    I’ve tried many nail salons in Winter Park - from the most chic and expensive to the factory in and out salons. New York Nails however, provides by far the most professional, courteous and personal service I’ve ever come across. Jenny, the owner, along with all of her team take their time to listen to their clients, do not rush or push you into paying for an additional service that you do not want or ask for. I’ve been coming here a long time and always leave a very happy and of course relaxed customer! Thank you as always.

    Highly recommend. They are recently under new management. The ladies were kind and caring. My mom and I called 10 minutes ahead and were taken care of right away upon arrival. We both got pedicures. The price is reasonable, the salon is very clean and has a great atmosphere Overall, we had a great experience and will return in the future.

    WONDERFUL place! I am always seen quickly and respectfully and the prices are very reasonable. I usually get a regular pedicure and a dip manicure that are meticulously done and always last 2-3 weeks. The salon is always clean and customers have their own box with tools used only for them. They even do very impressive designs!! Jenny and Amy are always especially great

    New York Nails is a gem of a salon! Jenny and the others always make you feel welcome and leave you feeling great! The ambiance they have created is so peaceful. I always look forward to my appointments with them!Thank you Jenny for creating such a soothing environment!

    Absolutely wonderful salon. The ladies are so attentive and work extra hard to give you just what you ask for, at a fair price. I will never go anywhere else in winter park. Mei did an amazing job on my full set of acrylic nails, not too thin or thick. Just right. Highly recommend for both pedicure and manicure! Thank you New York nails!

    New York Nails is amazing! Me and my daughter have been going there for years! Jenny just took over and the service is even better..warm and welcoming.. the work they do is top notch! They pay great attention to their customers.. you will not be disappointed.. I will never go anywhere else!

    Absolutely adore everyone there! They are great and my nails last AGES. Have yet to find another nail salon that beats their prices. I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love New York nails.

    When I came here, my feet were hideous and unhappy. I walked in unannounced with no appointment and the owner Jenny helped me and my friend right away. Everything was very clean and relaxing and they use new tools on your feet every time. It’s a little awkward as a guy walking into a nail salon, but they made me feel right at home and even gave me a nice cold bottle of water. I will definitely come back! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I had a wonderful experience this evening. I walked in was greeted so nicely. Immediately received my manicure. Price was amazing and the technician was so kind and good at her job. I will definitely go back! Even a shoulder massage while nails were drying.

    The BEST nails in all of the US! I live in Calif. Whenever I get to the Orlando/Winter Park area I always set aside time for Li. Her knowledge, professionalism, artistry and personality make it worthwhile. I saw Li on 12/26 and needed! work….I got a full set of tips and Li suggested I try the dipping powder. It was my first time with this process. She not only made my hands look beautiful, I sit here on 1/20 and all my nails are intact and as beautiful as the day I walked out of the salon! I have tried to convince her to move to Calif. but no luck so I will continue to fly to Florida to see this amazing manicurist. Highly highly highly recommend!

    Fabulous service! The salon was extremely clean and well kept and all of the technicians were super capable! Jenny consistently gives me a wonderful mani pedi and can do great designs! Very reasonably priced and my gel manicure usually lasts 2-3 weeks.

    Very satisfied with NY Nails. I am not a new customer and have always been a fan, but the new updates have knocked my socks off. Pun intended. I would say the name of my favorite but then would never get an appointment with her.I love the fact that I have my own box of tools. I love the care they take to ensure the bowl is clean and safe. And I love feeling like I have new feet for my skillfully applied blue polish!

    Fabulous experience with NY Nails. Brought in my 96 year old father for a pedicure and he LOVED it. My wife and I also absolutely loved the experience. The NY Nails staff is professional, kind, and very good at reflexology too! Two thumbs up for this business!

    I’ve been coming to New York Nails and Jenny for my nails for years. Both my toenails and my fingernails. I always have Jenny do my nails… she’s a delightful woman and real artist especially with my fingernails which are pretty thin….she makes them look beautiful!

    Tracy does a great job when I come in for my dip manicure and gel pedicure! She is very understanding and patient with me when I am indecisive about a color. She pays close attention to all the little details of her work. I came in one time bc I cracked a nail and Tracy was not there so Jenny kindly fit me in to fix it 💓

    Love this place! If you are a regular, you are given (as in free) your own personal manicure/pedicure tools. They are stored on the premises with your name on the box. When you come to the shop, pull out your box, pick a nail color and you are all set! The owners and employees are friendly and make an effort to know your name. The shop is very clean and sanitary. All of this and the prices are very reasonable. I know people who have moved out of the neighborhood and still come back to New York Nails to get their nails done. A+

    Always have them do my nails. Cant really afford to go as often as I should and they are so good that they last 4 weeks. They are all very good technicians.

    Absolutely WONDERFUL place to get service! It is rare that they have spoken to each other in Chinese in front of me, They always take their time, are very friendly and everyone says hello and goodbye as I enter and leave. Yes, the restroom situation leaves a lot to be desired as it is out side the salon and is not always the cleanest but the salon itself is immaculate, clean and the sisters who run the salon and client services really know their nail business! I read the one bad review and I can tell you that person is no longer there. Try New York Nails and you will love it. I suggest making an appointment before you go to get in quicker.
