Facial at Pulsar Health- SandraAs a part of their consultation to Facial deal, I met with Sandra, my esthetician. I walked into the facial with high hopes as I’ve seen the level of care and luxury Pulsar Health uphold. I had an excellent time with Sandra. She was so welcoming, and accommodated all my needs. Along with her wonderful personality, and great conversational skills, she provided a multi-staged high value facial that left my face glowing, smooth and pampered (Loved the LED- Light treatment). Providing times for both conversation and relaxation. Pulsar Health’s facilities and specialist are at the highest standard, and always assure you feel comfortable and secure.Thank you to all the staff, and I hope to be coming back soon! 🤍

I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to have my procedure done, nor a better doctor to have done it. Dr. Monica is caring, attentive, genuine, and absolutely talented at what she does. I’ve felt listened to, considered, and supported throughout my whole journey. Even after my procedure was done, Dr. Monica continued to make sure I was well healed and satisfied with the results. I also have to mention her amazing staff- some of the best customer service I’ve ever come across. Cherie and Julia are wonderful. I never write reviews because I can never be bothered but I dug up my Google password and signed into my account just to write this, which is saying a lot about what I think of Pulsar health. If you’re looking for somewhere to entrust your health and body to, this is the best place in South Florida. 100000% would recommend.

Went in today for a facial with Sandra. She is absolutely amazing! My skin was glowing and even when I left it was still glowing. She was so informative and non judgmental and only wants your skin to be the healthiest it can be! I cant wait till my next facial! As for Dr Gill she has to be the most genuine doctor I have ever spoken too. She is very polite and when I speak to her I do not feel clueless or intimidated she is very sweet and makes you feel like shes been your doctor for years. Cant wait to get scheduled with her for my future procedures. I have known Dr. Gill since the inception of Pulsar Health. There is not one service offered that is not treated/administered with the utmost professionalism. compassion and friendliness from the moment you make an appointment! One of the most recent services I can highly recommend (and I can recommend several I have NEVER been disappointed) is shock wave therapy. I have been dealing with very painful frozen shoulder. After just one treatment, I experienced not just great relief, but my first decent nights sleep in months!

I met with Dr. Gill and her staff for a consult because I was told I would need implants after mastectomy. I had met with another plastic surgeon, and wanted a second opinion. Dr Gill and her staff were wonderful. Their office is beautiful too! Dr Gill took the time to educate me regarding mu options and she took photographs of my breasts so that they would look the same. The other surgeon did not do that. I am at thus time not having an implant but if I needed one, she would have been my first choice.

My annual dermatological check revealed I needed a Mohs procedure, so I searched for a plastic surgeon that gave me a good feeling. I chose Dr Gill, and I’m so glad I did. Her office staff was welcoming and accommodating. They found a way to get me scheduled rather quickly because of the nature of my needs. Dr Gill made me feel really well taken care of. She treated me with gentleness, warmth and professionalism. A lot of little things added to my feeling comfortable through a procedure I felt nervous about, and very happy with my choice to come to her for this.Two weeks later I got a basic facial from Sandra there. It’s been a couple of weeks since my treatment with her and I’m still impressed. I get facials regularly at a place downtown, but in the many years I’ve gone there, my pores have never looked smaller. Almost imperceivable. I didn’t think it was possible for my skin type. I had the most amazing experience with Dr Gill! I am a 63 year old CPA and had never had any work done previously. Dr Gill performed PRP treatment under my eyes and Botox to remove many wrinkles around my eyes and forehead. She also recommended and eye lift which I did. The before and after pictures of my face are beyond belief. She shaved more than decade off my facial appearance. I was greeted by Samantha & Cherie who were both friendly & professional .Dr. Gill performed the MOHS surgery on my shin. Before she injected the litdocaine, I was given a stuffed animal named Kim to hold in one hand & the medical assistant, Yuliet, held my other hand. I was given a choice of music and the stitching began. We had great laughs and conversations. This made the procedure not only go by quickly, but totally relaxed me, as well.Dr. Gill’s bedside manner made me feel comfortable and at ease.Did I mention the fact that I was hungry and was given watermelon too!?! Dr. Gill’s office staff are lovely! The office is beautiful and dr. Gill is a rare Gem! I had several treatments on my arms at other places and was left with red, bumpy scares. I would only wear long sleeves to hide the scars. Dr Gill suggested a deep micro needling treatment. After one treatment, the redness was reduced and my scares look a lot better. I’m continuing treatment from here! Thanks, Dr Gill!

I am one week post op writing this. I LOVE everyone here. I had liposuction of my chin, arms, thighs, stomach back and fat grafting to my hips here awake last week. I went in super nervous but they were so sweet and got me relax.Im not new to plastic surgery but never done it awake. I got up and walked out of surgery on my own.Dont hesitate, make your appointment! You WILL NOT regret it. The team is amazing! Dr. Gil is wonderful. Just make your appointment.

Dr. Gill helped me avoid neck lift surgery by a series of treatments. The first step was a few treatments of Mint PDO threading to get immediate results, which was great for several months. The next step was chin liposuction and J-Plasma skin tightening. The positive results were not only immediate, but got even better over a few months. Most recently, Dr. Gill performed Co2 fractional laser on my face and neck to improve skin texture. Its a year later and the results are still positive!

I recently had an awake neck lift/lower face lift and was so pleased with the results. The pre op procedures and meds helped to significantly reduce bruising so that recovery was only 5 days. Dr. Gill and her staff made me feel comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised how well the procedure went with very minimal discomfort. At home post op instructions were easy to follow and I any questions I had were quickly addressed. Dr. Gill even called me in the evenings to check on my progress. Everyone there is kind and caring and really put their patients first. The office is a long distance for me but it is worth every mile.

In 2019 I first went to Pulsar Health with intention of speaking with Dr. Gill about having an eyelid lift.A condition that runs in my family. At age 57. I’ve noticed it more and also the texture of my skin had changed since going through Menopause. She has helped me tremendously with improving my skin texture through laser and skin products.Her complete honesty on not pointing out what she though was “wrong” with my skin but asking me what I didn’t like was refreshing approach not to rush me into surgery.In April of 2023, I was ready to have Awake Bleph Surgery (eye lid lift). I was over looking tired. We scheduled the surgery and it went so well.I used a Lid Lift Goggle for recovery. 5 days after my surgery, I had little to no bruising. I am post 8 weeks surgery and you can barely tell I had the surgery. Honestly, it was a lot sooner than that. Doctor Gill and her staff made me feel so comfortable during surgery, I wasnt concerned at all being awake.Dr. Gill has extensive training in Cosmetic surgeries and skin conditions. I trust her suggestions. I highly recommend Dr. Gill @ Pulsar Health for this surgery or any surgery that you maybe interested in. Start with Natalia! Wonderful and from Russia tells me a lot. She’s a wonderful consultant and started my face and took Visia photos to assess my skin condition and started me on wonderful skin care products where I really feel hydrated and glow😊 and in January 2023 as we start to improve my face texture my face from 60’s to 50’s, at Pulsar. I have had the most fantastic and comprehensive massage experiences of my life with Dahlia. Her technique is not only spot on in terms of the mechanics of massage but she is a the only massage therapist I have ever had that can identify and release deep seeded emotional pain as well as muscle pain.She has hands as soft as silk yet can work deep tissue as intensely or as gently as needed.Dahlias massages are all about breathe it in....breathe it out which is so important and often not a focal point of other massage therapists. She guides you through the experience with an enlightened sense of soul healing as well as body pain release.I have been in need of and having massages for 30+ years, and can absolutely wholeheartedly say Dahlias massages are the best Ive ever had.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who needs massages to be able to function or even for pure relaxation Dahlia will provide an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful staff and great equipment. Dr. Gill is super nice and very knowledgeable. She’s helping my wife and I with our weight loss goals and me personally with my rosacea issues. I am already seeing results on both fronts. The skin care products they carry have replaced my rosacea prescription meds. They seem to be equipped to be a one stop shop for all your skin care needs and they even have an in house massage therapist. Jessica can work wonders on your aches and pains. They don’t try to cross sell you things you don’t ask for. They’ve only suggested things to help with the issues I bring up. I even tried the chrio chamber. It got down to -208!

Went for both a hydrafacial and cryo and it was amazing! The office is so clean and beautiful while the staff is extremely professional and sweet! Dr.Gill is a truly kind doctor with a heart for healing. My face is still glowing from the Hydrafacial and I can’t wait to go back!

This is my second time seeing Migdalia for a massage and facial and I refuse to see anyone else. She is so caring and good at what she does and I walk out feeling like a brand new woman. It is hard to find a massage therapist and aesthetician that is qualified and excellent at what they do and Migdalia encompasses both and is as authentic as they come. I walked in an absolute mess. Sore and stiff and carrying so much tension and walked out with weight lifted off me and relaxed. If youre reading this, thank you to you Migdalia!
