage therapists are great. Monika, who does facials, is incredible! The location is so convenient, and the front desk staff has always been so friendly and accommodating in person and on the phone. Love the text message reminders, and the member discounts.

    Great staff, everyone who I have booked with over the last few months has been professional and has very effective therapy techniques. The people at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating with offering refreshments and tips on aftercare.     I was gifted a massage at LaVida for my birthday and it was absolutely the best massage and treatment I’ve had. From the moment, I walked in, I was treated wonderfully. My massage therapist, I think her name was Migdaly(sorry, if I messed it up) and she was the best! I purchased the CBD oil, which made it even better. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Migdalee is very professional very knowledgeable and extremely qualified as a licensed massage therapist. I continue to see her because of her deep tissue results and her help with my source of pain which is much better now that I see her often!Love her!

    I enjoyed my experience at LaVida Massage - Tampa immensely! The environment was clean and peaceful! Savannah was amazing in her touch and technique! The added AromaTherapy was the icing on the cake to customize my session!     My experience was great, there are so many ways to customize your visit. I added aromatherapy and CBD oil. I also loved the warm towel on my back to warm up my muscles at the beginning and the warm massage table (optional). The therapist was quiet but communicated enough to ensure I was comfortable. I also appreciated how she folded the blanket to protect my privacy and keep me warm.

    Wow! Ive had massages all over the world and in the U.S. and Bonnie was undoubtedly on the of the best Ive had. The combination of stretching and tissue work was amazing. She was very open to questions and was very careful with my right shoulder tear.I highly, highly recommend this place!

    Ive had massages with Anthony before but this was the first time Ive been over 9 months pregnant. He not only did an amazing job helping to cure the aches and pains that extra pounds and an extra human can put on you, but he also made me feel 100% comfortable. Hes always professional and takes his time before the massage to ask me whats going on to really decide a treatment plan customized for me :) the spa its self is clean, modern, and beautiful!! I will definitely be back!

    The first best thing about this LaVida location would be the receptionist at the front desk, very courteous and is a great representation of this office. The second best thing would be the appearance and decor that makes you feel as if youre in an actual spa setting, which is also great. Checking in and out was fantastic, especially being given a bottle of water and a container of Epsom Salt to soak in when you leave. Last but not least would be the massage therapist, Anthony, that gave one of the best massages Ive received in the last 12 years of visiting Chirpractors and various massage locations! I felt like a million bucks leaving this office. I have worked in marketing and advertising for over 10 years and would recommend this location to every single one of my, 22k and over, clients. Absolutely great service and office.

Mytherapist, Bonnie, is a warm, caring person who uses her skills, talentsand creativity to meet the needs of her clients and does an amazing job!In addition to consistently excellent massages, Bonnie is also skilled inthe practice of Reiki. As a result, I have experienced a wonderful warmth flowing through and around me, affecting my body, emotions, mind and spirit, bringing relaxation, cleansing and restoration along with feelings of peace and well being. I especially recommend booking a two hour session of massage along with Reiki to obtain the maximum benefit.
