    Susan is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgable about laser hair removal and is great at putting clients to ease. I have only had three treatments so far, and I have already noticed fantastic results. The frequency that I have to shave is way down and it is a breeze. Susan is fun to talk to, but she also doesnt mind if you just want to put in headphones and do your own thing. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is extremely thorough in all the areas she is zapping. I cannot recommend her enough.

    I am so happy I came to Boca Raton Laser! Susan is the best!!Going into laser I was pretty scared..but my first appointment right away Susan made me feel comfortable. She was very professional, kind, and funny!She has a great sense of humor which made coming fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend coming here and going to Susan!You won’t regret it!     Susan is excellent at laser hair removal. She is professional, experienced, her facilities are immaculate, she never runs late and she is hysterical!!! I absolutely love each session and am thrilled with the results. This has been the best decision for making sure I am hair-free and as an unexpected side benefit, the laser has completely evened out and softened my skin. I could not suggest a better place to get this done. Tip: just go for it and do your entire body in one shot. Trust me on this one.

    Susan is an absolute pro, not to mention an amazing person. In 3 sessions my hair was not even growing back.     Susan is wonderful!!! I’ve had two sessions so far with her and noticed results immediately after the first session and even more after the second session. She is extremely professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. Being African American I was concerned about results and how it would affect my skin, Susan went over the process in detailed and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable due to her years of experience dealing with all skin types. I look forward to continuing my sessions with her and the final result. :)

    Working with Susan has been a wonderful experience! After working with two other places prior to meeting Susan, paying and not having any success in getting rid of my unwanted hair on my face, working with Susan has been everything I needed. She took the time to explain to me the different types of lasers and why I was not having success before due to not using the proper lasers. She explained each step with me and is very fairly priced. She answers any and all questions I have. She is very knowledgeable and thorough including having my doctor complete a full blood test. She is very responsive and flexible with times and dates for appointments as well!

    I just started my treatments with Susan this past weekend. I did my research and went to four different consultations, then I spoke with Susan on the phone and knew I wanted to work with her immediately. It was as if I was speaking to an old friend or family member. I believe there is a priceless value added when the person actually performing the treatments is also the business owner. She was honest, direct and informative. She answered all of my questions and was incredibly fair with her pricing - coming in lower than a lot of the corporate places that overcharge and under perform. Although I cant give a testament to my results, I have no doubt that I will achieve the hairless body I am striving for. On a more personal note, it meant a lot that she was an RN and knew way more than your textbook laser removal technician might about hormones and different causes for very high hair production. Susan went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible through the actual lasering process which helped tremendously since I am an incredibly hair woman and knew my appointment would last much longer than her average customer. I cant say enough good things about Susan or detail further why I have had such a great experience. I urge you to call her and I guarantee as soon as she answers the phone you will completely understand what I mean!

    Susan is the best! First of all, she’s extremely knowledgeable about laser hair removal. She’s a nurse with 19 years of laser experience so you know you are in very capable hands. I had amazing results even though I’m not the ideal candidate ( some light hair and freckles) She’s also nice about touch up so you don’t feel nickel and dimed. I’m hair free now but going to Susan for photo facials to get glowing skin for my upcoming wedding! Could not recommend more get the laser you’ll thank me later.

    Would HIGHLY recommend Susan at Boca Raton Laser!! After years of frustration with razor burn and rapid hair growth, I finally decided to invest in laser hair removal in multiple areas. After making several calls, Susan was the ONLY one to give me a detailed description of the laser she uses/how it works, how many sessions I would potentially need, cost incurred, and answered ALL my questions throughly. I have noticed a HUGE difference already and haven’t even completed all 5 sessions that she recommended for my skin/hair type (not everyone will require the same treatment).

    I couldn’t more more satisfied with my experience at Boca Raton Laser.When I first came to Susan she told me that we would be able to get rid of all of the hair in 5 session... I was hesitant because I had heard from many people that it takes around 10-15 session.I was a bit skeptical that I was being over promised but after 5 sessions ALL OF THE HAIR IS GONE!!!I 10/10 recommend working with Susan. She is great at what she does, makes you feel extremely comfortable in the chair, and is hilarious!I honestly miss her now that I’m finished up LOL.Don’t waste your time with cheap groupons, get the job done right here and you’ll save money and time in the long run!

    From the moment I started speaking with and working with Susan on my personal health, I knew I was in the presence of a master and a true professional. She is thorough, methodical and her bedside manner is outstanding. Thus far, she has clearly mapped out the treatment plan and has let me know of any future possibilities for extra treatments and the related costs that go along with it so I can continue to make well-informed choices going forward. She uses leading edge tools and her office is immaculate.I have no reservations in giving her and her clinic a 5-Star rating. I recently read a very nasty and vitriolic post about her and her services on google. I believe that post is a gross misrepresentation of her and her skills/professionalism. Before I chose to settle on this clinic, I read each post carefully and cross-checked the comments with her website. If you have any doubts, do that. It pisses me off to no end that people can make up lies to suit their own shortcomings. Do your own homework and diligence rather than relying on the one or two outliers that are just sour grapes/haters. Susan is fantastic. Simply and honestly.

    Going in for laser can make you feel very self conscious about yourself and body, but after having a wonderful phone convo and then my first session with Susan, I felt so at ease. Susan makes you feel very comfortable, and all your self conscious thoughts go out the window. She’s very easy to talk too and the easy conversation helps as a good distraction! FYI I am a total wimp and I will be the first one to admit it. I got a prescription for the SUPER extra numbing cream and the discomfort from the laser was 1000x better. The best part is she is super fast, and I started seeing results after my very first session! I got laser about 10 years ago and it was a pretty bad painful experience. Susan has completely changed my perspective on laser hair removal, and I’ve truly come to realize that the person DOING the laser is what makes the difference.

    I have to share my very positive laser experience with Susan Greenberg of Boca Raton Laser. After going for 10 laser sessions with a different laser center (using a laser technician at a reputable plastic surgeons office) and seeing little to no results, I was frustrated but still hopeful to achieve good results with laser. At the recommendation of several friends, I eventually went to see Susan for laser. I just completed my 4th session and already see near-perfect results, and feel confident that after I complete my 5th, Ill be all clear! Susan is warm, personable and highly skilled. She gives clear directions to manage discomfort and importantly she manages expectations (e.g, shell be upfront with you if youre likely to not achieve perfect results in 5 sessions due to hormonal or other specific issues). As a bonus, shes also just fun to be around! Her warmth and humor makes an awkward situation much more comfortable, which I think is a big help in the process. Id recommend Susan to any of my family or friends looking for a successful laser experience.

    Best place to get laser hands down! Susan is personable, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. The office is state of the art and so is the equipment. There are so many places to go, but I learned by trying that not all are using legitimate lasers. Susan is an actual Registered Nurse with decades of experience.     This place is unmatched for quality and professionalism. Susan has over18 years experience and it shows. I have been to her several times and the results are amazing compared to other places that lie about the results. Do your research before going anywhere but here., I researched for 2 weeks before making up my mind where to choose. The biggest reason besides her professionalism and experience was the DIFFERENCE IN THE LASER MACHINE ITSELF.. HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE RESULTS.. DONT BE FOOLED.. the other places call it a LASER however its the cheap kind and really DOESNT work., they tell you it will take 5 sessions when in reality it takes over15..     I am almost done with my Brazilian area and I am seeing amazing results!! I get ingrowns a lot, so I tended to see more during the process bc the hairs would remain under the skin and not grow out, but they had gradually went away almost completely at this point with the help of exfoliating and baths. After only the second session I had seen great results. I go every 2 weeks for laser sessions bc of my coarse hair, which I prefer over every 6 weeks which other places do because I am only home for the summer from school and you see results much faster! Susan knows what she’s doing and knows what she’s talking about. I just started the under arm treatment and am expecting the same great results! Reasonable prices as well, you pay a flat fee (varies depending on the area you want done) if needed an extra session she does not charge you! Highly recommend :)
