Thoroughly impressed with the ladies at Couture Med Spa. I went to another med spa earlier in the day and they ran out of Botox. What kind of med spa runs out of Botox!? I had driven 45 minutes to get to them so I was extremely disappointed. Couture Med Spa saved the day - I called them up as I was leaving the other office and they were able to see me 20 minutes after. And they charged me their member price, which was only $7.97 per unit! I will definitely be returning.

I first came here to take advantage of their new client special for $7.97/ unit Botox. I now hold their highest membership package. At no point was I ever pressured to purchase a package or anything. They are so accommodating and I have taken advantage of almost all of my membership benefits so far. I am here almost every week if not more. They always have appointments that work with my schedule. They remember me by name and are so friendly. I have gotten so many compliments about how my skin and my lip filler looks. I took advantage of their couture facial that was included in my membership this past week and it was one of the best I have ever gotten. I would recommend this spa to anyone and everyone looking to start or continue their journey into med spa services.

I have nothing but kind words to express my experience as a patient with Couture Med Spa. I will start by stating the results of my treatment so far have been phenomenal. This is not a one-sided opinion because Ive had strangers and friends asked me what have I been doing to my skin. To be fair, I have a good complexion but of course due to aging I have had fine lines and wrinkles. Since I have been treated here, my fine lines and wrinkles have decreased. Secondly, most people assume the treatments are expensive. I let them know this is not the case with memberships. There is always good/high energy, the staff is professional but also personable. For African American patients who are skeptical, do not be afraid, especially at the Winter Park location. Mary, nurse practitioner has been great and she is confident working with dark skin. I have a medium complexion, I used caramel foundation and I have never had any issues. No scarring or burns. The facility is always clean. I will close by writing that highly recommend.

I started my journey with them more than a year ago and could not be happier. Started with empower membership which to me it covers everything I wanted for my body and skin, empower gets me 8 lasers, one facial a b12 shoot and discounted prices for botox and fillers monthly. I have done the hair removal almost everywhere in my body and love my Ipl and fractional for my face. I honestly love how genuine and loving they all are, always working with me in order to get all my member benefits monthly. Mary always listens to my concerns and give me the apropiate feedback. LASER, I do the upper legs area, the procedure takes 1 minute, the quality of the treatment area wants to be better.The girl does not touch the area closer to the bikini area, and the knee is not treated either,although this should be included in this area.3 sessions have passed, all 100% of my hair is in place, nothing has gone away.I give 1 star only because of the friendliness of the girls at the reception.Update!!!!The girls kindly decided to fix the problem and did the full area as it should be, I turned on the chair from side to side for the convenience of the laser technician, and it was wonderful, for the first time they did all the work to 5 plus, just as I wanted. Thank you very much, Im satisfied. I hope it stays that way for future visits.

I had a wonderful experience here! I am a procrastinator and week of my wedding I came to check them out for some Botox before my big day.I was able to walk in, and be taken right away!I must have gotten lucky but I had also searched for a med spa that offered dysport over the regular Botox. And most places I called didn’t offer it, but couture med spa did!I like dysport because it kicks in right away. I’m only 29 and I like that it diminishes wrinkles but in a natural way! Botox for me seems a little bit TOO strong, so I’m as happy they offered a variety!While I was there I saw they offer beauty packages for a month fee and you can use it for facials, Botox, laser hair removal and more!I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new med spa! The prices are great and the staff was super friendly!

It’s a beautiful establishment, but the people make it that much better. Everyone is always so kind and sweet and they really do cheer up my day instantly. I go to Nicki for Botox and Filler and she’s the BEST! She listened to what I was looking for and delivered! The membership gives me discounts off the Botox and filler and also gives me free laser hair removal treatments and facials! It’s really such a great deal and I will never go anywhere else, even if there was a better price out there (doubtful with all the membership perks) the people here are worth their weight in gold. When I first scheduled my appointment over the phone ,Kenedy helped me pick the right time and explained a little bit more about the procedure I requested.The procedure was fast and painless. After my procedure I must’ve called 5 times asking new questions. Once again Kenedy answered all the questions so sweetly and gave me all the info I needed. My results where noticeable pretty quickly after the procedure and I couldn’t have been happier with my results! I’ve already recommended 3 friends and scheduled multiple other treatments! I could honest write something nice about everyone in the office but for the sake of time Id like to highly the exceptional care and customer service of Mary.After getting my lips done for five years now, I inevitability dealt with poorly migrated filler of my upper lip at my last appointment. After sending photos to Mary, she had her office staff call and book me an appointment to get it dissolved at no cost. Although dissolver is never a fun experience; her calm demeaner, kindness, and sense of humor (along with the other ladies assisting me) helped me get through it. I came back two weeks later for filler (again, at no cost), and per usual she and her staff were friendly, energetic, personable, and professional. She is by far one of the best injectors Ive ever had. Her attention to detail and skillful application left me feeling confident and beautiful. I highly recommend her and this facility to anyone within earshot as often as I can.

I started visiting Couture Med Spa approximately five years ago, on my dermatologist advise. I was not sure what I wanted to do. I asked for Diane, my doctor told me to see her only. The minute I met her, she made feel very secure. A very sweet lady who answered to all my questions about her education. Therefore, I have become a member. She and Tiffany are the ladies that I let them give me treatments on my face. Now, I will be having facials and dermabrasion with the other two ladies. That’s all they do. When I go there, I feel at home. Plus I also get a monthly Vitamin B12 shot. I feel very energetic. I truly love Couture Med Spa. I highly recommend this Spa. I am a super happy customer.

I love Conture Med Spa. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The spa is nice and clean. It has a home feel to it. I am currently getting Laser Hair Removal. After my second treatment, I saw results immediately. I come from a Hispanic background so I was definitely excited to see results so quickly. Mary is awesome as well. Ive been receiving laser treatment at CMS Winter Park. The customer service is outstanding. The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable without being overbaring. I accidentally mixed up an appointment time once and they were so kind about it even though I was putting them out. They educate you about their services and products without any pressure to buy, which I like. The facility is nice and clean and they offer complimentary lip balm, pocket mirrors, and mints. Everyone there seems knowledgeable in the procedures they do and explain the before and after care well. The staff ask me about my family when I come in and seem interested in making me feel welcome. All of my appointments have ran on time. They get you started right away and have you out the door and back to your life asap. Its been an overall amazing experience, not to mention my skin looks amazing. Ive watched years of sun damage, red spots, and discoloration literally disappear. I dont wear any makeup now besides mascara, lip gloss, and brow makeup. All the staff is amazing but special shout out to Taylor, Lianna, Angilee, Maryanne, Jenelle, Diane for being incredibly friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this place for two years now. Diane is extremely smart, and works quickly because she knows what shes doing. Not only has she answered any and all questions I had about Botox, she also went out of her way to recommend plastic surgeons by name in and out of area (this was of no benefit to her). Their late policy is set in place for a reason (it protects other people with appointments that would like them to be honored) and furthermore, I have NEVER had a problem calling them and telling them I was running late. The nurses always do a professional job making sure my look is natural and not too over the top. This year Ive started the membership program so I can get Fractional, Ipl, true sculpt and laser hair removal on a regular basis. My results are quick and effective..ive started Fractional on some deep scars on my body, and after only 2 treatments I see HUGE improvement! Scars are a lot lighter, less noticeable and Flat. Very happy with the results! All the girls are friendly knowledge and I just love the Nurse Practitioner at Couture WP her name is Mary! Couture Med Spa is a fantastic opportunity to dive into excellent skin care treatments at an affordable price. I found Couture Med Spa while I was looking researching Botox, I had never tried it before and this came up as an option that was local to me in Orlando. After my first visit I learned about their membership options, which allow for routine maintenance and treatment each month for a large variety of needs. Specifically, IPL and Fractional Lasers are included in the membership. Alternating between these treatments every two weeks will yield radiant, young looking skin. I take advantage of the many solutions provided to me in this package in addition to IPL and Fractional lasering, including Laser Hair Removal and Trusculpting procedures. The membership fee is easily worth the laser hair removal alone, which can be very expensive. The staff is extremely nice, and very helpful when you have any questions. If they do not have an answer when you ask they always make sure to follow up with the nurse on staff. They are very good about making sure they have schedule appointments with you so that you experience the full benefits of the membership. In addition to all of these things, its also just fun going out and taking the time to take care of yourself. You will look and feel better, and take pride in yourself and your daily routines. I recommend this friends all the time.

This office is courteous and efficient. I had TruSculpt done today by Nicole and she was wonderfully friendly. My appointment was on time as usual and the treatments all make a huge difference.

I got my microblading done by Stephanie. All I got to say is that I am obsessed with my eyebrows. From the beginning to end she explained the process and after care, she also answer all my question. She did an amazing job making my eyebrows even. I have a scarf on my left brown that made it look weird, now I dont even see the scarf. She made sure she cover every issue I had with my brows. For my touch up we went darker and took care of everything that needed help. Now my eyebrows are on fleek!!
