I had an amazing experience! Mahbuba was incredibly kind and professional. She fit me in last minute on New Year’s Day! As part of my service, she also included a hand and arm massage. Such a delightful experience visiting La Vella while visiting West Palm for work. I came in for a walk in gel pedi on Friday but they were booked at that time. The owner graciously offered to schedule me after hours later that day / following day. I came back the following day before my flight and had the most relaxing pedicure. The ambiance of the salon and attention to detail in services was superb. Will definitely be coming back during my next visit.

I called in on the busy holiday weekend to request a same-day appointment at the end of the day and Mahbuba was kind enough to accommodate me. When I walked in, I was drenched from the rain, and she immediately gave me a towel cover-up and even offered to throw my top in the dryer. I got a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure and the result was fantastic. She took her time and was very thorough. The massage chair was so comfortable and just what I needed for my tired neck and back. The whole place is very clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell Mahbuba is a very dedicated owner who puts the extra effort to ensure the customer is happy and well-taken care of. This is exactly the kind of place Im happy to patronize. I will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Mahbuba scheduled my appointment at the last second on a Saturday morning ahead of a wedding I was attending later that evening. I was hoping for a dip and pedicure, but she explained she would only be able to do a basic manicure which I happily accepted. When I arrived about 25 minutes later, her appointment at 10 had cancelled and she was happy to do my dip which I was thrilled to hear. The tech who did my pedicure seemed new and did a great job and attended to one of my dipped nails that didn’t come out right initially. Overall a great experience. Thank you again!!

This place is amazing! I recently moved to Palm Beach and have tried several nail salons. This is by far the best. Not only do they do a great job but their prices are about 1/2 the cost of any other nail salon in the area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The salon is beautiful inside. Sweetie is personable, professional and highly skilled. The salon has a tranquil ambiance and is not only stunning but also incredibly clean. Upon entering the salon she offered me water and wine and then led me to the room where I could pick my color. I normally just do gel but was curious about the dip and she was very informative. I also got my eyebrows threaded in addition to the dip nails and I honestly couldn’t be happier. This has become my go to place, she has a wide range of services to fit any self care needs and budget. Not only was the customer service impeccable but the quality of the services I received far surpassed anything else I’ve received in the area. I would give this salon 10 stars if possible.

Me and my mom went today to get our nails done for her birthday. My mom got a mani and pedi and I got a mani. It was a great experience. The owner did my nails perfect and she was so sweet. The place is clean and for those who hate the busy regular salons that look like a room of COVID, this place is opposite. Very safe right at a nice spot in Palm Beach. They offered us wine but my mom doesn’t drink. Either way it was a nice offer. Great place! Beautiful! I definitely want to try facial next time.
