Cassie did a great job on my curly, crazy hair. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I recommend you use the APP to get your place in line. I also had a $10.99 coupon and felt like I hit the jackpot because I have paid $50 for a cut that wasn’t any where near what Cassie did with my hair today. 😊👍

I love the advanced check in so not much wait.. stylist was very caring and kind to my situation and gave me what I was looking for... If I needed something shorter or done more she had no problems in doing so... Thats big in my book.... Great job...❤️🥰

They took me in last minute and they were super nice. Welcoming and comfortable environment. They recommended me a new shampoo and got out some knots i was having difficulties with, judgmental free. Price for haircut and shampoo was really good, i paid $50 (before too) for my haircut and both shampoo and conditioner. I really recommend this store. ❤️

Great clips has a floating Hair stylist named Laurie Hill (Griffith) My wife and I follow her all through out central Florida. Yes she is that good. the customer service is one of the main reason we follow her, and the hair cuts are AWESOME. We highly recommend her thank you so much Laurie for making us look beautiful.

Ive had many great haircuts from this place. Especially for what it is in regards to thier business model of get em in get out in 10 minutes or less Ive always had great people that listened, took thier time, talked to me to let me know that they understood how my hair works, etc. BUT this past weekend thier area manager was cutting hair- she didnt let me talk, didnt listen when I said longer in the front/shorter in the back, acted like she looked at the picture I showed her but clearly didnt, didnt listen when she suggested that we only take about an inch off the back and I said no yr gonna have to take more than that for the front to be at the length that Im showing you, didnt listen when I said that I usually have to have thinning shears or my hair gets too fluffy. The only thing that she listened to was when I said please dont do that thing where you stack my hair in the back and make me look like a mushroom head. My hair is now shorter in the front, longer in the back and I have a fluffy puppy eared mullet. There is a reason that this person is in management and needs to not pretend that she can cut hair at a level that people want to pay for. Ive literally done a better job myself and I know nothing about cutting hair.

I have been going to Tracy for over 10 yrs and travel over 30 miles each month because of her skills and professional service.She always greets her customers with a smile and greets many regulars like me by name.Her saloon is always clean and organized and her staff are well trained and pleasant.In a very transient business Tracy is the type manager and professional that makes Great Clips stand out above all the rest.

Weve been seeing Tracy for the last few years and never had better service anywhere else! She is awesome & the reason we always come back. However after the Covid 19 reopening, she is no longer there. In fact we dont recognize any of the staff..very disappointing.

I visited the saloñ today and was so happy with my experience. I am handicapped and the gals there made sure I was comfortable at all times. My gal gave me a perm and it was the best perm I have ever had. She was respectful at all time and very professional. I will defiantly be a return costomer.Thank you.

I have been going here for 3 years or so and they are always friendly and do a good job. Only one thing I have ever had a problem with and that is when i tried to call to put my name on the list the woman on the phone said she could not add me to the list and i had to use the app/website. I now use the website to add my name to their list. It is a little clunky but gets the job done.

Ive been taking my kids here for years, if you check in through the app there usually isnt a long wait to get started. I always request Darlene! She is very experienced and always makes sure to check with my child to see how they want their hair, even if they always get it the same way, haha. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome, and gives GREAT haircuts! As long as Darlene is at this location, well be here too.
