My laser technician, Paola, is amazing—she’s so skilled and pays incredible attention to detail.I purchased the unlimited touch-up package for myself and my daughter, and they absolutely honor it, making it easy to schedule appointments whenever needed.     The Boca location is very nice aside from the tricky/busy parking lot. It is always a struggle to find a parking spot to make it in time for your appointment time, but the girls in the front are always understanding and give you some leeway. They are always also checking in to see if you wanna include any add-on laser packages to continue your hair, free journey. I prefer this location is much better than the PGA location. So I come here for my treatments. Thanks ladies keep up the good work. 👍🏽

    Highly recommending it! Great customer service, they are always there for you, greating you with the smile. Laser is very effective, place is super clean. The best part is my technician Paola, she makes my appointments go by so quick and always make sure I am comfortable and know what to expect! Greatest gift you can give yourself!

    Robyn, the manager, is so kind and friendly. I realized I had a financial issue with the package I bought, and she was able to answer all of my concerns/questions with ease. She was able to offer me a better package that was comfortable with my budget and assured me that I will be taken care of. I like that they look out for you to make sure you get the quality experience you deserve. I cant wait to be fully hair free!

    I love this place so much. Everyone is so amazing and helpful. I’ve been going here for a while know and I can truly say the people working here and so genuinely amazing. My tech Chantelle is the best I wouldn’t change her for anything and Robyn is so helpful and sweet. Love these girls!

    Very nice staff at this location. Was offered the 4 free laser treatments and there were no catches. Laser works well and my hair has been considerably decreased. Will do more treatments with them. Prices can be a little high though.

    The staff is amazing, super helpful. The laser treatment actually works. I’m doing hair removal and starting seeing results in about 8 sessions. It is a commitment but worth it! I’m now doing another body part and I can’t wait to see results!

    LOVE THIS PLACE! I was referred by a friend where I started off with some free sessions to see if it worked for me or if I liked it. IT WORKED WONDERS! All my discoloration in my underarm disappeared and hair was gone 80%! I’m a dark hair, medium/light skinned girly, where hair is dark and thick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and everyone is so nice and they really make you feel comfortable. Shoutout to Savannah she is the best!

    Cici is awesome, very nice and welcoming, she pays attention to detail, and she makes sure you are ok throughout the entire treatment ! She happily answers questions! The girl at the front desk was super nice and welcoming too but i forgot to ask for her name ! I was very happy with today’s visit. At first I didn’t care for place and kinda wanted to just cancel the rest of the services but after today I feel a lot better able getting services here.

    Sessions are quick, painless and easy. I previously had laser services under my arms and wanted a touch up. The introductory 8 sessions was ideal for me.Just be mindful that 8 sessions probably isn’t enough if it’s your first time using laser AND there’s an expiration date for your free services. Be sure to do the math to ensure you get all of your sessions.Great incentive to get a paid package: free touch ups for a lifetime (on the are of service of course)! I’d like to do my legs in the future and they often have sales and promos so I’ll a definitely purchase one later. Also, they usually have a deal of throw in a Small area with a paid package for a large area. WINNING!

    Edit: The store director reached out with a kind message, so I am changing the star rating from 1 to 4 stars. Hopefully my feedback helps.Note: They give free session for google and yelp reviews.This place is terribly managed/organized. My first appointment I waited over 40 minutes to be seen for my first complimentary appt and was only seen because I started to walk out. Seeing that I was a potential customer, they took me in. Sales woman/manager had no problem talking to me for 30 minutes about different packages. They scheduled my next complimentary appointment, I asked for first appt of the day, they scheduled it. I decided I would purchase a package after this appointment. I waited 10 minutes (even though I was the first appointment) - when the very kind technician/nurse (I apologize I am not sure the title) took me in she looked at my chart and apologized profusely that she couldn’t see me because it was too soon. Why was I booked and confirmed several times then? Poor management. Thank God the first session was free, but my time is more valuable and I will not be returning.

    I have never had laser hair removal until now. I have always done waxing. I recommend laser 100%. It is painless and permanent. What else could you ask for. I would never go anywhere but Semper Laser for my treatments. They are so sweet and make the experience great.

    I have been going to Semper for about 2 months now & so far it’s a really good experience. All the employees are really nice and accommodating. This is my first time getting laser and it is much less painful than waxing and lasts way longer. I barely had any hair coming in after 6 weeks and I look forward to the results. I definitely recommend as a place to get your body hair permanently removed.

    My sister recommended this place since she goes to the Pembroke Pines location & Im so glad I finally gave laser hair removal a try! I have been waxing for the past 13 years, and I have very thick hair so the process was always painful.     If you’re looking to get laser hair removal done, look no further! Semper Laser in Boca Raton is an excellent business I’ve been going to since November 2021. They always have great promos and I initially came here due to a reference from my friend for a free small area laser. I’ve done my underarms, Brazilian, and feet. I will definitely be getting more areas done. The women that are the laser technicians are thorough and kind, always making sure you are comfortable.     Always friendly and clean. The laser tech is so sweet and makes you feel 100% comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They document the hair removal so you can see your progress, as well as you can VISIBLY SEE a difference between appointments in your hair growth. Wouldn’t recommend any other place for laser hair removal.

    I just got laser hair removal with Paola Sanchez. I was nervous going into it that it would be painful or uncomfortable. Paola made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease right away.
