    I had a virtual visit with Crystal and she is just as nice via her virtual visit as I see her on her YouTube channel, she was prompt to the appt I did not have to wait in fact I was two minutes late signing in. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what my hair needs, as I’m sure would be even better if I was sitting in front of her. All in all I enjoyed my virtual appointment with Crystal and hope to be able to visit her salon in person as I can see she really cares about her clients hair health.

    I had great experience at Crystals salon. I arrived early since I flew in and she was able to start my hair early. I love my hair and going forward will be able to get the products she recommended. Great salon experience since I initially had reservations because bad experiences at salons.     I am super skeptical of who I let do my hair because of bad experiences. I am in town for a few weeks and needed my hair done. I found Crystal online and I am happy that I did! I have relaxed hair and was experiencing breakage. She examined my hair before beginning, recommended a treatment, and explained everything she was doing along the way. My hair is 12 weeks post relaxer and you wouldn’t be able to tell after walking out of her shop. My hair looks and feels great. To add to that she is very personable and made this appointment as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to make the appointments with her a routine while I’m here. Glad I found this place, I highly recommend her!

I suffer from traction alopecia and using your Goddess Super Regrowth Serum and Hair Growth and Repair line jump started my hair growth after 2 years of having dormant follicles.     I frequently visited Orlando before moving here permanently so I’ve been following Crystals Instagram for a while looking for stylists to care for my natural hair. As soon as I walked into the shop I knew I made the correct decision to book with Crystal. I got to my appointment about 30 mins early and was able to watch her work on other clients hair. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service she was providing. When it was my turn to sit in the chair she thoroughly discussed the service I booked (I wasn’t sure if it was feasible initially because the way my hair was previously treated) and explained to me the process she was going to take to achieve the color I wanted. Let’s just say my hair came out PERFECT. Everyone has been stopping me and complimenting on the color. I also love how soft and full it looks. Crystal has definitely gotten a permanent client out of me from now on! I couldn’t be more satisfied with her professionalism, personality and service.

    I live in Texas. Watched and learned how I should take care of my hair. I have purchased shampoos, hair care stuff. Love how my hair is very soft after shampooing. I have even taken her supplies to my hairdresser to use. Love how I know the steps my hairdresser should be doing. ( cold water to rinse, etc).Very educational, would love for Crystal to treat my hair.

I must say I love, love the Moist me deep conditioner ! my hair feels silky and soft after the use of the shampoo and conditioner.     I purchased your elt moisture products for my (4c?) mostly grey hair. I have only used it once but I was very impressed. My hair is much more manageable. It gave it life. Been about a month since use but still manageable. The leave in spray is wonderful.

    Ive never been to a salon before to receive a silk press and I was a bit apprehensive because some stylists like to trim off to much of your hair. Crystal was welcoming, gave me the experience of a life time and trimmed my hair to the point of where it still had its length and body! I was very pleased, and I will go to her every time I want a silk press done!

    My hair was a hot mess before trying Elite Hair Care USA products. I take medications for diabetes and hypertension and have taken them for a very long time. My hair was lifeless, lacked luster, was breaking and shedding. I also had dermatitis. Boy, what a change after using the Minty Ale serum for my scalp! I also use the Afri Power and the Hair Repair & Growth systems. I alternate and sometimes cocktail. I will NOT be using any other products on my high porosity, thinned out hair! My hair is now alive and thriving; is growing and a lot stronger AND, I am not itching. Thank you soooooooooo Crystal!

    Once I decided I was done with my weaves looked to YouTube to see if there was something I could do for my hair because it was broken and beaten down! .....I came across Crystal’s Elite Hair Care USA page and was very intrigued. I watched her work MIRACLES on woman with hair that was not so great to start with! But that’s not all, she would give advice and information to her viewers on how to deal with situations like the one she would have in front of her and more!! I could tell Crystal truly cares for the health of her clients hair and I needed to see if she could revive my hair! Even though it was going to take me 1 1/2 to get there I felt it was well worth it given the dedication she puts into her work. I arrived for my appointment looking like Frodo and left looking like Beyoncé (well feeling like Beyoncé)!!! Crystal transformed my extremely thin and heavily damaged hair into a manageable style with bounce and shine without any weave!! I never thought that would be possible!!!!
