I have been looking for a new nail salon! I noticed that a lot of them lately are overpriced, but the nails won’t last that long. But when I came HERE Oh boy, did that change! Not only did they match the picture exactly they made it look better!! The customer service is great from the beginning when you make a reservation down to walking in to have a seat and get pampered. I am 38 years old and it has been one of the best pedicures I have ever experienced. I brought my daughter here for her 18th birthday so we both got services done and when I tell you, she has been getting so many compliments on her nails and to see the smile on her face was so worth it!!! I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you again! See you guys soon 💕

I got my nails done by Jenny Le here and they turned out amazing!! Jenny is so talented and executed the design I wanted perfectly. I’ve had the nails on for over 3 weeks now and they are still strong with no lifting. The shop itself is very pretty and clean and the staff are all really sweet. The owner Q was super nice and friendly! Will come back!

Miss Nina did her thing, I came in today because my old nail salon got new management (Longwood Nails and Spa) and it just wasn’t the same. Miss Nina understood what I was going for. I just wanted to keep my natural nails and shape them almond. She suggested I use builder gel and a top coat of the color I wanted and it came out beautifully. 10/10 experience. I also got a pedicure and it came out amazing too. Total price for both was $90.Update: Mimi did an amazing job on my aura nails she took her time and did everything I wanted! I would highly recommend her for nail designs!!!

Everyone was super responsive and attentive to me during my service. The manager started out my manicure and he asked me many questions about what I was looking for. Once my nail tech was available she finished off my manicure and he came in and checked on me and informed her as well what I was looking for. Nina took her time with my designs and wasn’t scared to start over. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcome instead of looking at you like a dollar sign, come here!

I visited this nail salon on Tuesday for a gel manicure and pedicure. Today is Sunday and the gel polish is already chipped badly on my hands and feet. Wasted over $100.Update: The Manager, Just Q is great.He immediately reached out to rectify the situation. I really appreciate businesses that value customer service and it shows that he cares a lot about the business and the standard.

Update: the second time I went in again it was great customer service. They worked really hard to win me back as a customer. The management is absolutely amazing. My nail artist did a phenomenal job. They really do go above and beyond.The customer service was excellent! The manager was very helpful and tried to squeeze me in on a very busy Saturday and he did. I did not have to wait long at all for a manicure and pedicure. The results were amazing. However, I got cut during the process and it really hurt. This is pictured. A nail broke two days later sadly. However, they were able to fix it for me free of charge. But it took them an hour to fix one nail and the man that fixed it was even more rough and cut my cut even deeper. It was very painful.

18 pedicure chairs!! They are really nice and happy to serve. You can feel that they really appreciate your business. They are a little piece, but you get wine, soda, or water. The place is clean and big. I applaud the owner/manager for asking a lady to turn her phone down. She was very rude and had it on speaker. Nobody comes there to listen to your phone call. They do cost a little bit more but I had the best foot massage and pedicure ever. Worth every penny.

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and will fix your nails if anything happens with them. I get a fill every 4 to 5 weeks bc the acrylics last so long on my hands. I always get my nails done by Jenny & she is great at normal nails and designs. But overall, the staff is great!

Love this nail salon. They are excitingly welcoming and professional. Ive been here several times but this time prompted me to write a review because Ben gave the best massage Ive ever had while getting a pedicure in my life.Their gel polish lasts a solid 4-6 weeks with zero chipping. Their prices are also very reasonable. Nothing but great things to say about Foxie Nail bar.

I am super picky about my nails and want them to always come out perfect. Mimi went so above and beyond to do such an amazing job on my nails. She paid attention to every little detail and I cannot get over just how amazing my nails look. The pedicure was also so perfect! If you have dry skin like me the aloe is perfect and your skin feels so hydrated after. I haven’t loved my nails this much in a long time. I will be coming here from now on! They really exceeded my expectations! I love this salon and it’s so clean with so many nice people. I’m so glad they are local to me and I can go to a nail salon I’m in love with!

The staff was quick to greet me, and I was immediately attended to by Mimi, one of their talented nail artists.Mimi was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I asked if she could replicate a specific nail design I had seen online, and she absolutely nailed it (pun intended)! I have been looking for a nail salon for a minute, I normally do my nails my self and switch between builder gel and gel-x. I want to grow my nails out and do dip, but I’m going on vacation and wanted to be lazy so I decided to treat myself. I got gel-x nails, a step above the regular pedicure and eyebrow wax and tint. I knew going in I would be spending some cash, but they did up sell me on the brow tint. But 100000% worth it I had a somewhat difficult design and I got everything under $200! Nina did great, I will be coming back

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I love it. They’re always so helpful on what nails to get and don’t pressure you to do anything you don’t want to get. I always leave feeling relaxed and nails look great. I recently just got my wedding nails done with Mimi. I did Gelx and Gel pedicure. She wasn’t only conversational and enjoyable but did AMAZING nails. “Kim” was the absolute best nail tech. She was so hospitable and professional. She made me feel comfortable even after a damaged toe nails and weeks worth of not getting a pedicure. Where do I even be getting, this place has superseded my expectations from the moment I set my appointment I knew things were gonna go well. once I arrived I was greeted by smiling faces and kind people that took me immediately for my appointment, I started with a very luxurious pedicure that left me feeling so relaxed, followed by a nice gel manicure as well as I got my eyebrows done and they look amazing and they were so fast and efficient I was out of here in a couple hours but looking like $1 million bucks. Section of colors they had, I was also offered complementary drinks And the atmosphere is amazing I felt very welcome comfortable and looking forward to my next visit. I’ve tried many places in the area and none of them really worked out well for me for various reasons But this one hit the checkpoints And I look forward to bringing my daughter to get services done. Kindness and talent in abundanceI’ve been coming here since Foxie opened a few months ago and I simply can’t say enough about ownership and their team. I am super picky and their standards are by far some of the top you’ll find in Orlando; on top of the fact that they’re always trying to improve and have the talent on their staff to stay on updated with a lot of the social media trends and techniques.NOW FOR LAST NIGHT. Nail fix on the house - I need to preface this saying 1. My tech was having an off night and not feeling well (I do not blame her - we all have bad days & she’s extremely talented) & 2. My appointment ended up going 45min past close trying to figure out how to execute the design I wanted. So it didn’t feel right to ask them to stay later than they already had. Ultimately because we had to choose different colors than what my inspo pic showed, I just *really* did not like how they turned out.I’m 28 and I’ve never in my 12+ yrs of having my nails done gone back because I wasn’t happy. Too much guilt to ask lol. But I decided to call the salon first thing this morning, Q remembered who I was, knew I was a return client and made time for me within 20min, fix on the house. Nobody made me feel out of place or like my request was a burden and I was a being a “Karen.”While I won’t name my normal tech, I will give Jenny a shout out for the fantastic pink French she did as a fix in a pinch this morning! I was in and out within an hour.

I am so happy that I found this gem of a place! Not only is the place a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere , with highly skilled techs, but what makes this a stand-out for me, is the way they have made me feel here since the first day.They truly care about the client and go the extra mile.Q (at the front desk) is such an attentive person and always willing to accommodate you. I had my nails done with Jenny and Nathan and they are both wonderfully talented. I had my pedicure with Van (which was so relaxing) and she is such a sweet and kind woman. You can really tell they love what they do. I have been to plenty of nail salons, but none like Foxie Nails. This is the best, hands down! I will be a client for life.

Customer Service and beyond….While I am on vacation I needed to get my nails done, I looked through salons in the area and based on reviews I opted for Foxie!While I was a walk in they took me right away and I was in and out quickly…While I was not extremely happy with the results of my first manicure, I called and they asked that I return for them to make it right…Just Q and Jenny I cannot say thank you enough for your patience, kindness and amazing work!! Phenomenal customer service I was really impressed because Q the manager introduced himself to me plus his nail tech Nina was extremely amazing OMG. Nina was so professional and very talented too. Nina knew exactly what I wanted too. I had my old tips removed because Im currently growing my nails out. My classic french tips and pedicure was absolutely beautiful plus she added a white flower to both my ring fingers and my two big toes it was absolutely perfect. This new nail bar in the Jamestown plaza you must visit, it is modern, clean and the nail techs are so nice and welcoming. They greet you and offer you soda/water if you get a mani, but if you get a pedi they will offer you wine/mimosas . Andy took care of me and he did exactly what I asked for, he was very nice, detailed and professional, and what I really liked is that he took his time and wasnt rushing or pushing me to buy extra services like other places. I really recommend him.

I never had my nails done before, and I was pretty nervous. The manager and I had a conversation about what I would like and they recommended gel x since I have brittle nails, as well as using nail stickers for designs. Jada was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job, taking the time to help me through the process. As silly as it sounds I was super excited when I saw the extensive collection of stickers! Originally I wanted flowers since it was for my pinning event, but when I saw some cat ones, I was over the moon! It matched really well with the cat eye gel polish (this gel polish is an additional $15), and when another event comes around Ill be coming back!

Amber did a wonderful job! She was very thorough in determining what type of nail product would suit me best as well as the shape/color that i wanted. She made sure that none of the buffing or grinding caused any pain. I will DEFINITELY be going back. Just left my appointment with Lisa, all I can say is amazing! First time customer of this salon, Gel mani pedi 88$. She was quick, efficient, shaped nails beautifully, gentle with the nails, strong with the massage. I could have sat in that chair all day with her massage. The salon is gorgeous, immaculate, all new SNS chairs, staff is very attentive and respectful. Hundreds of colors to choose from, design boards looked amazing. Will definitely treat myself to Lisa’s services again!
