    Kiara was an absolute sweetheart! Loved her energy from start to end, she was super helpful considering it was my first sugaring. Was super patient with me and talked me through the whole process! Even after 2/3 weeks im still sooo happy with my results and plan to come back to see Kiara :) Receptionist was so sweet too and very helpful with picking out the best after care products for me!

    My Sugarista was Rita and I highly recommend her! She was very friendly and communicative. Rita was fast compared to other waxing services I have had done before (not at this location). She also made sure to get every hair possible!

    My Sugarista was Kiara! She was amazing. She made my first time sugar waxing (or any waxing at all) the most comfortable and memorable experience. Of course the procedure itself causes some pain, but the trust in her warm personality and skills put my mind at ease. I would recommend anyone who wants a great experience, beautiful results, and a clean safe space to receive treatment. P.S the receptionist was also warm and welcoming 😊.     I have been coming here for about four years and they deserve even more than five stars. Not only is Tamica the most amazing tech ever, but her skills training other techs is beyond compare. I love that Sugaring NYC uses RPB for a training facility and if April’s skills and professionalism are any sign of the good work being done by Tamica and the team, then Sugaring NYC should feel confident that they have the best beauticians and technicians on the job. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their expanded services like the brow lamination, lash lift and laser hair removal. I definitely should have written this review sooner.     Ive been going to Sugaring NYC (West Palm Beach) for a little over a year now. I get my sugar waxes from Rita. I always request her. She does a great job! Shes very sweet and personable. I highly recommend this location as well. Its beautifully decorated; I love the pink aesthetic they have. They always have great music playing in the background. I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The place was warm and clean and was greeted by the friendly face of Yailen . She briefly talked me through the procedure and then got to work . It was quicker than I thought it would be and considering she was pulling hairs out my back not too painful , once finished she then went through a run through of what I couldn’t or could do for the next 24hours . In all, a highly enjoyable experience and thoroughly recommended if needing waxing

    Nelly is amazing!! I had an appointment for a brow lamination and lash lift, which I am completely happy with the results!I can say with absolute certainty that I will be coming back to Sugaring NYC to get both services done again! Throughout the whole appointment Nelly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything at all, highly recommend booking her!     Ive had the best experience at Sugaring NYC. Tamica at the West Palm/Royal Palm location is always quick, efficient, and a joy to be around. The facilities are clean, spacious, and inviting. The sugar wax is also much more gentle on my sensitive skin, and theres no risk of burns or sticky residue like there is with hard wax.

    My experience here from start to finish was phenomenal! I was unable to book online for some reason, so I called for an appointment. Kiara helped me book an appointment same day and once I got there, she talked to me while waiting for my sugarista to be ready. Once I got in the room with Jai, she was so funny and comforting. This wasn’t my first time getting waxed, but she still made it so comfortable and as pain free as possible 😅. She took her time and was very thorough with the whole process. Once I got done, the manager, who I didn’t catch the name of, wanted to make sure my services were great. Everyone at WPB/Wellington location was absolutely wonderful.     I came for a sugar wax with Vanessa and let me tell you!! This was the BEST service I have received ever! I’ve gotten waxed before but this was the easiest. Super comfortable and professional, super patient, she knew what she was doing. Normally I would get it a couple of times and give up, but I will be consistent this time! Wasn’t at all what I expected the pain to be and it has been a couple of years since the last time I did a Brazilian. I am 8 months pregnant thinking the worst lol but it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had, I even made an appointment for my mom & have been recommending her to others! Thanks again!     Ive went here twice and I have to say Im super impressed. Shaian was very thorough and gentle and professional. I would recommend her and this place to everyone. Its very clean and they can get you in quickly. If you havent tried sugaring, please do. You will not regret it! My skin is so soft and its far more gentle than waxing. The product is all organic and thats fantastic! No harsh chemicals to worry about.

    I booked super last minute online (like 30 minutes before) and showed up nervous but excited for my first Brazilian and sugaring session ever. Check in was quick, and Vanessa was so welcoming, informative, and patient when we started. I went in clean, but I definitely haven’t ~landscaped~ in a while bc I hate shaving. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable at all! I can’t recommend her enough! Vanessa is so easy to talk to and laugh with plus she works quick and clean. Right when I came in I was introduced to Inellis who from the beginning gave me nothing but positive energy and support.     About 2 weeks ago, my teen daughter recommended this spot after her first time bc her experience was very positive. I decided to try bc my usual place got too relaxed w mask wearing and cleanliness standards. This place is so welcoming and accommodating. The results were amazing. Smoothest bikini area Ive ever had after my usual waxing at other places. Im hooked on sugaring now, at this place!! She also did full legs, hair is still taking its time to grow back. I have vitiligo, which causes hairs to grow in so thin that the techs usually dont see the hair and miss a lot. But I explained that to my tech, and she looked over as many times needed to ensure the hair was gone. She even used tweezer to remove strays. Then I had her do my underarms. Flawless. I will be returning!! Love this place ❤
