Had a haircut with Nicole this morning; she was lovely and did a great job!! She gave me the exact results I was looking for and made sure the cut would work well with both blowout/straight styles and my natural curls. Unfortunately, I forget the name of who washed my hair, but she was gentle and thorough. The coffee was good, salon was clean, every person I spoke to was kind and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time at Privé and I will definitely be back!

This is my second time bringing my daughter who has a head of curly hair to Prive Salon yo get it cut by Alexis. Alexis is phenomenal at what she does! She takes the time to talk to you and figure out what you want, in this case what my 8 year old wanted. She also gives you tips to help make your hair healthier. My daughter is loving her cut and loves the vibe at the salon. Thank you Alexis!

I was impressed the first time I visited the salon, but completely blown away by the service my second time visiting Privé. The staff is on their A game when it comes to delivery of quality salon services and they make you feel pampered. I drive several hours to be seen here and will continue to do so.Highly recommend Gina P. as your stylist- she’s patient, thoroughly evaluates what service you’d like, and will assure you leave happy.As a plus- they’re dog friendly. If you have a well behaved pup, they’ll let your fur baby join you.

Craig is a hair guru! He makes it a point to walk you through exactly what he’s doing to your hair, also giving you recommendations if you feel a little lost on what you want. He’s super easy to talk to as well, always kind! Jordan cut my hair and she’s always so genuine and happy! She gives great recommendations as well. When I was early postpartum and experiencing so many hormonal changes to my hair, she recommended a mask for my hair that completely kept the moisture in and help with my hair growth. Both of them keep me coming back to the studio even though I moved 45 minutes away! I make the drive each time since I know my hair will be well taken care of and I’ll leave with such a grateful

Alexis has been an incredible staple in my life and my hair journey since moving to Florida three years ago. She’s taken me from doing my big chop when I was critically ill, to a healthy head of curls that are flourishing. She’s amazing! Erica G is a first class stylist for both men and women young and old. Worth every penny she charges. Staff is 1st Class. Not only was my first cut and style with her the best I have ever had ( she seemed to understand everything about my hair, it’s unique characteristics, my style and how I wished to be perceived and accepted by my peers and the public), I also arrived early to watch her cut and style a young sophisticated woman’s hair before me in which she cut a good 12” to 18” off and into a updated, fashionable and sexy/sophisticated look. I was mesmerized by the whole experience. My best friend since college recommended her; a perfect recommendation if you are seeking the best.

I was not happy upon arriving to this salon. Parking was a nightmare. I had to park far away at 7 months pregnant and with a leg injury. I was a few minutes late for my special occasion style. The receptionist was friendly. I havent gotten my hair done in 15 years because Im a perfectionist and do it best myself (Im licensed and a former salon owner). Barbara impressed me, all around. She is professional, extremely skilled, fun to talk to, beautiful, and brings all the positive vibes. She totally killed it, and despite intense Florida humidity, my style LASTED!! Wish I had her snap a photo before I was in the humidity all day. The photo here is at the end of the day after getting stuck in the rain. The staff works as an efficient team. No high pressure to purchase products. Bright and energizing atmosphere. Trendy location. I would absolutely recommend this salon.Update: Barbara literally did my hair almost 48 hours ago and my curls are still going strong! So impressed.

She took her time and the finished look made me feel so beautiful and confident! A week later, I returned to Privé to take a makeup class with Haley. Haley is very patient and personable. I thought I was a lost cause when it came to eyeshadow, but Haley taught me some great techniques and made it easy. She also recommended a list of quality products, tailored to my skin type. Winter Park is very busy and parking can be difficult to find. I had a ETA of 10:55am but ended up arriving around 11:10 after finding a parking spot and walking over.

ROYALTY!!! I finally came in for my hair extension application, and I am feeling ABSOLUTELY fabulous!!!!! As always, I received a phenomenal EXPERIENCE!!!! Upon arriving, I was received by staff with a warm welcoming and was offered the choice of wine, coffee or water. As usual, the place was very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly, well groomed, very well appeared and professional. Again, I decided I would like to have some services done for my daughter on such a short notice and again, they were able to accommodate me that same day with no issues. Had a really great first experience here! Caitlin did my color and Jordan did my cut. Both were incredibly sweet and did exactly what I hoped for. I was there just a little longer than expected, they were apologetic and they treated me to a hair mask that made my hair insanely soft. I’m writing this review a week later just because I wanted to settle into my new look and make sure I still liked it at home. I do! I was nervous about working with 2 different people but everything went smoothly, and I like that each stylist has their specialty that they focus on. The salon is bright and very beautiful and everything appeared clean. Thank you Caitlin and Jordan I’ll definitely see you guys again!

Usually I never right reviews for a place but let me just start off by saying that I had an amazing experience at Privé Salon from the moment I walked in to when I was checking out. I ended up going to their second location in Winter Park that just opened up and its beautiful. Right when I walked in I was greeted with a robe and a refreshment. I made an appointment with Craig and dont regret it at all. I went from blonde to brown in no time and my hair did not feel damaged AT ALL.My hair looks super natural. After the color I had my cut and style done by Louis and he also listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to make my hair look long and healthy. Highly recommend coming here

This might be a bit lengthy, but its definitely worth the read. As someone visiting my sister from another city for a couple of months, I decided that in the year 2024, it was time for a makeover. My hair was in dire need of some attention, with tired layers needing revival. After searching online, I came across Prive, was impressed by the reviews, and promptly called to schedule an appointment. The friendly staff member I spoke with set up a time and date for me.On the appointed day, I headed to the salon. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a charming young woman with an infectious smile. Excitedly, I provided my name, only to be informed, in the kindest way possible, that I was at the incorrect location. Embarrassed, I realized I had mistakenly input the wrong address into my GPS.I apologized for the mix-up and politely inquired if she could contact the correct location to explain my delay and reschedule, if necessary. She empathetically asked for a moment to see what could be done. Returning with her warm smile, she informed me that the staff at their location was willing to accommodate me.I ended up getting my hair colored, treated with a deep moisturizing session, and cut. ❤️.Haley, the hair color specialist, and Gina, the hairstylist, were both exceptional. Their professionalism was perfectly balanced with friendliness, making the experience enjoyable. I appreciated how informative they were about their techniques and craft. Overall, I loved it and would highly recommend their services to anyone. You wont be disappointed.One thing to note, though, is that you get what you pay for. I wanted to get my hair done for my graduation photo shoot this weekend. This salon was chic and elevated. You walk in and they put a robe on you and ask if you’d like anything to drink. Michael colored my hair and my daughters hair and he did an amazing job. We live in California but he was so good, we joke about flying out to Orlando just so he can do our hair. I love this salon and Gabriela is awesome at color! Everyone is super nice and helpful and I love the vibe. The only issue I have is that both times I have came in and scheduled both color and a hair cut, I’ve had an issue when it comes to the hair cut. Both times the hairstylist has cut my hair in a rush due to other clients which I understand it gets busy. The only issue is that both times is has caused me to not be happy with my hair cut. Both times the stylists have been super nice and I hate to have to leave this review but I think they should do a better job at scheduling so this doesn’t happen.

I went with an entry level stylist who cut a few inches off to give me a great bob haircut. My only issue was that the haircut took almost two hours and was very slow-going. The stylist was thorough, but I didnt have time to stay for her to finish. Next time I will go with a mid-level stylist.

It was my first time going to Prive. I was nervous , as I decided to cut all my hair off and go from long , to finger length short, with faded sides. My appointment was with Erica G. I brought her in a couple of photos , we talked for quite a while and finally started. Erica was Very Patient with me. The appointment took longer than expected I think because she kept cutting length of bit by bit until I felt comfortable and reached my desired style. I have ALOT of hair and also extremely thick hair so my fear was having shapeless thick hair on top of my thin face. She listened and executed, I love my ends and how they fall and shape my face, and it’s just how I wanted it! It took a few days to get use to as it was a drastic cut , but once my hair got passed the “ hair shock” stage, and started falling into place , I LOVE IT ! I’ve gotten so many compliments, everyone loves it and it just makes me feel so much better about my decision! I signed a contract with Michael back on New Year’s Day— I came to him with box-dye black hair (& sooo much damage!). I wanted to go to red, and across two sessions he took me to the MOST stunning dimensional red color. Each session I left with beautiful results. First of all, Michael is so knowledgeable about hair color & so creative about the whole process. He kept me in the loop about every little step he’d be taking with my hair, including the treatment/masks he was using to help my hair. In literally 2 months, my hair is SO healthy looking now & I’m in love with my red hair— I’ve received so many compliments from everyone since getting my color done by Michael!Thank you for giving me a realistic expectation for how my hair color would progress, letting me know exactly what was going on at every step & just making my experience at Prive so wonderful!!!I go & get my hair cut the first time with Luis & today we did a color seal treatment to get rid of my frizz (naturally curly haired girl), to help keep my color longer & to see more shine. My experience at Privé salon has always been so great. I have been here a handful of time to get my hair colored for a balayage and I’ve absolutely loved it every time. I’ve tried a few hair colors but the past few times I have gotten my hair colored by Michael and I will continue to do so. I love getting my hair colored by Michael because he is generally so great. He’s super helpful especially when I’m not sure what I want and he’s honest and truthful but it’s so great at what he does. Every time I come here and I get my hair colored with him I leave super satisfied. My experience is just great because of the end result but also because of the process and Michael deafly makes the long amount of time it takes so enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to coming here to get my hair done every time if it’s your first time or you’re unsure who to try to color your hair I definitely and highly recommend Michael I love getting my hair colored by him so much. Privé Salon’s new location in Winter Park is beyond beautiful. The aesthetic is modern, unique, and inviting. Everyone was very nice and happy to have me as a customer. I was able to sip on a cappuccino while getting my hair colored and cut; what could be better? The attention to detail with my balayage from Gabriella was unbelievable. I can’t wait to go back again for my next hair cut and color! They made me feel like a beauty queen!

The salon is beautiful, as soon as you walk in you know you’re going to be treated right. Louis cut and styled my hair and he was such a delight. He was very attentive and asked me many different questions so he could perfect the look I wanted. He recommended me a great hair spray to style my hair on my own and I left the salon feeling like I got all my confidence back. Craig has been my colorist for over a year. I have looked for a very long time for someone who understands what I want. AMAZING results every single time! When I need highlights, CRAIG is the one and only! I recently had Jay do my cut and style and he did such a fantastic job I now have a favorite cut and stylist! I admit, I’ve had some other great cuts from other stylists at PRIVE but from now on my hair is in Jay’s hands!

I have been looking for a good salon for a while and have been wanting to go to the Orlando location but it was just to far. I was able to get into the new Winter Park location, got a tour by the owner Patrick, hair colored by Craig who was just amazing, honest, and experienced, hair cut and styled by Joey. I was hoping for a New Client discount, as it was a bit heavy on the account, but then again you pay for what you get. They played good music and the place smells amazing, I learned they have their own scent that permeates from the vents. Nice strong Mimosa’s too. My overall experience was amazing!

Michael is the best colorist I have ever been to. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and he really listened to what I wanted to achieve. What’s great is we were able to chat about the whole process and set the full expectations. Every time I’m in Prive it feels like visiting friends which makes the whole experience even better.I came to Prive to just try something new. I liked my stylist but wasn’t in love. Immediately Michael truly worked magic and I get compliments on my hair even 8 weeks after a re-fresh.I’ve had my hair cut and styled here before too. I am SO picky about the length of my hair since I have naturally curly hair. They always make my hair feel healthy and help keep its length. 10/10 5 stars. Please come here!

It’s definitely THE BEST hair salon in comparison to the ones I had been to in Orlando. My hair colorist, Bee, is just absolutely amazing beyond words!!! I have been coming to Bee for highlights for about a year now and each time I receive lots of compliments from my coworkers, family and friends. One time, I was at a breakfast cafe, a young manager approached me and said “Sorry this might be an odd question, but I’ve been wanting to get my hair done for awhile, but was afraid I won’t like it. Your hair color looks gorgeous, can you tell me which salon you go to?” I was like WOW, how many compliments I’ve gotten ever since I started coming to Bee. That being said, I highly recommended her and this place to anyone who wants to look beautiful and change their hair color/style!!! ❤️

Went to Winter Park, very beautiful salon. Everyone is friendly, professional, and works quickly, no awkward waits or silent times. The shampoo and the scalp massage was amazing, and I would go back just for that. I also got a facial while I was there from Amanda, she was so nice, talked about my specific needs and customized her routine to my skin, and I left feeling like a million bucks. 11 out of 10, would highly recommend.

I moved here from Miami at the end of January, and after having my hair done at 2 other salons and ending up severely dissatisfied with the way my hair came out, and being told because I was hispanic I needed to have someone who was familiar with “Latin” hair, I was ready to travel back to Miami to have my hair done. I don’t have coarse of super unruly hair, and I certainly have never been told that before, so I thought it was a silly excuse for not wanting to deal with my hair. I did A LOT of research online and then on Instagram before selecting this salon, and I went through all of the stylist profiles before deciding on Barbara to make my appointment with. Let me just say that Barbara exceeded my expectations and I am beyond happy with my hair. When I got to the salon I was greeted by a very professional and friendly front desk person, I was offered a refreshment off of an extensive menu, and sat and waited for my stylist to be ready for consult. The salon was immaculate, yet warm, and I felt like royalty there. Cody, an assistant escorted me to a chair where Barbara talked to me about my hair, and expectations. She made some great recommendations and I felt so comfortable with her. I am very picky with my hair, especially when it comes to cutting my hair. I hadn’t had a haircut since October 2020, so I was hesitant. But after speaking with Barbara I felt at ease. From there Cody took me for a shampoo and treatment and did a fantastic job! Barbara then proceeded to blow my mind with my haircut and blow dry. I left there feeling so happy and beautiful I called my husband and told him we needed to take my hair out to dinner! I highly recommend this salon, and Barbara specifically!! This is on the pricey side, but it is so worth it! You hair is the crown on your head you never take off.

When Privé opened its magnificent doors in Winter Park, a few weeks ago I booked my appointment and it did not disappoint.When I walked in I felt as if was walking into a chic salon on Madison Avenue. I was immediately welcomed and offered a cappuccino or another beverage of choice and later lunch.This concierge style of service continued until the end of my appointment. The new location is open and airy, providing instant relaxation and beautiful energy. Everything is top notch, from the glistening chandelier winking at you with a sparkle, the luxurious custom chairs from Italy embracing you with a hug as you sit down and the ever so comfortable and chic reclining chairs in the shampoo room.There is attention to every detail, making it a place you cant wait to go back to visit .The Privé team is a pool of talented, energetic, customers service driven people. From the owners, salon managers, stylists, colorists, assistants and front desk team you are always made to feel like a V.I.P.I am constantly asked where do you get your hair done? I had the BEST experience here thanks to the salon manager Joshua! I had horror stories at other salons so I was skeptical to go back into a salon. BUT Prive was great! The service was amazing and my colorist Michael was an absolute joy! My hair color came out PERFECT and exactly what I wanted.
