I cant say enough great things about this location and staff. Ive been getting my nails done here for almost two years and theyve never disappointed! Everyone is always so friendly and attentive, they make you feel welcome right away and thats one of the major reasons I keep coming back. Apart from that, there are so many talented and dedicated nail techs here and I havent had a bad experience with any of them. Im pretty complicated and particular when it comes to my nails (view example pictures) but everyone has always been extremely patient and accommodating! I will definitely continue to come here 🤍✨

Ruby (and everyone there) is amazing! This is my favorite nail place, and frankly the only one I ever go to. I normally only do pedicures, but today I went with friends who also wanted to do manicures, so I figured why not. I cannot speak enough to the quality of care and the attention to detail the entire staff provides.Normally, I would take one star off because the parking is so annoying in that area because of the trader Joe’s crowd, but I don’t want their rating to suffer. If you’re looking for excellent service and Lakeside views, definitely make it a point to stop by this nail salon!

My daughter and I went there before Christmas for just a manicure with gel. Everyone on staff was dressed in Christmas pajamas, it was so cute. They were really quick and did a great job. This is literally the best gel ever, Im very pleased with the job they did, we will definitely be returning.

I have been enjoying Blisss services for about a year now. My regular technician is Mai, who really knows her skills! I was introduced to her by 2 friends who also go to her on a regular basis, and they also get pedicures in addition to dip powder nails. The staff are friendly and the salon is clean and bright. They take walk-ins as well as appointments. I highly recommend Bliss.

I have been a customer at Bliss Nail Spa for the past 3 months. The first time I went, Lena was my nail tech for dip and a gel pedicure. She did such a great job and we connected nicely, so she offered to give me her phone number and said I could text her before going in in the future to make an appointment with her. Every time I need to get my nails done, I text her to make an appointment. She responds very quickly and lets me know her availability to meet. She has been great and I’m so happy I found a nail tech I really like and who does a great job on my nails at a nice salon. The salon is clean and decorated very nicely. The furniture is very comfortable and you can enjoy the some beautiful views of Lake Killarney while getting your pedicure. When you walk in you’re greeted within seconds. They have never failed at this, not once in 3 months. I ask for Lena and they quickly go and relay the message that per appointment has arrived. I never have to wait to be seen. I think even without an appointment you wouldn’t have to wait because when I arrive I always see nail techs available, even when the salon looks busy. I also notice that they always have people cleaning up and folding clean towels. The pedicures chairs are clean and they always put the plastic protective cover in the foot bin. Their cleaning protocol looks to be on point which is also important to me. I recommend Bliss Nail Spa in Winter Park and will continue to come here to get my nails done.

I love this place so much I don’t even want to write a review! I want to keep it a secret! I drive an hour because this is my favorite place to get a pedicure. The atmosphere is the best. Gorgeous views with big bay windows overlooking the lake and a tranquil fountain. Sometimes even ducks and baby ducks!! The service is great, they provide complimentary beverages and are so accommodating. I don’t feel pushed or pressured to upgrade. I love the hot stone pedicure. So relaxing and exactly what I needed. Bella was always making sure the pressure was good and I was comfortable. The music is relaxing and the vibe is just different than standard nail places. THE BEST.

This is the most beautiful nail spa, with such positive and relaxing energy that you feel right when you walk in. Its in the same shopping Plaza as Trader Joes in Winter Park.Lena is AMAZING. Lena is my technician and she is the best - careful, fun and professional.The location is ideal for a relaxing pedicure too as it has the best views over Lake Killarney, next door to Shake Shack, adjacent to Trader Joe’s and across the street from the restaurants in Mills. The only negative is that parking can be challenging at peak times.

Best nail techs in WP! My aunts and cousins all come here. Jessica does an amazing job and all the techs are very attentive and really care about giving you the best service! Not to mention the view of the lake while getting a pedicure is so relaxing! They have desk pads that go right over your pedicure chair too, so I can go during my work day and get work done on my laptop. I highly recommend Bliss, right in the heart of winter park!

I have been visiting Bliss Nail Spa for close to a decade. The inside is modern and beautiful and you really cant beat the view when youre having a pedicure! I appreciate that the nail technicians are so attentive to detail and quality.I typically have a dip manicure every 1-2 months and pedicure every 4-6 months. The prices are very reasonable. The only downside is the limited parking availability in the small lot they share with Trader Joes and other businesses. Plan to arrive to your appointment early to find a spot!

The environment is peaceful and the view of the sunset over the lake from the pedi-chairs in the picture windows really takes it over the top! This was my first time at the salon and I will be back! The aesthetics of the salon are amazing and relaxing. The lake view adds to the whole experience. I added on gel polish, which I normally do not get, but it was recommended by the tech, Tracy, who did a great jobs on my nails. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. She even removed some of the air bubbles that are notoriously popping up sometimes after the gel hardens. I highly recommend this salon.

When I came in, a man was there to greet me. I called beforehand to make sure that I did not need an appointment. They answered the phone promptly and got me right in. When I arrived I was the only person there so I got sat immediately. The nail technician was very friendly and had samples of all of the colors so I did not have to search through a ton and waste time. She did not tell me her name so I am not sure what it is.I got the classic pedicure, which meant I got the scrub, lotion, a short massage, hot towel, and nail polish. I picked a bright yellow color that I thought might come out a little streaky upon her first application but in the end it looked great. Their prices are a little bit higher than I am used for a pedicure.The view of the lake and courtyard from the large glass windows up the experience a lot for me. I was not offered anything to drink but I am not sure if they provide that service.I did not have any issues but the only reason why I did not give them all five stars is because almost the entire time I was there, she was speaking to two other girls in a different language. Being the only person there, I felt like an entire conversation was going on around me and I did not understand any of it. I know people joke about going to salons and not understanding their nail technicians but that has not happened to me in years and I did not enjoy it. If that does not bother you, then you have nothing to worry about coming here because they do an amazing job.

Honestly, my review is for one person in general because his service was exceptional. I have never felt so catered to. I came in looking for a modern bridal nail look- like a pinky milky nail- and he didn’t know exactly what to do so he ASKED FOR HELP and then he TRIALED what he thought would work on one of my nails. He then ASKED ME every step of the way if I liked what he was doing. He did one layer of bubble bath, then funny bunny, then another bubble bath and I loved it, but he said he would like to do the pearl powder over top to make it more special so we tried it and it was PERFECT. I really think he went above and beyond. I went with two other girls who did not have the same experience I did, but this man really went above and beyond for me. Thank you!!!

They are located in a prime and busy location so maybe it would be best to make an appointment ahead of time. They offer walk in services so there may be a little wait but it is worth it. The view is also amazing. I can definitely recommend Duke he finesse my full set, with about or over 20 years doing nails I will see him again for my fill in. My acrylic is set very nicely, it is not thick at all and looks very natural. Also John does an amazing job! I have not seen anyone else as of yet. There are no seat dividers or those plexi glasses in between yourself and the technician. They do not require temp checks. Its clean and vibes are really nice there. They will also offer water 💧

I highly recommend this place. I was getting married and wanted to find a place that would accommodate my big bridal party for my bachelorette party. Bliss Nail Spa was wonderful. They blocked off a whole section of the store for us that overlooked the lake. They let us bring our own beverages which was great for a party. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to all my guests there. The salon its self was beautiful and very clean. And my nails are beautiful. Ive had them done for about 3 weeks now and are still going strong. I am beyond happy with how everything came out and I will be a returning costumer for future visits. Don’t get service from Lena, she is very unprofessional. she gets offended & is dismissive if you give her preference/suggestions on how you want your nails. she will intentionally do things to make sure your experience is bad, like twisting/pinching your fingers aggressively, punches your legs as part of a “pedicure message”, skips steps; half does her job. other people notice her odd behavior, and i thankfully got free service without asking as compensation. so if you want a good experience don’t go to her. everyone else there does a pretty good job and the place is nice.

I want to begin by stating no business is perfect and I am referencing the prior horrible reviews of this nail salon. I am sure we all have opinions and experiences with nail salons especially as women since we have difficulty finding the right one. In my opinion and from my experience of this salon I can’t say anything bad about it. Not one thing. The salon is very clean and it shows that it is well taken care of. If you notice the staff, everyone is very nice to each other and borrow each other’s tools. Every single check that I have in my mind for a nail salon, they marked. Asked if everything was too hot or cold (the water or the towel for your pedi). Asked if I wanted a refreshment. And while doing my mani, after every single step the nail technician asked if I liked them or if I’m happy. I know women are picky about nails, believe me I am one. But you would be surprised what just a genuine please and thank you as a customer can get you. Thank you. I will be back.
