    Can’t say enough good things about my experience. This was my first time here, I made an appointment the day before, Sonia was so nice over the phone with helping me. Everyone was welcoming and friendly when I walked in, Elizabeth did an excellent job on my nails with lots of attention to detail, and they had really good prices.     BEST WALK IN SERVICE!I walk in, Sonya greeted me kindly and seated me quickly. Wendy took great care of my pedicure and fixed the pain in my feet! Attention to detail is unmatched, Sonya did my brows perfectly in less than 4 minutes! Will come back when I am next in town!

    Absolutely my favorite nail salon. I have been going here for over a year and have never left unsatisfied. I highly recommend Sonia and Yuni! The staff does phenomenal work and the customer service is outstanding. The staff takes their time and cares about the quality of their work. 10/10.

    Hands down, the ABSOLUTE BEST set of nails I ever had. They are so beautiful. Sonia is AMAZING!! I showed her a pic and she made it happen. Shes a doll! My toes came out equally adorable but I dont know the name of the nail tech who did my pedicure. Very nice atmosphere, quiet location. A real gem. Ill definitely be back!

    I generally have a good experience. Nice staff. Clean except some aggravating flies & gnats this time. Better to make appt I feel. Today’s tech seemed tired and couldn’t cool the water down for my pedicure. You can’t write in tips on your credit card. Must use cash. They have ATM on site. $1 transaction fee which is not bad.

    Tiffany was great!!!! i showed her a picture of what i wanted and she got it! she took her time and the shape and texture came out right. smooth and pretty. glad i read the reviews and asked for her. ide make an appointment next time for either Tiffany or Sonia... they are both great!!

    I just want to say I go to this location more often than not throughout all my challenges Of finding nail salons and services offered, I always come back here. I am not ALWAYS happy sometimes wait time with appointments can annoy me by the long wait considering it’s an appointment lol, sometimes how my nails are done I am NOT happy especially dealing with my OCD & wanting perfection with everything. which is why I have left and look for “better” never getting half as close as here of course (since I keep coming back 🤣) I highly recommend SONIA or CUQUI (cookie? Idk) Sonia has been doing my eye brows for almost two years now, she also did my nails today which I’m beyond pleased with I mean I cannot find one flaw. Same with Cuqui I haven’t been to her recently but I was never disappointed with her work. Nowhere you go can you always be guarantee perfection but the two ladies I mention have hit damn near close and that’s why I’m making this review. I only go here for waxing and sporadically for nails. I recommend appointments always, pricing is a bit much but is there really a price for self care when given w as much love as possible? I do recommend special offers maybe here and there to appease the penny pinching queen in me and others I think it could bring it more clientele as well, Thank you Sonia especially for never disappointing me.

    This was my first time here as I was looking for a new nail spot & enjoyed the experience! I have short natural nails & came in for:Gel French Manicure & Regular polish Pedicure. Paid $70 & it was well worth it 👌Jessica took her time with my nails and despite a broken toe nail and short finger nails made the look work. She always asked my preferences and made sure I was okay and clear with cost along the way.Extra bonus they played Hip hop music & had spanish speaking nail techs available!     Dianly did my nails today. I have to say that she was one of the best that I have ever had do my nails. She was so detail oriented and took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. I have been trying a lot of different nail salons to find the right one and this by far the best. I will definitely be back and ask for her. Thank you for a great experience 💖and I love my nails

    I have been getting my nails done at Krazy Nails for years. I am always so happy with the results. Henry does a great job on my pedicure, and Sonja’s manicure is always flawless. Friendly, caring and efficient describes their work!

    Ive come here and believe this is my new spot. All the Techs are friendly and posit. Even the owner world to ensure customers are happy. When there was an issue with my nail, they worked to fix it and did not make it an issue - no gossiping or gaslighting... Complete professionalism. The spot is CLEAN and they have a decent selection of colors and embellishments - that arent always out.Bring cash for your tip, and I recommend tipping these hard working, fairly priced, extra clean and wonderful staff well.I will be back.

    Very comfortable salon with a relaxing atmosphere. My pedicure was extremely well done by Yesica who paid close attention to detail. My powder manicure was well done by Cuki, very neat and symmetrical. Best experience yet in this area!

    Sonia and her staff are so attentive and quick. I felt like a celebrity the was I was serviced. I just moved to west palm, and have had no luck with a good nail tech, and came across Krazy nails on google, read the reviews, and here I am writing one myself. You won’t regret the visit here, also, they don’t make you feel uncomfortable if you don’t like how something is looking. They simply change it politely and apologize for any inconvenience. I’m definitely here to stay❤️🫶🏾

    My daughter recommended that I try Crazy Nails while in town for the holidays. I was immediately sat down with a nail tech. He took his time and I was initially satisfied with my nails. However, 2 days later almost all my nails began to lift and I knew that something in the application of my fill in went wrong. I went there today to talk to the manager about my nails. Sonia spoke to me with such professionalism and had a very polite demeanor. She immediately began working on my nails and refilled All my nails. She did a fantastic job and I’m grateful for her kindness. I’m so impressed with how this was handled that whenever I’m in West Palm Beach I will get my nails done by Sonia!!! Thank you so much

    So walked into krazy nails and of course Sonia greeted me with a warm welcome 😌 (Thank You Sonia) I went in for a pedicure that was much needed ☺️ an Yani I think that was her name did my feet she was great did a good job cleaning my nail beds and cuticles did not rush at all she took her time and we had good conversation…I loved her nails so she told me one of the women in the salon did them her color was so pretty on her nails…I was paying for my feet then I asked if the women who did her nails can do mine & she was available so I sat down…I have had so many awful and unsatisfied experiences with nail salons lately I literally just gave up with the nails 😤 but addy I’m pretty sure that was her name she made me rethink my decision she did such an amazing job with shape & detail I’m so anal when it come to shape I like absolute perfection & addy gave me just that took her time we talked & speaking Spanish well the little Spanish I know 🤣🤣🤣 but she was just perfect with my nails worked so detailed and she is an acrylic tech user which I LOVE cause I am not a fan of dip anymore she is definitely my go 2 nail tech cause she did everything to the tee and I loved my experience with her & all the mamacitas in there are great 🥰🥰🥰 will be back in 2 weeks addy 🙌🏼👏🏼💋 Thank You Mami

Be back soon.Update: January 6,2021I went back this is my second time there. I had Jessica for my nails and Andy for my toes. My toes came out great. My nails on the other hand I am very dissatisfied with. She didn’t get it close to the cuticle so it looks like they need to come off and it hasn’t even been a week yet. I was cut during the manicure which sometimes happens. But when I entered the store the first thing I asked for was the price list and he gave me a figure and then when I was getting ready to pay he changed it and added $5 extra I don’t think I’ll be returning. I Don’t feel like I got my money’s worth at all.

    Excellent. I went with my gf and her mom before getting on a cruise. Amazing for all of us. I hate getting pedicures since they usually hurt and my guy was awesome…didn’t hurt at all.     I love getting my nails done at this place by Sonya! She does such an awesome job every time! She’s fast and effective (I typically get nexgen) and I will last for months without a crack! Even though I moved back to Miami I will still make the drive up the WPB when I can just to get my nails done by her. Love this place, will always be my top go-to nail salon.

    I had tried a couple of nail places in the outlet mall area and was disappointed by poor overpriced workmanship. I decided to try krazy nails because of the good reviews.     Sonia saved the day!! I had come to get my nails done for my 21st birthday and unfortunately I wasn’t too pleased with how it came out.     Ive been to many salons and I love the service at Krazy Nails. I always receive an amazing Mani/Pedi from Ann (Anh). I get the Nexgen and the salon has such a huge selection of colors its hard to choose. They use liners in their tubs for Pedis which I really like. The massage chairs are comfy and the atmosphere is relaxing and not chaotic. The owner is always nice and sweet and very accommodating. The services are not over priced, but professional and much attention to detail is given to your nails while being done. Honestly, what else could you want? Try Krazy Nails and you wont be disappointed!

    Went Saturday with my daughters and the service was good. That environment is clean my nails are going well my daughters nails were nice too they are very patient and friendly staff I just wish they had more nail polish colors . Overall good service they just need to update their polishes .

    Ive been going to Krazy Nails for the past several years. Ive tried other nail salons and Im not as pleased with the results. So whenever possible I use Krazy Nails. My only real complaint is that sometimes they may overbook their appointments so it takes a couple of hours to get a mani /pedi.

    Omg so glad i found this nail shop i have tried 6 other places since ive been in Florida from Dallas Tx and this is my FAVORITE ONE i tried dip powder glow and absolutely fell in love and i didnt get the lady name but she did a excellent job the the whole staff was amazing and professional clean comfortable atmosphere i will be a New Loyal customer keep up the great work im picky about my nails and i didnt have to say a word about shaping filing anything tech took her time as if it was her own big plus i was confused by first time dip but the owner was nice and helpful i recommend anyone who needs a nail shop in West Palm or anywhere period lol Come see them at K@ZY N@ils💅🏽

    I love this place its so clean and the people are so nice, they dont pressure you in to getting more done then you need!! The only thing that can be a bit of an inconvenience is that they perfer that you in cash but they do have an ATM in the salon!
