Today I visited this medspa as a first time customer and it did not disappoint. I had an appointment for a deluxe hydrafacial as I am trying to get back on track with ongoing care. The red carpet was rolled out. The receptionists were so kind and welcoming and the waiting room, although simple, is very well kept and comfortable. I was given a full consultation at the start of my appointment and was able to ask all the questions I had without feeling rushed. I was given recommended treatment options to fulfill my short and long term goals, literature to review, and services to consider. This truly has the ability to be a one stop shop. Prior to finding this location, I was driving to Tampa for treatments and visiting 3-4 different providers. Im grateful to have found my new home for overall health!

Love that spot but stopped to make appointments there b/c they do not work on Sunday but now that is the only one day when I am free.My love is hydrafacial there. Also tried Botox, it was my first time and something was off, had a muscle pain and head aches. Tried laser for bikini but it also was not good for me, discovered it doesn’t work for light hairs.One thing I would suggest to improve is the “suggestive” policy about buying cosmetic. Its too intrusive when you come, they recommend over and over again to buy different cosmetics that they have on their shelves. And this is even after you have already bought cosmetics from them quite recently.

There is ample free parking just a stroll away.The facility is a mix of luxury and comfort . My wait was under 5 min, it was so relaxing that I could have spent the entire morning in the waiting room.The treatment rooms are impeccably clean.I felt my practitioner really listened to me and gave me a variety of options and great advice.The pricing is very competitive and in line with other offices, but the level of customer care and experience are tops!I loved my treatment results and look forward to my next visit.

Amazing customer service. I had called in a few times before even scheduling my 1st appointment because I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right place. The receptionist was very nice, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions in detail. I had my appointment a week ago with Liesje for fillers. She was extremely thorough and took time to figure out exactly what I was wanting before doing anything. She then explained every single thing to me as far as the product and what she was doing step by step. They also do a complementary 2 week follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the treatment. Kelly, the nurse who performed my sclerotherapy, was professional, informative, and thorough and it was obvious that she enjoys her job. I am happy with the service I received with her.However, I was less pleased with the facial I received. Understanding that the facial sessions are timed rather than executed until the job is done, I purchased the deep pore cleansing facial with the hopes that the time allotment I purchased was sufficient. However, I was underwhelmed with the end result. When I expressed surprise that she was done already, as I felt like there was more work necessary for extractions, etc., I was met with a sales pitch to try and get me to buy a laundry list of products.When you go to the salon, you dont want your stylist to set a timer to determine when your cut is complete. You want the job completed. I may return for additional sclerotherapy, but wont purchase any more facial time at this business.

My experience was great. The service left my skin literally glowing. I’ve been to more commercial chains before but hadn’t seen results quite like this. I got the fire and ice facial and I would definitely go back. My only concern is their laser treatment services. After speaking to my esthetician about it because I was interested in that for future but, it doesn’t seem that they have proper lasers for darker skin (anyone with a tan) so I would definitely not use them for those services.

The women in the office are all pleasant and very accommodating when making an appointment. Renee takes the time to get to know you and what you want out of the service.
