    Had my first cut here yesterday with Arlene. She sure does know curls, and more, to get you looking (and feeling) good. I had my haircut for 25 years in NYC until the Devachan salons closed and have struggled to find someone in FL who really knows how to cut/style curls. She is, by far, the best in Central Florida!

    Ive got curly graying hair. Thank goodness for the exquisite coloring I have done at Salon Ciseaux. My hair has multidimensional color with great depth. The talent needed to work with curly hair is in abundance with the stylists. I always walk away feeling great about my hair. What a confidence booster!

    I had the most fabulous experience at Salon Ciseaux with Arlene. I had my first ever Curly Hair Cut, more specifically Ouidad cut, and I was blown away with my results. Im sharing pictures of what my hair looked like before and how it turned out in the end. The highlighting was amazing, the cut was everything, but my favorite part was the education I received from Arlene on how to properly care for my curly hair. She encouraged me to record her talking and showing me the right steps so I could remember what I was doing when I went home. Genius! I just got home from my two week follow-up, its part of the experience of the Ouidad cut, and Arlene answered any questions that had come up in the past two weeks doing my hair on my own. Again, she was so helpful and knowledgable with dealing with curly hair. I highly recommend this salon and Arlene for girls wanting to know how to tame their curly mane.

    We enjoy this salon. The hairstylists are curl masters and I don’t really trust anyone else to cut my son’s very curly hair. His stylist, Courtenay was extremely patient with him, which is admirable because he is four, and it’s extremely difficult to cut a kids’ hair when they’re that squirmy. My stylist Michelle always listens to me and gives me exactly what I am looking for even, if I don’t know myself. Highly recommendthis salon.

    Great, friendly atmosphere and quality stylists! Ive been looking for a stylist to do my fashion colors for a while. Finally, I found Sam! Shes a skilled stylist that really tries to give you what you want. I have crazy hair ideas, and she works with them all, and if you want a color the salon carry, she can work with you. Ive been very happy with my results. Highly recommend this salon.

    This place is amazing! I had a great first experience going with my mom for our hair cuts. I have super curly hair and picked the salon due to the curly expertise provided by the stylists. They did not disappoint! I had Ally and she was great at re-shaping my hair since it hadn’t been shaped in a while. Sam did my mom and hers came out great. Over all the experience was amazing and I will be going back to this salon from now on!

    Im very happy someone recommended me to this chill salon. It had a good vibe and from what I noticed, customers were leaving w/ a big smile on their faces. Samantha really took her time in explaining how to revive my curls again. She cut and nourished my hair w/ lots of TLC - I like that! Ladies, if youre looking to give your curls a jump-start, come here!     Im proud to say this has been my salon for over 20 years. This is a friendly salon where everyone knows your name. Youll never feel like a stranger, and an appointment here feels more like a date with friends. The stylists keep up to date on current trends and take time to listen to you. My hair looks great when I walk out and my return appointment is always booked in advance.

    I have been going bi-weekly here for over well over a year. There is not one person in there I would not trust with my hair but I make my appointments with Michelle. My daughter who has curly hair has also received haircuts there and Sam does her styling for her(which my daughter is always excited about). It is a great place, everyone there is super friendly and I would not ever go elsewhere :)

    I have been seeing Sterling here for a while and she always does a quality job with my thick/curly hair with trims. But today she blew me away. I took my 4-year-old daughter to her for her first haircut and the water works started (even after prepping her as best I can - parent life!). Sterling was awesome! She stayed calm, grabbed a mannequin head and brush and showed her how this won’t hurt, had me hold my daughter on my lap with us both caped and with some PBS kids TV magic things went well. Sterling was super caring but also professional and the cut was beautiful. My daughter went from sobbing to smiling in a few minutes; again she handled it like an expert with empathy. I highly recommend this salon and esp. Sterling for your family’s hair care needs. Thank you, Sterling!!! I will always appreciate your kindness and professionalism today.

    This salon is such an amazing salon to go to. I never thought i’d trust a salon with my hair. I got highlights and a layered cut here in 2020 and came back now in 2022 and I got the hair dresser Allie both times and I love her work so much!! She made me feel confident again. I did a dark color on my hair and it looks fabulous. Her energy is so amazing, she is super understanding and gives you the results you’re picturing! Thank you for the amazing experience again.

    Salon Ciseaux is a lovely, warm and inviting salon. Location is super convenient for Winter Park locals, but even more convenient if you drive a distance, since its one block from I-4.I was in for a curly cut and was the first time ive had my hair cut dry. Cathy did an amazing job and her assistant was great too. They both took time explaining the techniques applied and provided helpful tips for styling. Everyone in the salon is curly hair certified so schedule with confidence. They are specialized in curly hair but cut all hair types and textures, in addition to offering a wide range of spa services.

    I was so thrilled to find this salon in 2016, because they celebrate curly hair. I moved away from Orlando and then returned several years later and resumed going to Salon Ciseaux! My go-to stylist is Sterling who does a great job with color and cut for my very curly hair. She listens to what I need and consistently does a great job. Sterling and other stylists wear their hair natural and give clients like me confidence to do the same. The salon sells quality curly hair products too, from brands like Ouidad and Design Essentials.

    I’ve been going to Cathy for years, and she and her team have always done a wonderful job with my curls, specifically with the Ouidad cut!! She and her team are lovely people who are incredibly knowledgeable about curls and how to keep them healthy and beautiful, and they also have a great selection of products. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my high-maintenance curls!!

    My spot for the most professional mani- pedicure in town! Elise is the quintessential manicurist. She puts the health of the nail beds and overall condition of the nails first. The result is sheer perfection. Plus we have nice girl time talk that’s mutually supportive. She is a kind soul with passion for her craft and customer service.

    Ive been coming here since November 2017. I get my hair done with Allie every 4 to 6 weeks depending on my schedule. She is absolutely fabulous! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does a great job on my curly locks. Ill probably never let anyone else touch my hair.

    Best salon experience ever! Arlene was my stylist and gave me a deva cut. I am beyond happy with the results! She had so much knowledge about how to manage my long curly hair. I am so impressed!     My first visit at Salon Ciseaux was yesterday and I have to say I was impressed! My normal salon was booked until September, so I surfed the web for a new place and came across this one. When showing up to my appointment I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome, which eased my nerves. The salon itself is beautiful, and extremely clean which is important. My stylist Nataly was amazing, and I highly recommend her! I could tell that she was passionate about her job, and she is extremely good at it as well. She was easygoing and kind, yet thorough in her work. Needless to say, I left the salon loving my new do and I will definitely be back!

    Amazing curly hair salon! Ali cut and styled my hair not rushing, very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. I got the ouidad cut my first visit then went back 2 weeks later for a free follow and ended up getting color and my shorter with bangs which came out so amazing! Prices are pretty decent for the great work they do, definitely found my new spot to get a great curly hair cut without breaking the bank

    I went to Arlene for the first time about a month ago, and have been very happy since with the cut/shape she gave my hair and her product recommendations. She really took the time to explain what I need to do in order to keep my hair healthy, was patient when I asked her questions, and is very talented/experienced. If youre a curly girl she will get you right in every aspect of your hairs health! Also, I went to Ally to get my hair straightened, and she did an amazing job by getting it straight but also using minimal heat, so that my hair wont break and itll keep its natural curl pattern.

    I saw Arlene for the first time yesterday, and I also had my first Deva cut too! I was so impressed with all the knowledge about curly hair at the salon. Not to mention, that I didnt have to cut my hair when I got home because my stylist actually knew how to cut my hair properly! Amazing service and staff!     Allie really listened to my concern. I wanted to keep as much length of my hair as possible but I did need a trim. She did a wonderful job of not cutting off too much. She explained about the products she used on my hair and gave me some tips on how to use them and how to style. My hair actually looks a bit longer after my trim than before. 😁

    A wonderful experience!Arlene is the best at what she does. I went for my first appointment on June 18, 2016. I am a kinky-curly woman and visited the salon as a recommendation from a coworker.I received a Ouidad cut and Ouidad Curl Immersion products were used. My hair had a total transformation - went from dry and hard to moisturized and soft. Arlene is awesome at what she does! The junior stylist who shampooed my hair was just as great and provided great insight about my hair as well.I will definitely be going back for another hair service!

    I have gotten my hair done here twice already, and was really happy with the knowledge from the stylists on curly hair and how to best manage it. I was never taught how to work with my curly hair and its really refreshing to have found a salon that specializes in curls, it’s helping me embrace them vs constantly fight them! My first color/cut was with Nataly, and she was awesome! My second appt was for a color touch up before my wedding, I booked online and was put with Michelle, who also did a great job. I like being able to book online, & choose whoever’s available since it seems you can’t go wrong with any of the stylists here. Just booked my next appt! If you have curly hair, I def recommend trying them out!

    A-L-L-I-E is the bomb.com. I was so nervous about the recent cut I had and I was upset when I came to the salon about how my hair turned out with the previous stylist. Allie LISTENED. She cared for my hair, taught me how to do it myself, took a video for my personal knowledge, and considering that I live in a different state, I thank GOD she was available that afternoon!!!!!!     I have been going to Salon Ciseaux and specifically Rae for a few months now and I am beyond pleased with the service I get from her. Upon entering, Im always greeted by friendly front-desk staff and always offered something to drink. Rae came recommended and I am so pleased with her techniques, knowledge, creativity and overall work and work ethic. She is very friendly and personable and aside from my hair, I enjoy her as a person, which ranks just as high as the quality of the work for me. What I love best is her care for my hair. She is up to date with all of the latest trends and products and I have learned so much in the few months I have been going to her...I couldnt be more happy with the condition of my hair, which has become so much more healthier since going to her. Shes creative in her ability to give me the style that I want, while offering products and services that fits the overall goal I have for my hair. Shes honest and answered so many of my questions I had regarding a new technique I was getting done. Because of her knowledge and confidence, I ventured into something new and couldnt be more happy with the outcome! She is awesome in her craft!

    Arlene is amazing! I have long, curly, thick and slightly coarse hair and have always battled with trying to tame it. I received a Ouidad haircut and curly style.     I have finally found my salon! As a “Curly Sue”, I’ve always struggled with my haircut… But a couple of weeks ago I went in for the first time, and Natalie did wonders for my hair. I can’t remember the last time I loved my hair so much. A week after the appointment, Sterling gave me a follow up call… And now I really know that this place is doing it ALL right. My only complaint is that my hair grows kind of slow and I have to wait another three months to go back!

    I never been one who stays with a stylist more than twice, but I have been with Arlene now for over a year. I love the staff they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I came to them over a year ago with severely damaged red hair that my last stylist gave me when I specifically said I want to be blonde. Arlene, has made me the blonde I want to be and my hair has never been as healthy as it is today.I always look forward to my hair appointments. :)

    I started coming here years ago after a woman I knew always showed up with fabulous hair. She gave me Cathys name, and I have been coming here ever since. I know many of her clients (some of whom I referred to her, including my mom and son), and we all love her. I have used a few of the other stylists from time to time. Orla also gives wonderful manicures, pedicures, and facials. I highly recommend Cathy, Orla, and the salon. Be sure to ask about earning points and other offers/deals.

    Salon Ciseaux is THE BEST salon for multi-ethic curly girls( im black and white with multiple curl patterns)!!! Arlene is amazing with my hair ( transforming even the heat damage parts that i caused over months of flar ironing into something presentable ), shell answer all questions you may have to get to the best and healthy curls you can imagine. She also teaches how to properly manage your curls with the Ouidad method and recommend the best products for your hair. Also Natalie was great as well, assisting and making sure I was taken care of.     I live in very rural N.W. PA w/no Ouidad salons in sight, so get my curly hair cuts when visiting family in Wash.DC area a few times a year. Ive been satisfied but not thrilled. On a multi-stop vacation, running away from the horrid Northeast winter, I recently found myself lying on a Hawaii beach, with wild unruly curls whipping around my face and decided I needed to do SOMETHING to calm them down. Next stop was Winter Park, FL , so I researched Ouidad salons in that area, and found Salon Ciseaux. Upon touching down, --on a whim-- called short notice and lucked-out, landing an appt. w/Arlene.
