I’ve been going to Sophia for years! She’s the BEST nail tech I’ve ever had and would never go anywhere else. When she does your nails they come out perfect and you feel like you’ve caught up with a friend, not just getting a stellar service.PS she takes such good care of my nails that they’re naturally long and strong now.

I can’t rave enough about this place. I come in with some tough design requests but each time the amazing nail techs at Cocoon exceed expectations. These were recently done by Tina. She is one of the newest members of the crew, but did AMAZING work. She was very accommodating to my nail design I wanted and these are my natural nails which can make it a little harder. She did incredible!! Would highly recommend her.

Love this salon! Kelly is absolutely my favorite. She’s Talented, personable, pays attention to detail. Even the little things like taking the gel off my pointer finger first so I can still use my phone since I work from it, and the hand/arm massage after she finishes your nails. I went in with no expectations because I have only ever gotten my nails done a total of four times. I used to paint intricate designs myself as a kid and teenager so never saw the allure of going somewhere to do it. The last time I got my nails done was in 2019 I did gel and the time before that was 2017 just basic nail polish so again I know nothing and asked for gel because thats all Ive really done. My nail tech Son took one look at my nails (naturally long and thick) and suggested hombre and dip and I was like sure why not. He asked me to pick some colors so I picked some blues because again I know nothing. He tried them out on two nails and he did not like how they looked so he suggested white with the blue and I told him to go for it and well as you can see I ended up with freaking amazing Elsa nails. I told him Ill definitely be going often because I just have to walk there and we can continue to experiment with colors because I dont really care. My nails came out amazing. The rest of the staff there is also super friendly, as they just opened up they were all helping each other out so that was nice to see as well. They offer all kinds of waxing services as well and have lots of colors to choose from for nails.

This was my very first time going here and I absolutely loved my experience. The employees were very friendly and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxed. This is the perfect place if you just need a mental health day. The lovey woman who did my nails did an amazing job. I was nervous about getting this design because I didn’t see anything like it in the reviews or on the website but I was so very happy with the result. It is exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is amazing. I got so many compliments.

Joann is the BEST with all things acrylic, dip, eyebrows, and so much more! I get ombre and so does my mom, and we both ONLY go to her! I used to work in a nail salon so Im very specific about how my nails look and Joann is the best Ive been to in ages! I have her schedule saved into my notes because she works at both locations, and so I always make sure I go to wherever she is working that day!

Update: I gave it another shot and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I’ve updated my review to 4 stars. Anson did my nails and they looked great and did not chip for the longest time. I look forward to continuing coming here again. The earlier situation was unfortunate. I hope in the future, incidents can be resolved in a smoother manner.Edit: I did only pay $15 because I did not get the manicure I was planning to get. They tried to charge me $20 for just taking the dip off and I had to ask for it to be corrected to $15. If you investigated you would have known that happened and maybe try talking to me. You saw me in there every single month for dip powder manicure, pedicure, and sometimes add on wax services since you opened.I pay $40 for a dip powder manicure there every month plus a pedicure. I do not understand how a regular manicure without the polish, base coat, top coat etc was going to be $35.Im very disappointed that I will no longer be coming here. Ive been a regular customer here since they opened. Today I came in because my nails were starting to hurt under my dip powder manicure. I asked if they could take it off and just do a regular manicure/nail clean-up without any polish. Just so my nails could breathe a couple weeks before coming back. I was informed it would be $35 for a soaking my dip off and cleaning up my cuticles...mind you, without using any other products except the acetone. Im sad to go but dont feel right coming back to a place that cant accommodate regular, loyal customers..

I’ve been a customer since before they opened! I’ve been going to the Clermont location which I absolutely love the cleanliness and top quality service! When they opened a second location in Winter Garden and my regular tech switched from Clermont to Winter Garden I followed. I am very happy with the new location. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They have beautiful decor and polish colors and options are amazing! The atmosphere in Clermont is fun and energetic. You can’t go wrong with either location!
