    I honestly could not have asked for a better resolution. After having my first few initial appointments go smoothly, then having a change of technicians and an experience that left me unsatisfied, Mariana and Christina with the Body Details team have helped completely changed my experience for the better. Admittedly, after I had that negative experience I posted a review about it. Mariana contacted me and offered a generous resolution and promised my next appointment would be with a technician better suited for me. Thatā€™s where Christina, who I met with at the West Palm location, comes in. She made me feel so comfortable from the start and really helped ease my nerves coming off my prior appointment. I couldnā€™t believe how fast she was, literally, less than 20 minutes and I didnā€™t even cry which is major for me, haha! I really respect that they were dedicated to improving my experience. Overall Iā€™m satisfied and would recommend seeing Christina.

    First time at this location after Coral Springs location closed. This place is lucky to have Nicole! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about laser hair removal procedures but also looks out for the patientā€™s safety. She noticed the machine was not working properly while doing my procedure so she called a rep. After following instructions on how to fix it, she noticed that it still wasnā€™t working properly and decided reschedule my appointment instead of continuing and possibly causing irreversible damage to my skin. Thank you Nicole!

    Melanie is AMAZING! Ive been doing laser hair removal with BD for a while and it is absolutely worth the money. All staff have been nice, but Melanie really sets the bar high! She took her time getting to know me, my skin, and my challenges, and really made sure I knew why they do certain things. Will definitely be back for treatment with her again!

    Been working with Body Details regarding hair removal and acne scar treatment for a year now (multiple sessions are needed for hair on large part of the body) and I must say everyone is wonderful from the staff at the front desk to the physician. I must however highlight Rochelle, who is the physician who performed the work last time I was there, she was extremely welcoming and a professional beyond astronomical expectations, not only did she answer questions and doubts ive encountered along the way but she made me feel as if I was in good hands, not to mention treatments can be quite painful but her care for the patients is immaculate. Personally requested her for my next session and looking forward to more painful laser pain hahah

    Glad I decided to try body details. I went to this location in Boca where Amber at the front desk greeted me, sheā€™s incredibly friendly. My treatment was done by Sophia she was amazing and made me very comfortable. All my questions were answered. The team as a whole are very knowledgeable and made my experience seamless. I actually felt smarter about the whole lasering process as Iā€™ve tried laser treatments on my bikini area before and it did not take and now I know why.     So Iā€™ve been coming here for years now and I keep meaning to write this review but Iā€™m finally here doing it! First off I want to say that the staff here are extremely welcoming, kind, understanding and most importantly...they know what theyā€™re talking about. Sophia (my laser technician) is one of the most patient and kindest people. Laser is not the most comfortable so Sophia being there to build conversation and take it slowly for my comfort is absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Sophia and will keep coming to her. I also love how nice the front desk receptionists are. With how crazy times have been theyā€™ve been really understanding and flexible when it comes to time scheduling. I live in Boynton and I drive all the way to this specific location just to have Sophia be my technician and be greeted by the receptionists. Love it here! šŸ–¤

    I am so GLAD I found Body detail. Originally I found a different place for laser hair removal. However, I decided it wasnā€™t the right environment and that I didnā€™t feel comfortable with them. I then found Body detail that also provided laser hair removal and decided to give it a shot. What an AMAZING environment. The people are so kind and you feel right at ease especially with Sam and Lorie. Lorie is the best hair removal specialist ever! She is the sweetest person and always makes you smile!     This was one of the BEST investments Iā€™ve made in my life! worth every single dollar you will pay for. The hair just goes away after 3-4 sessions and you will be hair free forever. The Boca facility is amazing, everyone that works there is great. My nurse practitioner Lorie is simple amazing! Bedside manner is on point, super fast doing the treatments, pleasant to be with, makes you feel comfortable and extremely thorough while applying the laser. I would recommend this location to everyone.

    Iā€™ve lately been have Laser Hair Removal sessions w/ Lori and let me say SHEā€™S THE BEST. The lady I had for my first two sessions was rude and made me feel uncomfortable but Lori is so patient, nice, and sweet she treats me so well and makes me want to get even more areas done! Now I enjoy coming here. Just wanted to give an update about my experiences with Sayan, I have had a couple of sessions with her and they have been GREAT. I definitely recommend her she is very nice and I love her personality. She always makes sure I get nothing but the best, and because of that, Im loving my results!!     I really like Body Details, everyone is always so nice and professional. I had three great ARNP Sianna(not sure Iā€™m spelling it right) she was quick and painless with me, Laurie who is so caring and nice and I had another ARNP whoā€™s name I canā€™t remember but theyā€™ve all been great. I would recommend. I got mine on a discount for the new year. So I would recommend looking out for those offers if you canā€™t afford regular pricing.So just got done with another treatment, this time Sophia treated me. She was excellent kind and friendly, and attentive. She introduced me to Christina, who helped me purchase another great an affordable package for smaller areas. The service at this location is always EXCELLENT! I again highly recommend, I love my location.

Having tattoo removal with some hypo pigmentation and raised areas, I was reluctant to be treated by someone new. Louisa is phenomenal.     Netta from the Boca location is amazing! I was originally going to another location closer to me, but I rather take the extra 10 minutes to go to Boca. Netta definitely knows what sheā€™s doing. I saw way more of a difference after seeing her and I believe itā€™s because she adjusted the laser to the thickness of my hair. Sheā€™s also very nice, whenever Iā€™m in pain (like cramps) sheā€™ll turn down the laser. She also updates you a lot about whatā€™s going on and what you should do. Iā€™m so glad I came here instead! Sheā€™s the best tech they have in my opinion. The results are also worth every penny. nettaā€™s really the reason i love coming here

    The three girls were so nice and awesome at the boca location. Jessica at the front desk helped me so much she was absolutely outstanding can not even put into words how great she is. The other Jessica who actually did the lasering of my tattoo was also so fabulous. She made me feel very comfortable. I knew I was in good hands.     Wow! I just started laser treatments with Sophia (shes awesome btw!!) for my legs and underarm hair and it was waaaaay better than waxing. I normally get my treatments at the Fort Lauderdale location but due to unavailability they sent me to this one in Boca Raton and I couldnt be happier even though its farther away from my house. The staff was great and Adiena did an excellent job. Shes very detail-oriented, (loved that bc it makes such a difference in the end) professional and friendly (even though she did give me a look when I showed up 10 min late for my appointment and was on my cellphone lol but thats my bad, so pls people dont be late for your appointments). Im definitely gonna have all of my treatments at this location from now on, I dont mind driving the extra miles if I get good results. :)

Fist is that it actually works. i had gone before to different places for treatments and never worked one was in coral gables and the other was in New York (where i lived). I have no complaints . I would suggest going with package that includes one price for total tattoo removal instead of individual sessions . And they do payment plans. I pay barely anything a month.     Where do I start. Lorie has been a God send. I have just walked out of my fifth session and I am so happy with the process so far. I had a dark black ā€œtribal-esqueā€ style tattoo that is now a faint gray color and nearly gone. I have never once felt any pain or discomfort from the laser itself and after five sessions I havenā€™t gotten any blisters. Nothing has gone wrong and all of my worries have gone away.     This was my first session of laser hair removal of any sort- The NP, Nida Rizvi understood this and took her time in explaining the process with me yet proceeded with efficiency. I was able to do my upper/lower chest and torso and upper/lower back with minimal to no need to take breaks in between. Needless to say, Iā€™m looking forward to my follow up sessions at this location with Nida!

    Ive had laser before and so far, hands doooown. This is the best experience Ive ever had! I suffer from PCOS and the hair was getting out of control. I wouldnt even let my h7sband touch my face. I was embarrased most of the time, i felt like people were looking at my face. I felt HORRIBLE! I was looking desperate for alternative and I found them. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I was in, no matter what. Everyone was super friendly! And they didnt make me feel like an outsider! I felt comfortable talking about what was going on with me. Then I met Lorie. She did my treatment. She was super kind, fun and made everything soooo easy! I was so happy! After the first session i saw i mediate results! I was litterally crying of happines. For the first time, that same day I grabbed my husbands hand and I let him touch my face! My face is almost clear and tgat was after the first session! I am beyooond happy! And soo grateful! Lorie is simply amazing and everyone else there too! This has been the greatest experience of my life.Thank you so much guys from giving me back my confidence and self esteem!

    I love going to this location over Fort Lauderdale. They are friendly and you dont have to pay for parking. I really like Angie she is great, makes you feel comfortable while going through the laser treatments.
