I had the BEST experience with Shayna at Ulta today! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Her product knowledge is unreal—she recommended a few products that I hadn’t even considered, and they’ve totally transformed my routine. She was patient, took the time to explain how to use everything, and even gave me some pro tips that I can’t wait to try.Not only did Shayna know exactly what shades and formulations would work best for me, but she also made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. I left Ulta feeling pampered, educated, and with a whole new arsenal of beauty products I love.If youre ever at Ulta, you need to ask for Shayna. Had a great experience the other day. One of the workers name Gabrielle went out of her way to find a great acne regimen for me and so far its been working ! Im so happy because I spent so much time and money going to estheticians to no avail. But she helped me come up with a simple and cost-effective skin care routine that actually works! I really like this location!

I went there yesterday to look for some new skin care products and I was pretty frazzled (who ever decided it was a good idea to go to ulta on a Saturday the week before Christmas and not get overwhelmed was mistaken 😂) however, I found a girl to help me and her name was also Gabby! She was so lovely and took all the time to work with me and get me all the products I needed. I asked a lot of questions and she was very very informed ! I was having a terrible day and just needed a girl to talk to and time to slow down, Gabby did that for me (and got me to go over budget so ulta give her some commission please) I can’t say enough good things about this Gabby! Also her makeup was on point. Ulta. You need to do something to show Gabby she’s appreciated !

I Came in today looking to change up my skincare routine. I never ask for help, but Omar noticed me and my mom looking around, came over to help us. He gave me the best recommendations! He was super informative, personable, and professional! Ive been having trouble getting my makeup to look the way that I want. He proceeded to show me all the products that he recommended for me, and redid my whole face of makeup!! I looked flawless! Not only is he extremely informative with skincare,he is an amazing makeup artist! I left there with almost every product he put on my face, and with a flawless look ready to go see the Barbie movie! :D Overall great experience!! I highly recommend going to Kristin at the Brow Bar! I have been going to her for 4-5 years now. When I initially went to her I had an eyebrow dilemma from a prior nail salon that took off a huge chunk. She asked what my eyebrow expectations were and then mapped my eyebrows out for the perfect shape. Shes very quick and on point, very friendly and personable which makes it much more comfortable during visits. She also introduced me to eyebrow tinting. It gives me a nice fuller look until my next visit! She always remembers the products I use too and asks me everytime if Im good on my products or if I need to stock up and she lets me know about deals going on based on the products I use. Shes given me suggestions on other products in the store too. I wont go to anybody else!!! Highly recommend!!!

I love going into this store, the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. As I have gotten older my skins needs have changed and the sales lady, Sydney, answered every one of my questions and helped me purchase some very beneficial items. Rebecca then helped match my skin for some new make up. I felt very pampered. It’s nice to go somewhere where everyone is so friendly and nice. I used to be intimidated going into these kind of stores but the sales ladies here, especially Sydney and Rebecca, are so sweet and knowledgeable, make sure you stop by and see them!

Today I went to Ulta Store #247 and I couldn’t find the product I was looking for. I’m always reluctant to ask for help but I decided to do so today. Lindsey was courteous, professional and went straight to the product. I stay in the store for a while and kept seeing Lindsey helping other customers,and without hesitation she stopped was she was doing to assist them to find what they were looking for.I also have to mention Melanie the cashier was very attentive. One of the associates asked me if I needed any help, and at the time I didnt but it made me feel welcome and more comfortable going up to ask for help. She told me she specialized in skin care and her skin looked BEAUTIFUL so no only did she help me purchase some face makeup and an eyebrow pencil, she walked me through different skincare lines as well. She really listened to what I was looking for, what my skin was like, what Ive tried, and how natural cruelty free products were important to me and she showed me an incredible affordable product that was perfect! I was not going in with the intention to purchase skin care products at all but I am so glad she was working and was so helpful! Thank you thank you thank you!

Definitely check out the brow bar! I started seeing Kristin last year and I am always excited to go in to have my brows done. I have very light eyebrows (appears non-existent) and she tints them perfectly, most beautiful color. The wax is always on point. I usually go in with a need in mind, be it make-up, skincare products or hair products and she always makes the best suggestions or knows who to get them from. I totally recommend this Ulta, especially the shining star that is Kristin. Enjoy 😉

Omar was awesome and so helpful. I came in needing some new skin care products and he helped me find some awesome stuff within my budget. I have been using these products for about 3-4 weeks now and am loving them so far. Already noticing a difference with my redness going away, and my skin is much softer. I got the Tula Skincare Super Calm Cleansing Milk, the Kopari Moisture Whipped Ceramide Cream, and the Kopari Antioxidant Face Shield SPF 30. Thanks Omar!!

My hair stylist Jackie is heaven sent! My hair has grown so much with her giudance, direction and care. She is very honest and will tell you what is best for your hair or not. She is a true asset to the Ulta Salon.I absolutely love this store! I would love it even more if they started carrying FENTY BEAUTY. The only concern I have is that when you are walking around the store nobody acknowledges you and asks if you are looking for anything in particular. Other than that, its always very clean and well organize especially after their recent floor change.

Am I the only one who could spend the entire afternoon in this store? OK, so I’m not 20 years old anymore but I still want to look beautiful in my early 40’s too! Ulta beauty can make that happen because they have just about everything for every age! The Ulta beauty in Wellington has a very sweet young staff they are always willing to help you find just the right product you’re looking for. I’ve always had an extremely pleasant experience with the staff- I mean who doesn’t love a bubbly beautiful 20-year-old filling us in on the newest innovative beauty products? I absolutely love that Ulta divides the store with one side high end beauty and the other side drugstore-let’s face it there are times that I don’t mind spending $40 on one beauty product but there are other times that I just want to go to the drugstore side and save my money and only spend $10 for it’s dupe. Drugstore make up brands have really upped their game and I have fallen in love with a specific brand, Essence. If you haven’t tried this brand, you are missing out. I was so skeptical to try this brand but found myself surprisingly loving the products I picked out. I am a huge mascara connoisseurs & I want the most amazing lashes every time I apply my mascara-but I don’t want to spend $25 on one tube of mascara. If you’re like me- YOU MUST TRY THE BRAND ESSENCE! They have at least 10+ mascaras to try but I love Essence, Lash Princess mascara $4.99 - it’s no clump formula gives you the most amazing lashes without even having to curl them- you can thank me later! Also, try Essence make me brow $2.99 because this brow gel is terrific & is a total dupe for Benefits gimme me brow $24. Essence shine shine shine lipgloss, which surprisingly has amazing colors and great pigmentation with a $3.99 price tag & the nicest doe foot applicator. Great Drugstore brand to try! From make up to hair care Ulta is your one stop shop that won’t disappoint you. If you have never gone into an Ulta, I won’t lie, you will be completely overwhelmed but once you’ve gone there a few times and strolled the isles you’ll just love it, just ask those 20 something girls for some help, they’ll tell you what’s in!

Every time Im at this Ulta its like the workers are hiding. Theyre usually grouped together toward the back chatting. Ive never seen them greet customers or offer help without being hunted down and asked. Theyre barely around on the floor, but come and go into the backroom quite often. Love my local Ulta!!!! i go here for all my beauty needs, they have it all. When they do their daily specials on products is awesome. If you really look at the ads and specials you can get some awesome deals. The Salon is amazing, started going there for my hair years ago and now it is the only place i will go for my hair. Fabiola is awesome and I’ve never been happier with how my hair has looked and felt. I use the Salon for color and haircuts. The Stylists are good and the price is much more reasonable than a typical salon. They have flexible hours including Sunday. The store also carries most of the major brands that are typically found in department stores. Philosophy, It! Cosmetics, Tarte, Laura Geller (one of my favorites) bareMinerals plus a large selection of perfumes from many brands. They also have their own brand of products and Professional Quality Hair Dryers and other tools.

Fabiola does my hair and I can’t say enough great things about her. Her knowledge of what looks good on me is superior. She cuts my hair perfectly and I love my color. She is also the only one that can blow dry my hair to my liking. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Fabiola!!
