    They were able to fit me and my mom in for a last minute appointment and we both had great massages. I wasnt able to get the names of the people that worked on us but they did a great job and were mindful with making sure we were always comfortable. They use hot oil for the massage and the hot stones also felt fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

    On vacation and decided to book myself and my daughter a massage. Was a little hesitant because it’s one of those “store front” establishment but it was nice! Definitely a great experience. The face massage and hot rocks were nice! Sabrina and Jenny are absolutely wonderful!

    This is my new favorite massage service. The basic 60 minute body massage offers so much more than other massage services that are priced the same. Maria was amazing. She used hot stones, provided a head massage, face massage, and overall an amazing full body massage. Not to mention she was super sweet and comforting throughout the experience!

    Maria and Jenny were amazing. I received a reflexology gift card for my birthday. Now I am wishing that it was my birthday everyday. I was very relaxed and even fell asleep. That foot massage was much needed.

    Very nice strong message. Really enjoyed it. Good service with hot stone, hot towels. I recommend this for traditional Chinese massage, relaxing massage or strong Swedish style massage. Jenny and Maria were great.

    SOOOOO AMAZING. I have gotten a lot of massages in my life but this massage by Maria tops them all. It was truly phenomenal. I was and still am very relaxed, all my muscles feel loose and I feel 100% amazing. Very gentle yet strong massage. I also did cupping. Amazing amazing amazing. I will be back over and over again! She was so sweet & kind too! Perfect place to go if you have severe tightness and pain, Maria will get rid of every single drop of it. Outstanding.

    Booked A 90 minute couples massage for me and my wife on 12 SEPT, As part of her Birthday Celebration. We drove in from Georgia, When we arrived, we were greeted with a level of professionalism and kindness that is rarely given. This only the 2nd time weve had a Massage, the experience was Absolutely Awesome. The 2 Women who took care of us were OVERWHELMINGLY AMAZING (Unfortunately We didnt ask them for their names, but our appointment was @ 615pm). The Look on my Wifes Face was Completely PRICELESS. I have decided that this will become a permanent part of our Date-Night Ritual, even if we have to turn Date-Night into Date-Weekend. Thank you for the FABULOUS EXPERIENCE

    Really great massage. I had been experiencing a ton of lower back pain this massage star was close, well rated and I was extremely pleased. Woke up this morning feeling a lot less stiffness. It was great like a blend of Thai massage and a little hot stone was really great. I think my wife would enjoy it as well. Plan on doing a couples massage in the future.

    Best massage that I’ve had, period. My shoulder and upper back is always very tight from volleyball/desk work, and Diane did such a solid job on finding the knots and sore spots. Combination of many techniques and I leave feeling like a whole new person. Definitely will be coming back!

    This place is amazing!! We book last minute massages here all the time, even on Saturdays for late like 9pm. They are very well priced, come with hot stone for free, and is super clean (and I’m very particular).Diane and Maria are INCREDIBLE. I usually go to high end salons for my massages since I have an issue with my neck and shoulders (and actively see a chiropractor for it). I’m hard to please with massages too given my chronic issues but they exceeded my expectations.

    This was a 5-star experience. The masseuse was absolutely amazing, and their technique was so thorough and intricate. They really knew how to target those deep knots and tension in my muscles. I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke. The pressure was just right, not too intense but definitely strong enough to get the job done. The masseuses hands seemed to have this intuitive knowledge of my body, knowing exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply. It was like they were reading my muscles and providing exactly what they needed. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling like a brand new person. The ambiance of the place was so soothing, with soft music playing in the background and a calming scent in the air. The staff were also super friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in.     I went into Massage Star with an extremely sore left foot and left feeling like I was floating in the air. Jenny did an amazing job on my feet for an entire hour.     Me and my mom went together for a 60 minute couples massage, and we’re very pleased with the results! My mom has a chronic aching shoulder/arm because of the work she does, but after the massage her knotted shoulders and her arm felt as good as new. They will adjust pressure to whatever liking you want and checked frequently to make sure we were okay with it.     Ever since moving to Tampa, massage star is by far the best massage place in the area. They’re very professional and it’s easy to book on their online website. I’ve gone to other places before finding massage star and they would give lackluster massages. I was even 5 minutes late today and they still gave me the full 90 minutes which I appreciated because they didn’t have to. Ellie was great and provided a great massage! I won’t be going anywhere else as long as I’m in Tampa

    Very professional, I had a 90 minute session. I didnt get the ladys name, but she was great! Worked out a lot of the knots in my neck, shoulders, back, and legs. Ill definitely be returning for future sessions! I recently went back for the 2 hour therapeutic massage and of my goodness the woman was fantastic! She worked knots I had no idea existed.     I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I scheduled and a 90 min appointment for my moms birthday, and when I spoke to the owner he was a real gentleman and straight forward. My moms masseuse was named Grace and my mother said this was the best massage she has gotten in over 15 years. I will NOT go anywhere else. Thank you Massage Star for this amazing experience.     Literally the best massage experience I ever had. I made a last minute same day booking since I just wanted to treat myself and they made the whole 90 minutes of my massage worth it. They knew where to target my deep knots and knew which places were sore and I found much deep relief.     I went to get a massage due to chronic back pain from an accident. Jenny was amazing. She knew actually which pressure points to work with and released my back pains. I love the oil she put on my back as well, as it has the warm sensation and very relaxing.When i found out they are now offering facial services, I decided to try it out after a long day at work. During the facial, Jenny gently applied pressure around my head, temples and necks. I felt relaxed and fell asleep. I woke up refreshing ad looked Rejuvenated.Thank you Jenny.     Im reluctant to leave a specific review because as it stands, its already some what difficult to get Jenny after a certain hour in the day, however, Jenny has consistently given me some of the best massages Ive had in my life time. It would be unfairly selfish of me not to be open about how great of a therapist she is, just to keep her to myself. What Jenny does differently from most therapists is add care. I dont know if its her work and pride in her work that she cares most about, or if its her clients that she cares so deeply about, but either way, care comes through in her work. I am greatful.

    I went in having a hard time keeping my posture because my back was in SO much pain. Jenny is phenomenal! She even worked out knots I didn’t know I had in my hips and back of my legs.     This place is a hidden gem. I really didnt know what to expect as most Asian massage businesses are not known for great massages.     WOW! Wow! Wow!! First time at massage star today and it was beyond my expectations. I booked an hour and a half and it was very well worth it! The masseuse did an outstanding job at targeting all of my problem areas and had amazing pressure. I am someone who really needs A LOT of pressure to release the stress in my back and work out my tough knots and she really dug in deep! She applied a strong herbal gel to help with my back discomfort and tightness which felt really hot and spicy. It was an additional $30 but it was very well worth it! She even walked on my back!!! No one has ever done that for me (professionally)! Great job! I can’t wait to be back! You have another happy customer! 👏🏼♥️🤩

    We needed a long overdue massage from our travels. We did our research on Yelp! After reading the reviews we decided this place is legit and proper. We went online, booked, and paid for a 60 mins couple massage here. The masseuses were great.They both asked if the strength is correct and what areas are bothering us. I was really tight and tension, she really helped me release the knots in my back. She worked on some of my acupressure/acupoint. They offer hot stone and cupping with no additional cost. However due to timing, I didnt get to try the hot stone or cupping.We will return again next time.

    I treated my boyfriend to a couples massage yesterday for his birthday! Overall the experience was great for us both. Both ladies were nice and attentive and always asked if we were ok. The lady that did mine spoke to be occasionally and I couldn’t understand what she was trying to say and I let her know that. Fast forward when getting ready to leave she asked if I was paying cash or card and I explained that I booked online and already paid. She then says I gave you a therapeutic massage and that’s $20 more. She said she asked me that and I said yes but I don’t recall agreeing to it. Also I was charged the extra $20 for me and my boyfriend so it was $40. I explained to her that I didn’t understand what she said and I brought cash for a tip but since I had to spend extra money on the massage that I hadn’t planned on spending that I wasn’t gonna leave a tip. Again the massage was wonderful but going forward they need to make sure the client understands what they are saying and make sure they agree to additional charges.

    I get massages as needed for chronic muscle soreness from athletic activities and was looking for a new therapist, deep pressure is a must for me. After reading many great reviews I decided to give Massage Star a try. I was also intrigued by the ashiatsu massage (where they walk on your back, while holding onto bars mounted over the massage table). The owner recommended Jenny for me, and I scheduled my wife with Grace, both of our massages were excellent, and the ashiatsu was amazing!! The facility was very clean and the massage tables were very comfortable, both of which are important. Needless to say my search is over. Thank you Massage Star !! They live up to their name !!

    I wanted a neck massage but they didnt have that option on their website so I booked a full body one and I asked the masseuse to focus mainly on neck and shoulders and I was very pleased. They customize each massage according to the needs of the person and on the level of muscle tightness. All three of my friends shared that the massage experience was different for each one. They will suggest hot stone massage, etc. based on how many knots you have and they modify the massage accordingly. I would highly recommend them. The customer service is very good as well.

    John was a cool guy to give me a call and suggest a better massage that would fit my needs. We also had a good conversation about Covid and their establishment being very comfortable, safe, and clean. Its very pretty and relaxing inside. Johns wife Sabrina worked on me and she was very kind to ask me about pressure. She gave an amazing relaxing massage I desperately needed after a long 4 months and especially after a long work week.     I just got my third massage at Massage Star today and every time has been a wonderful experience. The staff is professional and friendly. The environment is clean and relaxing. And the massage is always great. I had Sabrina today and she did a great job with my sports massage. She was wonderful at focusing primarily on the areas I told her were tight and applying enough pressure to really work the muscles. The location is sort of tucked back and could be easy to miss as you drive by, but it’s worth taking note of! They do a great job here. It’s also easy to book the day of, which is nice for busier or fluctuating schedules.

    Wow is all I could say during and after my deep tissue massage.     If you know me, you know that Im a tough crtic of massages. Its very hard to impress me with a massage so my wife and I got a 60 minute couples massage and I was pleasantly surprised. The strength in her hands were amazing and nothing that Im used to. We dont live in Tampa but this will now be my go to when Im in the area.. They deserve a great tip and some. Make sure you tip them when youre here. The hourly prices are not for them, its for the company. If you cant tip, dont go here or anywhere else for that matter. These services were impeccable.

The face & scalp massage was incredible and I appreciate her asking permission first. They include hot stones & hot towels which isn’t typical & much appreciated. I added on a 30 minute reflexology session which was also top notch.     I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Not having been to this location before I did not know any of the therapist. When I arrived I met Mary a very professional lady with a very bubbly and nice personality! She directed me to the new and different massage table that is designed for larger framed people. I qualified at 6’6” and 300 lbs. I had never had a more comfortable table provided for massage, it was great. To make a long story short, Mary was excellent she addressed all my problem areas and accommodated my request for an additional 30 minutes. I can’t say enough good about this location and there great staff. I thank you Mary for an excellent massage session and providing me with such a great massage. I get to Tampa a couple of times a year, I plan on making time for a massage session with Mary anytime I’m in town.Do yourself a favor and see Mary for you massage needs!!

    Had my first massage here recently, and had such a great experience. As everyone else says, 60 minutes means 60 minutes, which is so rare. The massage itself was wonderful, and worked out all kinds of knots all over. Sofia did an excellent job.Ill admit, the furnishings are pretty sparse when you first arrive, but dont let that throw you off. Once youre back in your private massage room, its a great experience. The only other negative is communication was pretty limited, but adequate. My masseuse did great and checked in about the pressure, but we didnt really talk about the type of massage, and I didnt catch her name until I asked at the end.In case anyone is wondering - certain Tampa massage places offer sketchy alternative services, but this place is completely above board.Ill definitely be making this my go-to for massages from now on!

    Visited the Massage STAR along with my girls. We were a batch of 6 and each of us enjoyed the deep tissue massage. I dozed off for the complete one hour and enjoyed every part of the massage.     We booked a 60 minute couples massage with Massage Star while on vacation in Tampa, FL. I’m going to be totally honest here, I am terrible about doing reviews. I know I should give them when they’re due but I often forget. Let me start by saying that we have gotten couples massages literally all over the world. While we have always enjoyed every massage I feel compelled to write this review immediately after leaving our appointment to say just how completely amazing it was. We literally both sat up and looked at each other and agreed that that was easily the best massage that either of us had ever gotten. Not even in the same stratosphere. If you are looking for a massage and are unsure where to book I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 every time. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE.FYI- When they ask you if you would like your massage “medium” or “firm”, I would suggest going with medium. Medium was more than sufficient! They ROCK!
