I absolutely LOVE the cryotherapy! I feel immediate pain relief each time I have a session. I always feel energetic afterwards as well. Occasionally I do the compressions which helps significantly with the blood flow. I have tried all of the Core services and have 0 complaints about any of them. And also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and safe with whatever service you check to get. Im highly recommend this place!!

This specific location of Restore is absolutely superb!! They go above and beyond in the small details! and everything is super clean!! It’s apparent they care about the maintenance of their machines, which is important when many members are utilizing them and depending on them to function without flaw. The massage chairs and view is top notch! The staff is wonderful on all levels. Thank you so so much to the employees here for making each visit the highlight of my day! I always leave feeling relaxed and restored.

I had a rejuvenating time at Restore, and did a series of 4 treatments. The compression legs were so relaxing and the red light was calming. But my favorite was the Cryo chamber followed by the Sauna. I felt SO GOOD. The staff was professional and helpful and the space was clean and welcoming. I recommend everyone try it out and see for yourself!

The Winter Park staff was amazing. They got my son in right away for a compression session. Super friendly and allowed me to sit in an automatic massage chair while he did his session, bonus for me!!! This was our 1st visit but we felt like we were regulars because of the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location. The price for the session was super reasonable, I honestly thought it was going to cost more based on how nice it is on the inside.Thank you Restore Hyper Wellness Winter Park!!!

I am so glad I stopped by after my Trader Joes run. Ashley saw us reading the details of what they offered and took the time to welcome us in and explain how it works and what specials they were running.Everyone is nice, friendly, attentive, caring and happy to answer any questions about each treatment. You feel like you are getting into a spa like ambiance because it is relaxing, open, clean, modern and everyone is there to take care of their health.I tried the compression and the red light therapy and both are awesome! The red light therapy feels like you are getting a nice warm hug 🫂 plus all the benefits it brings!I need to visit Ashley for a facial soon, so that is in my pending list.Thank you for the awesome experience!

I’ve been coming for full body cryotherapy treatments and had a wonderful experience here! Top tier VIP treatment. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a friendly way. I actually got frostbite from a different place due to insufficient protective clothing. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. The machine is so customizable with different times and intensity levels. You can play any song you want in there to make it fun and pass by quickly. There’s room for you to walk around during the session and there’s a countdown clock visible so you can keep track of time. I literally love it! Such an enjoyable experience and much better quality than other places I’ve gone.

Loved my Red light therapy and cryotherapy experience today. Everything was explained clearly and ran smoothly. I was a little hesitant about the cryotherapy but I did it and glad I did. Some of my joint pain from tennis and orange theory diminished. It’s a dry cold if that makes any sense. It never felt frosty just cold. Much better than an ice bath. Definitely would do both again

I had great experience cryotherapy . It relieved my back and sciatica pain by more than half. I’ve notice my sleep and recovery from the gym have been much better since I’ve started . The staff members are great very helpful and knowledgeable on there services . I would recommend this to anyone who is active , experiencing pain or lack of sleep . There are many other benefits but these are the most beneficial for me .

I am a new member of Restore at Winter Park, having had about 4 sessions of cryotherapy. I am totally hooked on this treatment! After trying it the first time (somewhat apprehensively), I now feel so happy that I took the chance to try this therapy. I feel incredibly re-energized afterwards, and my workout pains just disappear into the icy cold air. I run about 50 miles a week (sometimes more) and so my legs and lower back can get quite sore. This is the best non-medical solution for muscle pain that I have found to date. I am going to sample some of the other offerings very soon too. The people who work at Restore are super friendly and professional. They walk you through every step of the way and I felt totally taken care of. Highly recommend Restore!!!

I absolutely love going to Restore Hyper Wellness each week. I started going from a deal I saw on Facebook and after my first cryotherapy session I was hooked. The staff are very friendly and personable and are not pushy to force you into buying anything. Also like that they have monthly deals and they have the best prices for intramusculae shots...seriously the cheapest you can find anywhere!Ive tried the infrared sauna and compression therapies and these are great services too. Feel like a million bucks when I walk out!You should give it a try and treat yourself to awesome self-care!!! You wont regret it!

Allison, in particular, went above and beyond to make my first visit exceptional.I decided to try Cryotherapy and Leg Compressions, and Allison guided me through the entire process with expertise and was happy to be there for my first time. She explained the benefits of both treatments and made it her top priority that I was comfortable and well-informed through the whole process.The Cryotherapy session was mind blowing, and the Leg Compressions were a true game-changer for my recovery since I hit legs hard that weekend. Allisons knowledge and professionalism made the experience even better. I went in with a medical emergency, completely dehydrated due to prior illness. Dried chap lips, unable to make my own saliva, eyes burning. The RN IV rep gave me her expertise and recommendations based on my symptoms. Got the Cadillac of IVs. After 30mins of service, fluid felt like it rushed back through my body and I was no longer the host from Tales From The Crypt.Rep was non judgmental, friendly, constant check-ups on my care. I felt renewed.The staff overall is helpful. Environment is clean, even to my standards as a person who has worked in hospitality/resorts/VIP services for 12yrs. The location is a bit tricky for parking, so plan accordingly.Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you !

I found this place looking for an infrared sauna. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had..a private sauna where you can undress as much or as little as you want AND a shower at the facility so you don’t have to go home all grimey. I’ve been coming to Restore Hyper Wellness in Winter Park for two months. I have a rare neuromuscular disease that causes swollen ankles and numbness in my fingers. Since doing compression 2-3 times per week, my ankles are looking much better. Since doing the cryotherapy and red light therapy, my fingers no longer get numb. I also have done IV drops and IM shots. I think these have helped rev up my metabolism, as I’ve also lost about 6 pounds. I had a cryo facial over the weekend and it was amazing. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I see them 2-3 times a week-much more than seeing my friends. First of all I have to say the parking lot to get to Restore is almost like living a scene from the Hunger Games series. It is not a great experience trying to find a parking space here at least not during afternoon hours. When walking to Restore everyone here seems friendly and passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals to restore health and stop the aging process as much as possible. I been looking for a place like this for the past 5 years as I am always researching everything out there to restore health. Very interested with combining Red light therapy with MHBOT to accelerate the healing process beyond natural means. To everyone looking for a place like this I highly recommend this place and the staff for their outstanding dedication for this and helping people like me. It would be perfect if they could offer The Rasha Technology in the future with also donating Whole blood.
