    Maria is wonderful!!!! I’m a barista and was concerned about what route to take as far as longevity and making a set worthwhile. She advised me on acrylics and then proceeded to fashion me a gorgeous set of nails! Generally I’m pretty picky, and I left super satisfied!She’s very kind, attentive, and communicative. If you’re unsure of who to book with, Maria is a fabulous option!

    I have been going to The Nail Vault for the last 2.5 years and have always had the best experience. Jesse is very attentive to detail, and always is down to try out new designs I find. The nails always last 3-4 weeks as expected (sometimes longer) and I always receive compliments. No matter where I go, I cannot think of ever going to a different salon. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would!

    This is the best nail salon in Orlando! My nails look beautiful and have stayed super healthy under their care. There isn’t a single design I have brought that they weren’t able to recreate for me! Jesse, Sylvia, and Jesel do such great work and are so friendly. I look forward to all of my appointments, and the prices are super reasonable especially for fills. This is a local family owned business and you can feel it while you are there. They also have a beauty bar next door where you can get lash extensions and other services and the girls who come to get their nails done after going look amazing! I can’t recommend this salon enough especially with how difficult it can be to find someone you trust and want to come back to. Jesse has done all of my designs and he is knowledgeable and super talented, he delivers above expectations every time. If you are looking for a salon look no further and make an appointment here :)

    I love Maria. She is a queen. Ive been seeing her at Nail Vault for a few months now, and this woman has changed my life. I came to her with crusty, nubby nails (Im a bartender so my nails were always breaking), and a few months later she has turned my nubbs into beautiful, elegant claws (via builder jel). Shes also super sweet and I have so much fun talking to her during the appointments. 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️

    I love The Nail Vault! It’s like hanging out with your friends! The personal attention you get is fantastic. I have poly gel nails done every three weeks and never have an issue with broken edges or other breaks. I also get a wonderful pedicure while there. A great salon with fabulous techs!     This review is long overdue but better later than never. I was in town from NYC last month and had the pleasure of visiting The Nail Vault, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.I got a gel mani and regular pedi with Jesel and she was awesome. She made me feel like a valued customer right away. She was meticulous and the massage during the hand and foot treatments was amazing.Also, one thing that stood out to me was the salons cleanliness.I loved the final result – my nails looked flawless and lasted for weeks without chipping. It literally lasted until my next nail appointment.Overall, my experience at The Nail Vault was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend going there. Now I know where to get my nails done whenever Im back down visiting. Cant wait for my next visit!

    Jesse was amazing. I had an ankle injury where my big toe nail fell off and Jesse was able to make my feet look nice again! He was very comforting and trusting with cleaning and polishing my big toe nail that is still growing back. It was my first time getting a pedicure here and in general two months after my injury. I’d def come again!

    Nail Vault is the best nail salon in town. My nails always look amazing when I leave and everyone in the salon is super friendly. Great thing is if your nail tech is booked you can see one of the other two because they are all equally excellent. Jesel, Sylvia, and Jesse are awesome!

    The women at The Nail Vault are awesome! The suite is set up so nicely and provides a relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect place to just chill and get away from the crazy of work and school.     I usually get the intense healing pedicure with Jesse. If you need some self care this is your place! Conversation in the shop with everyone is always a vibe. The drill used to remove the polish is sensitive nothing scary here. There are so many great color choices for polish. They even have chrome powder if you want to get into an aesthetic. My feet always feel so rejuvenated and soft afterwards. It also doesn’t hurt my feet are prettier to look at 😂😃 after the service. You can’t go wrong at the Nail Vault it’s a great experience.     I love the nail vault. Is clean , professional, the staff is very friendly. My manis and pedis are done by Sylvia and she is amazing. I do gel and they last me a long time. Good products. She is super nice.The facials and massages are done by Paddu and she is great. Her products are natural and she is professional, caring, very sweet.I really recommend this place. 100 stars..

    I have been going to The Nail Vault for quite some time. LaShon is professional and more importantly shes very talented. I have visited many salons over the years….this is by far the best my nails have ever looked. I have never had my nails lift, break or peel back. My gel stays in place for 3 weeks and in my field, I wash my hands several times a day. Her skills are unmatched by anyone that I have experienced. I feel lucky that I found her.

    This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! SIX WEEKS after getting it done - my polish is still perfect, the clear coat is still on, and nothing is chipped! And Ive been in the pool multiple times and spend most of my time barefoot. My nail tech was super quick (like it took half the time of any pedicure Ive ever had) and everything was clean!

    Silvia is amazing! She is quick, yet very detailed and thorough. We first met when she was working near my home and was referred to me by a friend. Although briefly loosing touch when she moved to Winter Park, I always manage to find my way back to her! Her salon is always clean, neat and professional . She is by far my favorite nail technician!     LaShon is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been getting gel manicures from her since early December and they have lasted for at least 3 weeks every time. If I ever get a crack or break my nail, she’s quick to respond and fits me in to fix it (but that’s only happened twice, speaks to the quality of the gel). I also hate having my feet touched, but she does the most wonderful pedicures! I’m always happy with my nails every time I leave.

    Silvia has been doing my nails now for about 4 years. She started out at a place close to my home, so it was very convenient. Then she left and went to Winter Park. I tried several others closer to my home but was never satisfied with my nails. I eventually followed Silvia to Winter Park (all 3 locations). Silvia is the best! She also is not happy unless her customer is happy and goes the extra mile to see that they always are. If she ever moves away or retires from doing nails I dont know what Ill do. I will definitely be lost without her.
