    Love, love this practice! At 39 I had never done anything to my face and I didn’t know much about it. I went here completely clueless and I was treated so wonderfully and with care. Alyssa was so gracious with me and talked about all my options and what would be best for my skin. Jenn, the nurse who came highly recommended to me, went above and beyond and made sure I was only getting what I needed. I felt like she cared that I was on a budget and wasn’t trying to dump all the high end products on me, which I so appreciate and I can seewhy she came recommended from my peers. All in all, ladies and gents, this is the place you should be coming! For ALL your beauty needs!

    I love love love this place !!!! A friend from work recommended it. Everybody is so SUPER FRIENDLY in there. I do have dark sun spots and Im getting the BBL laser treatment. Jennifer does such a WONDERFUL job with my treatments and she is soo friendly, caring, professional and thorough. Im also getting laser hair removal treatments as well now.     I visited Winter Park Laser yesterday. The staff was super friendly, the office was beautiful and the front desk team was so nice. They informed me of upcoming specials and events scheduled through the end of the year.     I took my mother, who is a senior citizen to Sophorn for a consult. My mother has somewhat sensitive skin and a minor case of rosacea. Sophorn was very patient with her and displayed a high level of knowledge as she assessed her face. Ultimately she treated my mother to a Diamond Glow facial. My mother loved it! She stated that it even made her face feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

    Being a Guy I was a little apprehensive about having laser hair removal on my back. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do but just felt “UnManly” about the whole process. Set up an appointment with Amanda and after speaking with her I was totally blown away! She explained the process in detail and the results I could expect based on treatment I was receiving!     The staff here has always been warm and kind. Haley & Jen are excellent injectors. They are the best. Both will put you at ease and will not over do it. I get Botox, fillers and IPL here and I’m always happy with the result and the service. They run specials that you can’t pass up, they follow up, they use all points and discounts to get the best price. A friend referred me to WPL at least 10 years ago. Love this place!

    Amazing Results! I can’t say enough about how great this whole experience has been. Both Jennifer and Amanda really took their time and explained everything well. True professionals! People are asking me what did I do!? My skin is tighter and has a noticeably better complexion, eliminating broken capillaries and veins, minimized pores and evened skin tone. They gave me realistic expectations and exceeded them. Very glad I listened to their advice and appreciate their extensive experience in the field. All of the staff has been wonderful too.     Fantastic service! I visited for my first ever treatments and was nervous, but the staff was friendly and went out of their way to explain all the pros and cons to me and why one type of treatment would be better than another. Gary alone spent over an HOUR with me making sure he educated me first so I felt confident in my decisions. I am SO happy with the results. I love the skin care products.     I had my first ever tattoo removal done here. I definitely recommend this place! From the moment you walk in everyone is super friendly, the office is very beautiful and clean feeling.They take you right at your schedule appointments time and Im in and out within 30 minutes or less. They arent overly price (at least for my removal it didnt seem like it) compared to others in the area.I do like the text reminders they send you for you scheduled appointment. Its super helpful for me at least since my job doesnt always allow for me to pick up phone calls.Definitely happy with my results and would go back if I needed too!

    I must say that I drive all the way from Miami to go to winter park laser. They are that good! I always feel so welcomed when I come in. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and answer any questions you might have. I had microneedling done yesterday with Alyssa Z and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back for a second session. I have been going here for a few years and have YET to find a place that’s on their level.     I’m obsessed and addicted to this place! I went there to get a Halo Treatment and OMG the results are priceless! The spa is so clean and professional with probably some of the nicest people you’ve ever met! I had the nurse practitioner Amanda and she was THE BEST!     Love, love, love Winter Park Laser! I just had microblading done with Shanna and she’s amazing! I was so nervous beforehand, but she worked with me to make sure I ended up with exactly the results/shape that I wanted. She was incredibly sweet, bubbly, and professional. She used a numbing cream both before and throughout the treatment, so I barely felt a thing.I’ve also had skin treatments done here by Alyssa. She’s absolutely amazing. If you need more treatments after the 6 treatment package, you will only have to pay a small co-pay. The laser they use is top of the line, and they are top of line medical professionals!     I have been there 2 times, and Angel is an artist with a needle. I have had this same procedure done 3 other places, and every time I walked out bruised, and almost sick from the pain.     Yesterday was my first experience at Winter Park laser (though not my first time getting botox/injectables.) My friend and I both went in for botox.     I will never go anywhere else! It took a while to find this place, so I’ve been to numerous places to get Botox.     Ive been coming here for about a year and a half now for laser hair removal on the face, due to having PCOS and hormonal imbalances. The hair removal has changed my life. My self esteem is so much better now that I no longer have to worry about stares from people seeing a woman with a 5 o clock shadow. My skin feels much less irritated because I no longer need to shave every day!I recently started having my sessions with Jennifer, who is extremely sweet and very compassionate. After a prior laser session my face broke out horribly with large painful cysts, a reaction Id never had before. When I went back I showed pictures to Jennifer and let her know I was nervous that might happen again, especially since I had a wedding to attend the next week. She took every precaution, changing the level of the laser, and helping me with some topicals to apply after the treatment. Their PA Rosy also gave me some advice and told me to call asap if I had any adverse reaction and assured me she would be happy to help me.I just wanted to thank the staff for being so helpful and kind. Laser hair removal on the face is not fun, but caring professionals make it a little easier.As an aside, their pricing for laser hair removal is reasonable and in line with most competitors. The best part is after completely the initial 6 visits, touch-ups are just a fraction of the price, similar to a co-pay.

    I dont know where to begin! Winter Park Laser & Anti-Aging Center (WPL&AAC) is simply amazing! I believe I began my treatments in 2011/2012-ish. At the time they were one of the few businesses who offered tattoo removal. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable during the complimentary consultation - very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Katie is one of the best in her field! During my tattoo removal sessions she would calmly talk me through what she was doing and coach me through the session. (I declined to have the numbing shots). I never would have made it through all the sessions without her support! The first and last person you interact with at WPL&AAC is Candace at the front desk. Candace always has a smile on her face and will take time to explain charges/products/etc. I no longer live in Orlando, however, I still purchase my skincare products from WPL&AAG. There have been multiple times Candace has walked through different product options with me over the phone - she never rushed me or brushed me off as unimportant. She is well versed in all WPL&AAG has to offer. Overall, I would without hesitation recommend Winter Park Laser & Anti-Aging Center to anyone and everyone!

    I recently went to Winter Park Laser and Anti Aging Spa and have nothing but great things to say. First and foremost the medical spa itself is absolutely beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Very inviting with great ambiance. I met with the Aesthetician Vanessa Gonzalez and had a full skin care analysis done. She explained everything very thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about skin care and products. Not to mention her skin was flawless! So anything she recommended for me I was doing. She recommended I do an exfoliating treatment called dermaplane and suggested I purchase the TNS recovery complex which I am now obsessed with.. She also put me on a daily skin care regimen and walked me through the steps I should take daily to achieve the best skin. My dermaplane treatment went great. I was a little scared at first to know it was done with a very fine blade but Vanessa was very gentle and detail oriented, I could not feel a thing and she did not miss any areas on my face! Love her and will definitely be coming back and referring everyone to this medical spa! Looking fwd to booking my Botox treatment!

    This is a very nice place and everyone in the office was extremely nice. I saw Gary for some fillers, I did have to wait a bit to see him but he did a fabulous job and I’ll definitely return for some maintenance.

    Katie was outstanding! I’ve been using someone else for over a year who used 3x the amount of Botox Katie did and the results were no where near as good. I would definitely recommend Katie!!!

    When you first come in they smile they offer you free water. They guide you. They are super professional. Expensive but is Worth it. My hair laser treatment was hot but they gave me product and ice packs

    This office is amazing as is so so friendlyI’m am getting stretch mark removal treatment with Jennifer Swartz’s and the results I’m getting already are unbelievable not to mention she is the most nicest patient person I love her and look forward to visiting the office she is always so sweet and kind I would recommend to everybody I drive an hour and 20 minutes from winter haven just to see her!
