Dr. Amy is a true healer. She has helped with a variety of concerns ranging from nerve pain, muscle pain, stress, and various health conditions such as hypertension. My initial idea of what acupuncture is “oh, it’s going to only be lots of needles.” But it’s so much more with Amy- who offers a wealth of knowledge and treatment for muscle pain, nerve pain, functional recovery, and the immune system. She is truly invested in my wellbeing and is honest, relatable, and very detail oriented. I highly recommend her. Acupuncture has been life changing - especially with her!

I had the privilege of getting to know Amy, not through her practice but through travel. I play field hockey and was having some diaphragm and back issues. While on the road Amy had just the right amount of equipment and a world full of knowledge to unlock my diaphragm through breathing techniques and massages as well as release the tension in my back, even though she was traveling with minimal equipment. Miracle worker would be an understatement I wish I lived in Florida and close to her practice so I would be able to utilize her more often.

Amy was a life saver for my son after a serious sports accident. She collaborated with a trusted therapist in another state to make sure his PT wasnt making him worse and worked hard to get him back in time for his next competition. Amy even made sure everything my son was eating was helping him reach his goal of a quick recovery -- without her, it would have been impossible. She sees the whole picture and makes it happen. Plus, she is incredibly delightful to work with.

Amy is a passionate and highly skilled health professional. She is more than an acupuncturist. Through her wholistic view of the human body and many modalities in her tool box she knows / feels spot on what to draw on at what time. She is highly intuitive, yet realistic in her suggestions. Any time I see her I know she not just has my best interest in mind but also I will feel rejuvenated leaving her office. I call her treatments bliss treatments :). She is a highly conscious practitioner and a passionate learner. She deeply cares to educate herself with the most up-to-date research. Amy walks the talk! She is the best! Highly recommend!

Hands down, Amy is the most knowledgeable holistic practitioner of health. She has helped my husband and I for a number of years and we wouldn’t trust our health to just anyone. Her vast knowledge and caring bedside manner has helped us get through some difficult health issues where a multitude of medical specialists have failed us. I’ve been to Amy for the trifecta- cosmetic acupuncture, Chek and regular acupuncture and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Before doing Chek and acupuncture I was leaving so much potential on the table. My fitness was limited by pain, now I can lift more run longer/faster. I also love the value of getting cosmetic acupuncture which always includes regular acupuncture for my body all in 1 hour! I am incredibly grateful for Amy, she has helped me tremendously physically, emotionally and mentally. Her knowledge is extensive but more importantly she cares about YOU. Amy is the absolute best! I have been seeing Amy for close to 5 years, and can’t say enough great things about her. I used to see her in her St. Pete office, but will now often drive to Winter Park- because she is so worth it. She has helped with everything from general health to reducing inflammation post-traumatic injury. My overall health has improved so much since going to see Amy. I can’t recommend her enough.
