    My overall experience was very good. But my results are so-so at best. Ive been going to ideal image off and on for close to a decade, and last week I found my results subpar. Im thinking it was the products chosen over the actual procedure. Love Ideal image and my nurse was amazing. So precise and really treated it like art work. I really think it has to be the filler product chosen. It looks like I had nothing at all done.

    I have been dealing with facial hair for years now and I did some research on different hair removal methods. After reviewing what Ideal Image had to offer , I booked my free consultation. During the consultation I was greeted well and felt comfortable speaking to the staff. After my consult, I decided to apply for their financing program and got approved on the spot. I wanted the laser hair removal as a gift to myself and was so excited that I got approved. I was able to have my first session that same afternoon. I am pleased with the results so far and I can not wait to continue my sessions. From the receptionist, to Tina who gave me my consultation, to Brittany who executed my first session, I loved the entire experience. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you!

    Brittany did my Hydra-facial. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. This was my first time doing the Hydra-facial and I was very happy with the results. She walked me through each step as she completed the process. She is very friendly, I will definitely be going back to see her.

    I was nervous based on the previous reviews but I have had a phenomenal experience. From the phone consult to in the office everyone has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The front office staff is very warm and accommodating, the medical staff is knowledgeable and forthcoming and I can’t think of anything to complain about. I even got a swag bag for my birthday.

    I had a PhotoFacial treatment done (BBL) at the WPB Ideal image with Brittany and she was incredible. Shes so knowledgeable about the process of the treatment, explained everything it was doing while she was doing it, and was so gentle and compassionate. Ive had this treatment done multiple times by a few different providers but Brittany was definitely the best. She consistently asked me how my pain levels were, would offer me breaks, and told me when certain areas might be more painful than others. If youre going to WPBs Ideal Image, I highly recommend asking for Brittany!The location itself was also very easy to find and there was tons of parking out front. It was very clean as well and the front desk staff was also extremely welcoming and wonderful to speak to!

    I personally would like to say I had a great experience with the whole team at this location. The receptionist, my nurse and manager included. We had weird situation with my account where I got charged more. The whole team was there to help fix the problem and correct the price. All very kind, sweet, loved talking to. I could definitely hang out there for the day and work with them for free. Thank you guys for a great experience and laughs.

    This was my first time at this location. Schiedaev at the front desk was very nice and courteous. Solange did my treatment and she was super professional, we talked the whole time. Laser hair removal is a bit painful, she did it so quick I barely had any time to feel pain. Fully recommend it!

    Brittany Edelman, NP. Is a godsent provider. She is ambiguous and cautious of your needs as a patient. My first consultation, due to my pain tolerance was craziness but she was understanding and guided me through the laser hair procedure and my 2nd appointment with her was 100% better just because of her patient care and medical guidance!

    Went in today for my first laser hair removal session and the receptionist Schiedaev was so kind and supportive as well as the clinic manager Tina seeing as I was nervous for my first session, I was offered a beverage while I waited which was a very short wait and I was given a goody bag after my treatment , and the provider Brittany Edelmann APRN, she was so nice and very thorough in explaining the treatment plan and aftercare and continued to stay aware of my comfortability through the whole process! 10/10 would recommend!!

    I’m a fairly new patient here but I have been impressed so far. Natalia at the front desk is always kind and welcoming, and I’ve always been taken on time for my appointments. Recently I was scheduled for a laser treatment, and when I sat down to show the clinician what I wanted, she was nice enough to explain to me that they didnt have the necessary laser filter for what I was requesting and let me know what I needed to research online to find a derm clinic that would. I so much respected that they were honest with me instead of just going through with the treatment without saying anything. This made me feel as though they take pride properly advising their patients. So far my experience has been extremely positive.

    I’ve been getting laser hair removal for my face and neck and it has changed everything for me. I no longer have dark coarse hair growing on my face and it is baby smooth. My skin has completely improved. Everyone that has worked on me has been pleasant and informative.I also have had lip filler and it turned out amazing for my wedding last October I will definitely go back again. It is just the Botox that didn’t really work for me. Otherwise I feel like a new me.

    I have been going to ideal image since 2017. I’m dark skin and I have very coarse hair that started growing on my chin area and upper lip. So embarrassing!!!! The results I’ve gotten over the years have been amazing. I completed my treatment years ago and now I just go for my touch up once a year. I highly recommend them.

    Ideal image was referred to me by my cousin for laser hair removal. So far the experience is unlike anything I expected. From the welcome I received from Heather and Cristianie upon walking in to the patience and comforting words (due to stopping so often to allow me to gather myself and prepare for the burning pain of the laser) from my nurse Michelle who did the actual procedure.     Today I tried Ultherapy for the first time, and it was amazing!! I did the treatment with Lisa. She was wonderful! She checked in with me and asked how I was doing throughout the treatment. She also explained what she was doing next throughout the process, so I knew what to expect. I could tell a difference in my skin immediately after. I had an amazing glow and my skin already felt more lifted and tightened. I cant wait to come back and try more treatments with Lisa!

    Doing the laser hair removal treatment. The sign up process was virtual and super easy to get started. The PBL location in West Palm is so clean and always professional. I am in and out within 10 mins. The laser hair removal procedure hurts much less than getting a tattoo. Hope this helps!

    I love Ideal Image! I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here thus far and I’m excited to continue my journey here. I have PCOS and had a huge amount of thick facial hair all over my chin, jaw, side burns, upper lip, and cheek. Although this experience tends to be vulnerable, I want to specifically mention one of the technicians, Lisa. She describes the treatment to me in detail, enhancing my understanding & giving me a sense of control in a vulnerable situation.     Awesome never felt so much at ease and stress free for along time getting a procedure done, from making the appointment to being welcome when I got there the staff was very pleasant and professional, the experience of the attending nurse (Alyssa) please forgive if I misspelt her name, doing my procedure was caring and supporting supportive, walking me through the process and letting me know at each step what was being done.     Every visit I have come to has been amazing. Everyone is very professional. From the warm welcome you get once you enter, to the providers explaining every step of what they are doing, you can tell everyone cares about your experience. The results have blown me away.     Went there to do Botox for the first time. I got Michelle. She’s really ontime, polite, professional and friendly. She made me comfortable for my first time experiencing this. She gave me minimum dose that I need just to make sure I’m comfortable with it and then follow up next 2 weeks. If I need some more, we would do then. The clinic is very clean and new. And the location that in the outlet area, you can’t go wrong with that! Lol

    The staff at this location are by far the most professional in this industry. Audrey, Alyssa, Landry, and Samantha, ladies thank you so much in helping me feel welcomed and comfortable during my procedures. During my first bikini laser treatment, it’s was the most anxiety I have ever had, but they helped me relax and feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. It was quick and thorough. After the first treatment I’m already seeing a massive difference in hair growth and time between needing to shave. I have very coarse and dark hair and it grows by the hour. I am black btw. Yes! Women of color you absolutely should come here and get your laser hair removal treatments! They have the latest technology needed to treat our skin types. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner! I also had horrible in grown hairs on my chin from years of plucking and shaving, now my skin looks amazing!!!!!!! I shed tears because I’ve been dealing with this for over 20 years (shaving my face every day twice a day). My skin has never looked better. Please make sure you call in and ask if they have any specials. Through the specials I was able to grab perineal, bikini, arms, under arms, upper leg and lower legs at these insane prices!!! I couldn’t pass up! And you shouldn’t either!!! Just ask for my girl Samantha and she will get you the BEST DEALS!!! My only regret: I wish I would have started sooner!I love my results so much and my confidence has skyrocketed!

    Pros:-efficient appointments-easy scheduling-covid safety precautions and cleaning procedures-lifetime guarantee membership deal (unlimited touch-ups)-MedSpa locations around the countryCons:-Misquoted on treatment frequency (every 8 weeks, not 6 weeks, for non-facial hair)Im one session into my laser hair removal treatment (brazilian and underarms). So far its been quick and easy! After deciding on Ideal Image, I used their online form and did a Zoom consultation the same day. I asked all my questions, filled out most of the paperwork, and scheduled my first treatment for the next day.During my consult I was told treatments would be every 6 weeks, but at my appointment it was explained that treatments for non-facial hair are every 8 weeks. Not a big deal, but its good to know that the entire treatment process will be significantly longer than I was quoted.Upon arrival, my nurse practitioner Audrey had me sign a couple more waivers (Covid liability form and another regarding the treatment). My hair was too long (I did NOT read the preparation steps well), so they gave me a razor and supplies to shave. Even with that hiccup, I was out of there in under 30 minutes. Audrey did a great job explaining what she was doing, how the process would go, and best care practices post-treatment. She also called a few days after to see how I was fairing.
