    I really liked this location. Less busy than Winter Park location and employees are more friendly. I had 3 people ask if I needed help finding anything. Checkout was quick, and online order pickup was a breeze.

    I had an amazing brow waxing experience with Chanel!She was very sweet and friendly, and she listened to exactly what I wanted with my brows! Before starting she showed me the brow shape outline she had made first to make sure it was what I wanted. Chanel made the whole process easy going with how engaged she was in conversation, and how soft the actual waxing was. It was the least painful waxing experience, I would say it was a 2/10, I honestly could not believe how perfect they came out because of almost no pain felt with the waxing, i was thinking, “Is she taking any hair off!?!”. Wow, it was truly unbelievable! To top it off, at the end you will get a nice brow conditioner for soothing, making your brows soft instead of sticky from Aloe Vera gels. Chanel is simply amazing and I am excited to book with her at Ulta again!

    This by far is my favorite Ulta! There are special team members that make the experience of shopping wonderful! Paula is fantastic! always kind and helpful, always greets with a smile! … anything you may need she has recommendations! David is masterful with his skills on cutting hair! Alex is an amazing manager always greets with a smile and like Paula gives great recommendations! Anyone can sell but these guys make the experience a great one! ❤️

    This is the first time that me and my wife go to this Ulta location. The customer service was great and specially Paula. She was extremely sweet and thanks to her we managed to find everything that we needed. She also helped us apply for the Ulta credit card for which we got approved almost instantly. We will be coming back to this location next time that we need anything from Ulta.

    Visited this Ulta around 1:30 pm with good parking available. My mom and I were greeted at the door and promptly asked if we needed any assistance finding products. Dama was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to accommodate for my moms hearing impairment as well as matched her perfectly with a concealer. Krista assisted us at the register and made the purchase effortless and personable. The store was very clean and well stocked. I had a great experience at this Ulta.

    I had my hair done on Wednesday by David C! and he did an excellent job! My hair looks so beautiful and so natural. David suggested the style and color and it suits me very well. He has always done a wonderful job! Thank you David! I have gotten so many compliments, and I always say Ill have to tell David my Stylist, he gets the credit!

    Trinity was our consultant and she was fabulous. I havent been keeping up with the makeup trends and knew nothing when I walked in. She walked me thru every step of the way, listened to what type of look I preferred, what routines I would likely follow, and matched my coloring perfectly. She never pushed products on me and kept me within my budget range. Would recommend her any time.

    Salon Manager Rachel is FABULOUS!!!!Store is fully stocked, clean, and fun to browse for your beauty essentials. Book an appointment with the Salon, go to Rachel, she is the colorist extraordinaire!!!! GO ULTA GO!!!!! ;)

    Just like the other Ulta store in Altamonte, this one is very clean and well organized store. The employees are nice and available to answer my question. I purchased a limited edition IT Cosmetics product today and was very happy to receive free gifts, a travel size Superhero mascara and a brush. I will definitely come back to get more great deals.

    This Ulta has great and knowledgeable staff! I went in looking for an exfoliating face scrub. Someone helped me find exactly what I wanted by demonstrating how to use it on the back of my hand. It was nice!Well about a week later I dropped the product and one side shattered. It was a double ended product made of thick heavy glass. I was devastated because it was $70. I went back to the store, explained what happened and they let me exchange it!Ive been coming to this store for a while now and every time I go to this location I get great service and helpful employees! Thank you so much!

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Currently in between makeup shades. Between tanning and spray tans I can never find the right shade of foundation to match my face and body. I was in desperate need of help. Nicole was fantastic!!!! She was so patient and helpful. Took her time to give me recommendations and show me different brands. I have warm neutral and cool tones in my skin so it was no easy task. We finally settled on bobbi brown. I’m so thankful to her and the rest of the friendly staff.

    Sara the stylist did an outstanding job on my hair this weekend. I cant thank her enough. I have been trying to get my hair a certain way for almost a year and within 2 visit with Sara she made it look even better then what I had ask for. She takes the time to listen to you ( and with other stylist you never get that). If you are looking for a up beat free spirit stylist SARA is your Girl.

    Eva at the Tuskawilla location (store 1482)was AMAZING help! I was looking for skincare products to help me and she was so knowledgeable, super sweet and pointed me in all the right directions with everything I needed. Including doing a color match with a Clinique foundation , since I’ve never used this line before. I will definitely be coming back to this location to see her.

    I love getting my hair highlighted, cut and styled by Cheryl K. My husband and I have been going to Cheryl for years. Cheryl always consults with you before your service and she takes her time and gives you her very best. Not only is Cheryl talented but she always has a sunny disposition and is friendly and kind. The salon is always clean and they have a large separate shampoo area which is relaxing!

    Visited the store with my daughter yesterday. There was a young lady there by the name of Cindy. This girl is the sweetest thing ever. She is very nice and knowledgeable. There was also another young lady who helped us. I didn’t catch her name though. This Ulta is a lot further away from us but I will make the drive for amazing service! You don’t see it often these days. So when you do it must be recognized. Kudos to Ulta Tuskawilla for exceptional customer service!!

    Went to the salon to get a haircut with Lesley! Not only was she so cool, welcoming, and amazing, but my hair looked SO UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. I had a pretty drastic change of haircut and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted and I left with a gigantic boost in confidence. Cannot recommend this ulta enough. Staff is so friendly throughout the whole store, even my cashier, Forrest, was extremely nice!

    Love this Ulta!! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! The employees truly embody perfect customer service. If you need makeup help, look for their makeup artist Esteban. He was phenomenal and made me so comfortable! This neighborhood Ulta is the best!

    Got my brows done with Laura they look amazing. Not only did she shape them perfectly but she took the time to teach me how to maintain them. She also taught me make up tips to make them look even better. Will keep coming back. 😁Update: I now use this Ulta for my hair as well and I am so Impressed. I See Danielle who though young is an absolute professional. My hair has never been healthier. She is very nice and definitely cares to give you results that are both healthy and beautiful. Might be a little pricey but its worth it for the level of work and care you get. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Their salon is the cutest salon I have gotten my hair done at. I love the open floor design and the hair wash station is cozy. I got my hair done during their soft opening, and Danielle was fabulous. I will continue to book with Danielle, she has such a creative mind when it come to cuts and colors. Truly an artist who is passionate about her work. She has an eye for what works best with me hair and personality. Two thumbs and 5 stars for Ulta!

    My girlfriend and I were in here the other day and I just wanted to say that we appreciated Haileys time in helping us more than once around the store. She was amazing! Helped us in product knowledge, application and finding us the right shade of foundation. We had a great time browsing and just being out looking at all the new products! I also want to say that our cashier was great too and very patient with checking us out as we had to put a few things back from our cart.     Had my hair bleached and dyed a fantasy color in one sitting and it was absolutely amazing! It turned out exactly how I wanted it and it faded beautifully. Not only was the service perfect, but the salon staff is amazing! Everyone is very friendly, outgoing and they make your experience enjoyable and unforgettable.     I usually avoid getting my hair done at all costs, but I recently got my hair cut by Danielle and she did an amazing job. Exactly what I asked for, super quick and professional and she made sure everything was perfect before I left the salon since I was heading to a wedding that afternoon.     Amy the hair stylist was great all around. Really friendly and super knowledgeable and my cut/blow dry turned out great! The staff at the store was also super professional in that they don’t approach you if you look like you know what you’re doing and when you look somewhat inquisitive or you’re looking for something they come immediately to offer help.     I loved the way my hair turned out. Its been since last March that i cut me hair. I explained to Rachel the length that i wanted my hair to be and what i was ok with being cut off. She gave me the hair cut that i wanted. I am still able to style it the way i want to.My hair looks and feel so much better. It doesnt feel like it is dry no more. The treatment that I get done at Ulta makes my hair feel so good.I used to go to the one in Waterford Lakes. I am now going to be coming to this one since Rachel works here now. She was my stylist at the Waterford Lakes Ulta. It is worth the drive to come here because I dont trust no one else to do my hair.

    I would definitely recommend getting your hair done here! I got a haircut and styling from Danielle and loved it!     I had such a good experience with Sarah (Clinique girl-blonde hair) she was amazing and really spent time with me and helped me find matches for a few foundations I wanted to try. She also gave me samples for skin care, too! She gave me recommendations and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her taking the time with me instead of rushing me. She was so nice.     I just had a cut and accent highlight from Sara who is absolutely fabulous. She was able to color a strip of hair which had previously been dyed red and take it to a silver/lilac color after others had told me they wouldnt attempt it. In addition, she gave me an amazing cut and style. I look and feel beautiful. Highly recommend her services.

    My hair stylists Christy is the best!! When I decided to chop off my hair, a friend recommended me to go to Christy in Ulta in Waterford Lakes to do my hair as she is specialize in short cuts. I was nervous at first but I was so happy with the end result. Since then, Ive been coming to Ulta for 2 years now. Christy moved to the Winter Springs location and I followed her there. The staff in Ulta are super sweet and nice. The place is clean and well kept. I enjoy the atmospher and the warm welcome when I walk in. Christy is super down to earth. She is sweet and accommodating. She makes me feel beautiful and sexy each time she does my hair. I couldnt ask for a better hairstylist!

    Sara Howard is an amazing stylist and an amazing person! Sara has been doing my hair for almost 5 months now and I have been delighted with all of the results. Even though highlighting my whole head takes about two and a half hours, the time flies by because she is so personable and easy to talk to. I look forward to getting my hair done every 6 weeks from Sara. She is a delight and anybody who has her as their hair stylist is very lucky person :-)

    I will drive to this specific Ulta for one reason, Nikkohl. My daughter and I absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nikkohl talks you through what is happening, educates us how to style our hair and care for our hair. She is absolutely one of the most talented stylists I have met in my 52 years. She has given me hair to love again!

    I saw Sara for a balayage, cut and blow dry. She did a fantastic job! I can be very particular when it comes to getting my hair done but Sara completely put me at ease.     Id like to take a few minutes to gush over the single greatest employee Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I brought my Lady in to get a treatment and we were greeted by the lovely miss Kira who gave us a coupon to use on a Facial and my Lady enjoyed the entire experience and we both feel im love with the customer service skills of Miss Kira.     Danielle did the most beautiful balayage on my hair! She even cut my hair to accentuate my curls! Honestly I’ve never loved my hair more than now.     Love the Tuskawilla location in all...I visited salon services and meeting Christie and my stylist Tatyana. Tatyana took her time to listen and prep my color precisely in tone and highlighting. I love my cut color and style and Im definitely returning to see her.     Tatyana was wonderful! I have had a great experience with every stylist I’ve had at ulta winter springs, but I just really loved my hair Tatyana did. She took her time and was detail oriented but was still time efficient. She asked several questions to determine what I was looking for color-wise and from there she got it perfect. On top of everything she is just a lovely/friendly person as are all the stylists I’ve interacted with there. I would recommend her (and ulta salon as a whole) to anybody.

    If I could give this store 10 stars I would! I went looking for a new foundation for acne prone skin because these masks have really beat up my skin beyond belief. Today is my 21st birthday and I wanted to get all dressed up and cute and wear a lil makeup. I wanted to find the right foundation since my other one ran out awhile ago. I asked two ladies for some help and they helped me find my shade and when they found that the shade was out they scoured EVERYWHERE like 3 times to find it. When they couldnt they called another store to hold it for me because there was a $10 off sale on it and they wanted me to be able to get that deal and the foundation. Needless to say, their service is amazing and caring and they go out of their way and above and beyond to help. Thank you guys so much!
