    Luana is phenomenal! I am a physician associate in dermatology, and have been consistently impressed with her knowledge, techniques, recommendations, and offerings. I originally found her while I was pregnant/ nursing my first baby, and looking for all organic facials and treatments. I have had the most positive experiences since then, and just started my membership now pregnant with my second baby :) Can’t recommend her enough!

    The absolute BEST facials ever! Luana is the owner and she does my facials and I can’t say enough about her and her spa.     I had a platinum hydrafacial with dermaplaning with Luana today and it was incredible! My skin is glowing and feels amazing. Luana really took the time to ask me about my skin and routine before starting. I’ve had plenty of hydrafacials in the past, but this is the first one that actually felt customized to my skin. I look forward to coming back next month!

    This is hands down the best facial I have ever gotten!! I immediately knew it was going to be good when I walked in and smelled santal, my favorite scent. It was my first time getting undressed and going under the sheets for a facial, so it felt instantly relaxing and luxurious. I got the Purely Organic Facial with dermaplaning, LED light, lymphatic massage and cooling globes (this part was sooo relaxing!!). I could tell that Luana really put a lot of care into making it a relaxing and restorative experience inside and out, not just to help my skin but also to calm my nervous system down. I will definitely be back!!!

    Luana from NOVI is incredible at what she does - beyond just making your skin look beautiful she makes you feel beautiful. From the moment you walk into the space you start to feel a calm presence take over - that continues throughout your entire treatment where Luana makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable the whole time. She doesn’t rush through the treatment and it makes such a difference for how relaxed I was. Facials here have become a ritual for me because - they leave my skin glowing and feeling luminous. I am so happy I found NOVI and would recommend them to anyone!

    Have been into Novi twice now for a Hydrafacial. The space is welcoming and the experience is relaxing. I try to come in once a month and they have a great membership that’s just $20 that helps with staying consistent. My skin feels very clean. Great place to get a facial.

    I drove one hour and a half just to go and try out this spa and it was well worth it! The location is super easy to find, parking was a breeze, but what topped it off was the attention I received from the team. I did a full body massage, a facial, and brow sculpting right before I went on vacation. Both team members who did my massage, facial, and brows asked me tons of questions to address my concerns in order to do the correct treatments on me based on my needs and skin/health conditions. They used organic products suited for my sensitive skin, and shaped my brows beautifully.I have never received so much care at a beauty appointment before. The customer service is one of a kind and so is their membership. I highly recommend giving Novi a try!

    I love this Spa! Carla who is doing massages is amazing, very calm and knowledgeable and you can trust her completely as she knows what she is doing! The owner Luana is also very nice and approachable and is always trying to make her clients satisfied! My sister had a facial with her and loved it so I can’t wait to schedule mine! :)) Also, everything is so clean and cozy!!

    Was in Boca from out of town for my son’s wedding in September and found myself in search of needing a last minute facial prior to the wedding. Luana was able to accommodate me and I left out of there feeling refreshed and ready for what lied ahead, with the events of the wedding.Her shop was lovely - clean and relaxing - and the facial was excellent. I highly recommend her and promise you won’t be disappointed. The only thing I would wish for would be that her day spa were located in my city of residence as opposed to Boca, so I could become one of her regular clients. It was truly enjoyable!

    Words cannot describe how amazing the massage I had from Carla was. She is absolutely incredible. Words cannot describe! Better than any massage anywhere. My Signature Organic Calm & Glow facial was VERY relaxing and my skin had a luscious glow after my appointment.     I saw Luana for a facial and scalp massage. I went in with super dry/ sensitive skin and came out with an all-time glow. Luana is not only sweet but she’s knowledgeable and truly passionate about treating skin. I’ve gotten many facials before and this was one of the best.     This is my 2nd time there with Selvia for eyelashes. First time I took a “chance” with a Grupon, I was a bit nervous but as soon as you get into the place you feel welcomed and relax! The spa is really nice and has a calming and relaxing atmosphere and the aromatherapy for the ambiance is mmm delicious!Selvia did my eyelashes and she is kind, detailed and a good listener, she takes the time to ask you what you want, I wanted a very natural look and she nailed!LOVE IT THERE!

    I usually dont write reviews but I just had to write a review for Novi Boca Raton... a massage/facial parlor. When I tell you Luana made my face feel and glow like a babies butt, LOL, I must say I am pleased. She knows what she is doing and she cares about how you feel or what you want done. So if you are ever in that area, check out Luana for you wont be disappointment with the service there.Anyways, I will definitely go back!     Selvy is a true artist of brows and lashes. She is a very gentle and sweet perfectionist who knows how to create a shape and look perfect for the eyes and face of each client. Lashes and brows look amazing every single time and it’s pleasant and relaxing to boot (dare you not to nap)! Great vibe and nice people in spa. Why go anywhere else when you can go to the best!! 💖

    I have been going to Novi consistently for almost a year now. I get monthly facials with Luana and lashes with Selvy. Having a monthly membership has kept me committed to my skincare and I can truly notice the difference. My skin has never been better! Prior to getting monthly facials, I was experiencing many uncontrollable breakouts that I would attempt to cover with tons of make up. I also love having my lashes done. Selvy makes them look natural and no one can even tell that they are not real. I get many compliments and people asking me for mascara name. I love being able to look put together with minimal effort. The lashes make me feel awake and the facials give me the confidence to wear little to no make up! Truly amazing results each time. I cant rave enough about Novi!

    I drive from Miami to see Luana and her team every two weeks.They do the best brows, lashes, facials and more. I used to go to Ulta Beauty for brows, because they map your face, but getting a different person every time made it really hard to get consistent results. Luana is the legit queen of brows!From the immediate comfortable feeling when I walk in, to the end of the treatment, my experience is always first class.I really feel like they care about me as a person and of course, my experience at Novi Boca Raton.Novi’s prices are amazing considering their location and the high quality of service they provide!     Selvia did a great job on a classic lash extensions! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the girls are super nice and welcoming. I’ve tried many places since I’ve moved here from jersey -either they suck, customer service lacking, or to expensive. But this place checks all the boxes for me!     Beautiful, professional, and pampering atmosphere. Treated my mom and I to facials, she said it was the best facial shes ever had. I personally really loved their heated spa beds and the neck massage during the facial. Also, usually facials bother my sensitive skin but this one I had no issues with! They asked us prior to coming in if we wanted to be in the same room or separate rooms which I thought was a nice option to have. She really makes you feel very welcome. The facility is very clean, quiet and soothing. I highly recommend you try Novi if you are looking for treatments in the Boca area. If you are not local to Boca, it is worth the drive!
