It was my first time visiting Skin Refined Esthetics. Kim was absolutely lovely and so caring. Her space was very inviting. Upon arrival she welcomed me in, made me feel safe, took time to listen to what I wanted to achieve by this service. Throughout my facial she checked on me. My daughter is interested in this field, Kim even offered to talk with her. At the conclusion she gave me a Valentine goodie and water. The following day she even sent me a text to check-in. I highly recommend Skin Refined Esthetics. I already made my next appointment for another facial.

I had the most amazing facial with Kim! She is very professional and made me feel so relaxed and pampered during my treatment. She also gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage - it felt soo nice!!! The atmosphere was incredibly soothing. I felt she went above and beyond and she exceeded my expectations. The absolute best facial with Kim! I scheduled an appointment to get my skin ready for my wedding in July. Kim explained everything in detail, and was very knowledgeable about everything skin care! I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and my skin felt AMAZING. Kim even messaged me the following day to make sure my skin was doing well after my facial. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Get ready to relax and be pampered by the amazing Kim Rossman! I have had the luxury to experience two facials as well as an eyebrow laminate and tint and all services were first class. Kim’s calm and accepting demeanor paired with her beautiful facility and super comfortable spa table make for a wonderful break from real life. I’ve had facials before but Kim really is next level and the products are amazing. My skin looked and felt so smooth and soft. I experienced my first facial ever today…and a very high standard has been set! Kim was absolutely amazing. She is very warm and did a thorough check in about my skin routine and concerns. She walked me through what to expect with the facial, so I was in the know. She provided tips and education for me to help improve my skin. The ambiance was perfection. Soft music was playing, refreshing products used, and warm clothes and massages left me very happy! I also got dermplaning and I’m in awe of how soft my skin is and how less fuzzy I am. Overall, I’m an extremely happy client and will be back often.
