Went in for a polish change and manicure. The nail techs are nice and welcoming. The attention to detail in their work is amazing. I tried builder gel for the first time and it looks super natural. My nail tech did a fantastic jobI cracked one of my nails while cleaning 2 days after my manicure, right before a holiday — I called 10 minutes before they closed to see if they could redo my nail and they said yes! My nail tech stayed after closing to fix my nail. She was so sweet about it. She still took her time to make it look perfect again even though they were closed. She also did not even charge me for this. I’m really impressed with their genuine care for their costumers.Happy I found my new nail spot!!

Pros: Great customer service, sweet ladies. Low traffic because the salon is still establishing a client base. 20% off services as of now. I love the way my nails turned out. DND gel Great Smoky Mountain #572.Cons: This discount doesnt actually save you much based on what youd spend with nearby competitors. This leads me to believe that without the discount, this salon may be overpriced. Also, this salon is missing the luxurious ambient that its nearby competitors provide. I did get small cuts around my cuticles from the electric file that now have to heal. The salon is also kept a bit warm.

I love chris and his wife. I was never really a nail person, however the events in my life lead me to there spa and let me tell you. For a person to walk in and not know a thing about nails, Chris got me right!!!! He nailed the shape I thought was best for my hands. 3xplained options to inform me for future. So soft and detailed.And his wife, amazing with with my eye brows. Got them cleaned up and reshaped.I drive two hours to visit thier spa. They understand the customers image and deliver great work. Feels like home when I visit!!!

I really enjoyed my pedicure experience here. I made an appointment ahead of time online which was easy to do. I was instantly greeted and seated upon arrival. Jolie (sp?) was wonderful! She offered me a very delicious cup of coffee and gave me time to decide on my service. I felt very comfortable. Not to mention the salon is clean, inviting, and peaceful. Absolutely give this salon the opportunity to service you. You won’t regret it!

First time visiting this location, and overall great service. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and engaging. I brought a friend with me as well and we ordered exact same service, and his technician seemed to be much more advanced than mine, where he was done almost 20min or more than me. We were running late for our next appointment so I had to go ahead and pay regardless of the fact that she wasnt finished. While I requested for a paint-less manicure, when I asked if they could buff it out at the end, they stated they didnt have a buff. Which felt really odd. Otherwise overall as a newer business I would recommend and support!

Although I live five hours away in Pelham, GA, I always come to Felicia’s Salon 88 to have my hair cut and colored. She is a true professional who listens to her clients and gives them just what they want. I met her while visiting family in Orlando. I wanted to get my granddaughters manicures. She is excellent with children and has become a trusted friend. For me a trip to Felicia is worth the time.

I learned about this salon on Fox 35 News and thought I would give it a try!! SO GLAD I DID!!! The actual owner provided my services (haircut and highlights) and the result was OUTSTANDING!!! Felicia has incredible skills!! My haircut was PRECISION and my hair color was THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD!!! This woman knows her stuff!!! I was also very pleased with her pricing!! Quite frankly after seeing the cut and color I expected a higher price point for such incredible work!! Needless to say I’ll be returning for future services until she retires!!!Don’t walk.....RUN to see this stylist!!! It’s taken 15 years to find someone as GREAT AS HER!!!If you’ve been locked up for months with the COVID19 restrictions and want to “feel and look like a new person” .....go see Felicia!!
