I have been a customer of Kim’s for over 7 years. Her work is second to none. Hee customer service is amazing. She is a relationship salon. She has a referral incentive plan, customer appreciation days, etc etc. This salon owner knows her stuff and so does hee entire staff. I am so blessed to be a client! She builds relationships, not just nails. Once you go to Legacy Nail Lounge, you won’t go anywhere else!

This salon is top tier. I am so happy I found them. Customer service is excellent. I was looking for a salon that had flexible hours due to my hectic work schedule. They were very accommodating from the initial scheduling of my appointment. I’ve been getting French nails and I’m in love with my set! The nails last sooo long. I highly recommend. Book early because they are a busy shop.

My daughter had an appointment to get her nails done by someone else; who ended up flaking on her! At the last minute I called the legacy nail lounge, they were fully booked.. but made an exception for her! Casey stayed late and did the most amazing job on her nails. He did exactly what she wanted and took his time. We were so greatful!

Being new to the area, I immediately needed to find a nail tech that could satisfy my needs and possess the ability to carry out the artwork request for my nails. Im a very meticulous and serious about my nails. Legacy Nail Lounge made me feel like I was right at home. Services are by appointment only, I felt welcomed, they offer the most up to date nail designs ,styles and option. My nail tech was Mikayla. Let me tell you, Im stuck like glue to this young lady. Her talent is unmatched, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Shes polite and professional. I dont feel theres anything she could not do. Yes, I have that much confidence in her. I found my New nail tech.

Believe the amazing reviews because theyre true! Visited for the second time today for a regular mani/pedi with regular polish. Saw Melyssa the first time in May and she was wonderful. She was booked today and I really needed the service so I took a chance with someone else and got Diana who was also wonderful! Nails look fab, hands and feet feel very well taken care of. It is clear that they put thought and care into every aspect of their salon. Clean, great vibe, the people are nice, the music is great, the prices are fair. So happy to support this local business.Note: please check their website and deposit policy so you know how it works if youre going for the first time. They dont mess around which I have come to appreciate. I end up paying for my mani/pedi in advance using Zelle and all I have to think about when my appt rolls around is tip. Works for me!

This nail salon is exceptionally clean and the decor is refreshing and inviting.Everyone was friendly, from the young lady at the reception desk to Nicole who did my hands and feet.While it wasnt the best mani & pedi Ive had, It certainly wasnt the worst. There is room for improvement and I will be returning to give them another try.Music and TV selections were great and the rates for services were reasonable.I recommend Legacy Nail Lounge. 4 Stars!

First of all… Black Owned Business Alert! I was turned away from another salon and when I called Legacy the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and found a spot to squeeze me which was a God send. From the time you walk in, the ambiance is giving luxury experience. I loved the homie vibes the salon had and it did not smell like acetone 🙌🏾 Each tech was so friendly and I even had a good “keke” with them and their clients. They have snacks, water, and even wine. To the owner, you are doing it! I can’t wait to come back. I recommend booking an appointment prior to your visit. I’ve been going to Legacy Nail Lounge for about a year now and I really can’t imagine life or the shambles my nails would be in if I hadn’t found their salon/services when I did 😩 and I’m not exaggerating! From the outstanding customer service, easy booking, quality services, consistency, amazing creativity, purple decor 💜 (bc purple is my fav color), and not to mention the salon is Black-Owned & Woman-Owned..idk what more a girl could ask for in a salon! 🥺 you guys are honestly, truly the best 💗💗💗 I usually go to Kim 💜 but EVERY technician is amazing and has a specialty, which I absolutely love! They have a receptionist, which a lot of salons lack and she’s just as amazing as everyone else in the salon (if not more because she usually answers all my silly questions 😩😂). I also love the organization and rules set in place to ensure 100% customer satisfaction! So if you’re in the west palm beach, area run don’t walk because they book up very fast!

Did a bit of research on more convenient nail salons in my area and happened upon this oasis. Legacy Nail Lounge is a whole experience and one I will be back for. I booked with Mely after seeing her name in positive reviews quite a few times, and am so pleased with the pedicure she gave (best pedicure I’ve had in a while!). Very well located, easy to arrive and plenty of parking.My gel manicure was excellent and because my nails are thing she even apply a thing layer of a structure to help them. Kimmie is Extremely professional and very kind when performing the service, she applied scrub on my arms and my skin stayed soft and hydrated for daysI have never had a more professional service, they use very high quality products that don’t contain toxins which for me is very important.The pedicure was amazing, the way they clean the nail, soften the skin with a very fine pallet and very delicate done. It’s just amazingThe Nail Salon is very clean I feel comfortable that the personnel I are wearing masks and gloves all the time. Izabel did my pedicure, she did a beautiful job and was so nice to talk with. Brandi did my nails, I ABSOLUTELY Love them. I gave her free range on my first visit to see what she would come up with. She asked me some questions about what I like, then she went to work. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. Only thing I would say to you, is, plan to book ahead as they are a busy salon, with highly skilled and in demand artists\techs. They are truly a fun group of women!!!

All the ladies are kind and considerate to one another. You definitely get a sisterhood vibe at Legacy. I got the Gel soak pedicure and my goodness it felt sooo good! Upon entrance the lounge is clean and the decor is beautiful. They had me wash my hands right away and I watched the most thorough cleaning of the pedicure chair and floor around it I’ve ever seen in ANY salon. Other than that the girls there are so sweet. I love this place! They nice, professional, clean and overall, on time! I’ve had 2 of the staff help me so far and I was not disappointed. Mikayla usually does my pedicures and she’s sweet, friendly and does a great job. She also does amazing 3D flowers (she did my nails as well 😊). Last week Katherine did my nails and she made me feel comfortable and although I had something basic in mind, she reminded me that nothing about me is basic and to have fun with my hands! I walk out feeling great every time, you can’t go wrong with whoever you get, they’re all amazingly talented.

I recently went to get my nails done for the first time ever. After doing some research of the salon, I excitedly booked my appointment online. Then I called the salon just to double check I was selecting the correct services. Kim was more than welcoming over the phone and happily answered all my questions.Once I arrived at the salon, my temperature was taken then asked to wash my hands. Each station has plexiglass and both the nail technician and client wear their masks throughout the entire appointment. The salon as a whole is one of the cleanest I have seen. I felt very safe.As my appointment went on, I had great conversation with Kim as she did my nails. She explained everything she was doing and answered all of my “why”, “what”, and “how” questions with enthusiasm. Even though I am not a nail technician I learned quite a lot about nails!Thank you for an incredible first time experience. I am so excited to come back for my next appointment!

This place is beyond phenomenal! I take my 5 year old daughter with me to get her nails and toes done every time and they do amazing with her! Both Bree and Mikayla have worked with her and she absolutely adores them both. Not to mention the fact that my nails have never looked better in the 20 years I have been getting acrylic nails. Isabel is nothing short of a miracle worker. She has done acrylic nail art and so much more for me that I never dared to try because frankly, I didn’t think the other nails techs could pull it off! With her however, not only do I know she can do all the cool/crazy/new things, but that she does it well! My toes last for a month or more but I don’t wait that long since their pedicures are wonderful! There is just not enough good things I can say about Legacy and their entire team, thank you ladies for providing a fun, SAFE, and warm environment that I tell everyone about that will listen!

This salon is my second happy place beside my home. I’m always excited to get to my nail appointment just because of the environment and the vibe. Kim is my nail tech and she is bomb. Every timeI go, she works her little magic and makes me happy, never disappoints. When I tell you! I left my nail lady that Ive been going to for 8yrs! for Kim at Legacy Nails. The entire staff is very professional and welcoming, it’s very sterile and clean and upscale. Kim is very precise she’s going to give you exactly what you ask for from the color to the shape. I use to get my nails and toes done every 2 weeks with my old nail tech. Loved the environment and the staff was so welcoming. This is my 2nd visit and Ive only gone to Brandi, but just watching everyone else you can tell the staff loves what they do. The salon is clean and you get your temperature checked before you can go anywhere. What impressed me after my first visit about a month ago, was hope smooth my feet were. No use of a grater and the bottom of my feet were smooth and soft.

I have been getting my nails done by Kim for over 4 years now. I travel all the way from parkland just to get my nails done by Kim because there is no other nail tech like her! She takes her time to perfect each nail and that’s rare to find because every other nail tech I’ve been too finishes my nails so fast with so many mistakes. Anything I want, she can accomplish with her own little flare. The new location is beautiful and is taking all the safety measures needed during these hard times which made me feel super safe. Every time I get a new set, the compliments are endless and all I say to them is “go to legacy nails, you won’t regret it”.
