I had a great experience so far! I just got done with my 5th treatment, I’m doing the Brazilian, and every medical tech I had so far have been professional, patient, kind and informative on my laser hair removal journey. Always giving me knowledgeable answers to my questions, and reminding me of tips and tricks to make my laser hair removal appointments as comfortable as possible. I also like that they offer after 5pm hours so I can go in right after work. The facility is clean and professional. I feel secure and there’s a level of trust there too. I only have 3 more sessions to go and there’s been a significant amount of hair reduction in that area. Can’t wait to complete this journey and be hair free!

Then SHE wipes off the white lines and applies the aloe and cream on the areas that were treated. I am going to miss going to her when I relocate to the Tampa area.

First of all, I responded to a 1/2 off Ultherapy special and your team got right back to me. Then they scheduled a Zoom consult, where Katie took a lot of time answering my questions, explaining the process, and describing the results. Then she showed me some before and after pics. After that, I had even more questions. Katie remained very patient and understanding and responded to all of my questions and concerns. Afterward, she went over areas that youre able to treat, especially regarding the face, as thats my primary concern. She showed me pics, delineating the 3 areas and we discussed further. Then she quoted me pricing on those areas. I then asked her to break it down into upper face, peri-oral, and jaw/cheeks. She was happy to do so for me. She then asked me 3 questions, that may impede my eligibility for Ultherapy and I passed. Katie took 30 mins, at least or more to make sure I had all the info I needed to make my decision. She did an excellent job at making the consultation process very informative, yet relaxed and comfortable environment that invoked a 2-way communication process that left me feeling free to contact her again with more questions and confident about making my decision, either way.

I scheduled an appointment for fillers but unfortunately it got canceled after I’d driven all the way to Boca from Fort Lauderdale. Long story short, Ms. Shari called everyone and found me a spot back at their Boca location two days later- this is where I met Uliana. To describe this woman and her technique of application would be flawless- a Needle Ninja, if you will. Not to mention that my lips (for the first time since I started getting them done) were actually numb so my entire process was painless. I come to ideal image at Boca Raton and I had three different NPs since I started my laser treatment. However, my favorite has been Anna-Kaye. She is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I get my under arms, full bikini and let me tell you ….. it hurts tremendously but she always gives me the time, she has made suggestions that had worked on my favor to make it easier on me. Bottom line, it is not ideal image, it is the person you get to treat you and whether or not they care about you. You as customer feel it and although it is an expectation to get great treatment and customer service, it is not always this way ( generally speaking).

I am about to tell the actual truth of it because I was like you, thinking if it was painful, yes! honestly it is but you should be using a numbing cream,Getting laser removal it is pretty much the Best gift to give to yourself. And Why get it here at the Ideal Image?because I tried it somewhere else, and I even bought a machine to do at home, however I faced the fact that it wasn’t working right, and my machine it’s not as strong as the professional places like this one! The end results is insane! I barely been here like 2- 6 months and My skin feels like baby softest skin according to my husband and I. No time-wasting shaving every 3 days or even weekly, with this now I don’t have to shave EVER!!! I haven’t shaved since I started! So I’m telling you this awesome, incredible and the service is also amazing because they care, some of these ladies even do laser on themselves that’s why they can tell you about the experience. In my opinion, having hair on my legs or other of my unwanted places in my body, ONLY looks only sexier on men!I mean come on, we don’t live in caveman time anymore, the world changed and will continue to change, many have the wrong information about hairless skin saying that -oh but the skin needs to be protected by hair, no!!! It does not, that was waaaaay back then long ago in caveman time lmao yes I’m gonna bring that up, that time was when we needed hair because of the way we had to be long period of time hunting and we had to be exposed to the sun and what not,We have scientists and doctors, professionals and the best medicines now, and as the weather changes, we change too. Having hair in our private area nowadays can be very critical for our hygiene and health.Not having hair it’s better for you, And it’s sexy!! I look so much better now, wish I can show it here. I have had great experiences here, there was one technician, however I can’t remember her name so I know it doesn’t help— but she missed a couple splotches of hair so my hair grew in patchy for the next couple treatments. Otherwise I have had fantastic experiences… be aware though bc no one told me until halfway through my treatment that the laser gets intensified every time so the hair follicle gets destroyed more and more. If you can get a wax, it’s a little more intense than that so you should be able to handle this. They also provide a numbing cream you can pick up at a local pharmacy for $50 that works pretty well. I ordered mine online they work the same. One time my skin swelled (which is normal) and I was given two ice packs to go home with bc they’re disposable. Very kind and thoughtful about the pain you go through bc they’ve obviously gotten it themselves. Also everyone who works here is a licensed nurse/tech so everything is always clean and professional. Praise for Eva Lombana and staff who helped me personally with empathy and care during a very vulnerable time. After undergoing a series of medical treatments (including lumpectomy and hysterectomy) for my BRCA-Type 1 diagnosis, I decided to get laser hair removal treatment to counter the effects of my hormone replacement therapy. When I arrived for my first treatment, I realized there had been a misunderstanding regarding my contract and the areas covered for hair removal. I was a bit frustrated and Eva saw my frustration, brought me to her office and promised to fix the situation. She contacted me just a couple of hours later with an even better solution I had expected. During a very vulnerable moment for me, it was especially powerful that Ideal Image staff treated me kindly, with empathy and with real care for me as a human being. The services are professional, but most importantly, the staff truly cares. This made such a difference for me and I will forever be their customer. Recommend 100%!

COOL SCULPTINGIts time for some honesty. I went in for my consult around September 2019 and I sincerely felt like I was properly evaluated to see if Im the right candidate. I went to other consultations around Boca and felt like I was just a dollar sign. At Ideal Image, I was provided with honesty, realistic expectations and up front pricing. Ive had a bulge on my lower abdomen for most of my life (even when I was in a swimming team and very athletic) and was desperate to remove it. I decided to go for it. I signed and waited for my appointment the next month.DAY OF THE PROCEDURE:Nervous. Concerned if it would hurt. The tech was to the point and not really a conversation starter. She took my before photos and then sat me down on the chair to start the procedure. Lets just say that YES its uncomfortable. YES, it hurts a little but after 5 minutes, it felt numb and I was ok for the 30 minute cycle. The hardest part was the massage after. It was super uncomfortable and my abdomen was sore. However, it was fast and it didnt hurt after.MAINTENANCE:No, you cannot have this procedure and just sit on your couch for it to work. Ill admit, I couldnt do ANYTHING the day after! I was so sore. Im grateful that Ideal Image gave me a strap to protect myself from bumping into anything. I worked the next day and it was very difficult to sit for a long period of time or bend down to grab anything. It took 3 days for me to go back to normal. It took 2 weeks for the numbness to go away.During the time, I was going hot yoga, drinking more water, and just watching my diet a little more than usual. Nothing extreme. I simply just took care of myself and tried to flush everything out. 3 weeks after the procedure, I saw results. The swelling was down and I as so shocked! 3 Weeks in and I already felt like it was so worth it! I was excited to see the full results after 3 months.I kept going to my heated classes, drank water, and still ate and drank every now and then on weekends. However, I did TRY to be as careful as possible.At 3 months, wow. My abdomen was different. It wasnt a flat stomach because I only had one treatment (2 are suggested or some depending on how much fat) but it was a huge difference to me. I struggled to get rid of the bulge all of my life and it was almost gone. Now I feel like I could potentially either accept my abdomen for how it is or just be motivated to work it off myself at the gym.SUMMARY:Yes, its kind of expensive and uncomfortable but worth it if you are willing to put in the work. Drink lots of water, watch your diet, work out and just try to benefit as much as possible from the procedure to get to your goal quicker. I cant promise you itll work but you HAVE to put in the work. Its also a lifestyle change because if fat cant go to your stomach anymore, itll go elsewhere. I know my arms are next in line as fat storage if I dont take care of my abdomen. Its all up to you! Best of luck :)* 4 stars because I felt like after I swiped my card, everyone was just flat with me. I wish they followed up a bit more to check if the patients are taking care of themselves to achieve the best results. I did a lot of research before my procedure to make sure I did the right things in order to achieve my goal. I know its a lot of babysitting but maybe more people would go in for a second round if they felt more support after the treatment.

I can’t thank Yarianna enough for knowledge and professionalism. I have a lot of sun damage which caused hyperpigmentation and I hate it. She told me about BBL and the results after just 2 treatments are amazing. The spots that came to the surface where shocking! But then they peel away all on there own! So I decided to do my hands as well, because they say your hands really show your age! Thank you again Yarianna and I can’t wait to come back!

I recently got Botox, a month later it was like I never even got the Botox. I wasn’t sure why because 4 months prior I had a great experience and no movement. So they fixed it and credited back the units that moved. Then I freaked out because my head swelled SO bad and they talked to me and offered me to come in so They could look at it, I got great care! Whoever did my Botox last was THE BEST. She really knew what she was doing I felt like the other two kind of jabbed at my face w the needle, the last lady was sooo gentle
